Very easy to use product with clear and simple instructions. Tested on myself before trying on newborn and was reassured that it wouldnt hurt my baby. So easy to use and such high quality. Bought another as a gift for another mummy friend too. Amazing value for money, every soon to be mummy should add this to their baby wish list!
I used on my 5 month old baby and on my 2 year old toddler, it is easy to use and feels very safe. The baby was occasionally laughing as I used it on her nails.
The only issue is that Tommee Tippee don’t sell replacements for the sand file bits, you need to, buy via a 3rd party.
At first I was unsure how this would go, well I’m very impressed. Baby doesn’t mind it on her at all, fingers and toes all done in less than 5 minutes.
Beats biting or clipping them and no chance is being scratched by her razorblade nails.
I’d recommend to all who will listen.
Could not be hapoier or more impressed, after a nervy few tries with the baby nail clippers, my partner purchased this. What a game changer, easy to use, good instructions and bes tof all my baby slept through the entire thing.
Only possible gripe was i thought it would be rechargeable rather than running on batteries. Small thing, and a non issue really
Nail file is good, does what it needs. It stops if pushed too hard for safety reasons which is good, I wish it was little more sensitive than it is. It files nails much more efficiently than ordinary file, I trim baby nails and then give them little file. It’s good for toes as well as the feet move so fast, so clippers would be very dangerous.

This is a great little product. For two months I was scared to file, clip, bite or tear my newborn’s nails for fear of hurting him. He spent his life in mittens or with the sleeves of his babygrows covering his hands. The electric nail file means he can start learning how to use his fingers! He smiles when I use it on him (I think it tickles and he likes the vibration!) and there’s no danger of hurting him. It’s good that there are different file heads for different ages so we can continue to use it as he grows. And I’m looking forward to trying the adult parts too.
Anything that makes life easier with a young baby is a bonus and this nail trimmer does just that. No risk of damaging baby’s delicate finger/toe skin and quickly and easily trims down sharp and long nails. Our baby has been very accepting of us using this product.
Bought this for my son when I found the baby nail clippers in a standard baby health kit too fiddly and I was worried about clipping his skin. This works great and doesn’t hurt him as its very gentle. Cutting his nails is no longer an issue !

Our 4 month old has eczema and is trying to scratch it so it’s more important than ever that we keep his nails short. I used to use baby nail clippers but caught his skin too many times for my liking! So I ordered this. I use it on him everyday to keep them short. It works well, it doesn’t hurt him when I miss his nail. He just stares at it as it makes a wirring noise. I wouldn’t be confident using it when he’s asleep but maybe when he was a newborn and nothing would wake him! Overall I’m pleased I bought this.
I was reluctant when buying because I have never used anything like this before. Used it to trim my 12 years old son’s nails last night and it worked so well. Baby didn’t even realise what is happening. We used two different trimmers and a buffer. Overall result was satisfactory. Honestly a life saver for parents with infants and toddlers.
Best used when one person feeds them a bottle/b**bie, and the other twins their nails. This has helped us so much as it’s so quick and very kind to their hands/nails
