Bought 2 of these just before our travel to Italy (contract to common belief, EU type plugs are not common there) and it worked like a charm. Built well. It fell from my hands a couple of times but no damage done.
These were bought for trip to Italy when I realised that I might need an adapter different to the one I already had.
They are well packaged for carrying in case, sturdy and worked really well giving a good fit in sockets.
Italy has two types of socket, I purchased a universal adapter and one of these as a back up. This worked great, did the job perfectly any time we encountered 3 pin sockets.
Was so glad this was recommended to me by a friend as the plugs in Sardinia did not the the usual European converted we took with us last time we were there. This time we went ready equipped with this converter and everything worked perfectly! Thanks so much for such a great converter.

A gift for my son when travelling in Italy. He found the three pin plug adaptor was really useful. Much safer than fiddling around, as two pinned adaptors can interfere with the switch mechanism.
The UK to Italy adaptor plug does what it says – it enables you to connect a device with a UK plug (a USB charger block in my case) to an Italian power outlet. No messing around – it just does the job.
