This is the first time I have bought an electric fly swotter after I was recommended by my sister. It really works. It’s easy to use and charge with nice big buttons if you have arthritic hands. I particularly like the fact you can place it in the holder for outdoor use when having food outside without the nuisance of flies going near your food. I read a review someone left about the purple light not showing up? I never found this the case, as you can see from my photo, you can see the purple light even in day time. I’m guessing this helps to attract the flies/mosquitoes, especially at night. I’ve had it a few months now and it charges up as it should and working well.
This product works when you swat flies or hold the bay over them. I’ve not found that it attracts flies when it’s just stood in the room. In all though I’m happy with it for the quality and price
It is a useful tool to get rid of flying insects but I don’t think it lights up very much still kills the flies if you manage to catch them I think it’s good value for the money
I bought 2 of these. One for my husband and I and another for my son’s room. We love hearing that crack when it’s attracted a fly! Great that they are portable and also have a stand! I couldn’t sleep at all with the window open, but now I sleep like a baby. In fact we all do thanks to our new zappers!
Love the feature where you can leave it to zap the bugs without having to go hunting for them. I have purchased a different one in the past and this one is far better. I have had no problem with zapping them. Nice quality to the bat, and good colour as yellow seems to attract them. Would highly recommend.
Simple to use.. Charged up and gave those annoying fruit flies an early firework show! As the other reviews say, it certainly makes you jump when you zap your first fly! A nice flash and crack and the fly is dispatched instantly!. This is a great product, and great fun to use as well – might even lose a few lbs whilst prancing around after flies! Seriously though, Its a great purchase!
Not quite sure if its worth the money when you can get cheaper ones what do the same thing. But it says what it says in the description. Only thing I can think of is the light you can leave it on in the stand doesn’t really draw fly’s to it.
