I used it to start my car, which hadn’t been started in a long time, and it started right away and it has a very good flashlight for nighttime use.
Excellent product delivered very fast and well packaged i had bought to bring a van battery back from being totally flat and it still enough charge left to not worry about it going flat. Done this a couple of times to test product and it never failed once. Great piece of kit to keep on hand for piece of mind with a very reasonable price.
I am no longer apprehensive about going out in my car as my car sometimes would not start. This has taken all the worry away knowing the this perfect little package is there to help. I now have peace of mind. Great idea as a gif
It was only a couple of months ago when we had broken down in my son’s car, having taken him off to university. The battery had gone flat and my wife and I were pushing the car down some dark street, in an unknown city on a Sunday evening, attempting to bump start the car. We eventually managed to get it going and got home safely. I charged the battery at home but it wouldn’t hold a charge and I ended up needing to replace it the next day. If we had this device with us, things would have been so much easier, and it is cheaper than the cheapest breakdown cover plan.
A solid device. This booster unit is compact and tough. Apart from the battery booster, for the times when your battery is flat and you need to get the car moving, there is an emergency light which flashes blue and red (is that legal to use?), there is a nice bright torch and there is the option to charge a mobile.
It feels nice in the hands and has a good grip to it. On the face you will find a small compass, for those times when you are stuck in the wilderness and your battery has gone, you see no roads or landmarks and the north star is clouded over – not really, I think this is more a gimmick than something anybody would actually use.
This all comes in a rugged zipped case and is perfect for storing under the seat of the car or in the boot. It’s got a lot of functions and I know it will most certainly come in use in the future.
At the current price of 56, after discounts, it is definitely worthwhile having.
This is a must have product for our motorhome as we do a lot of wild camping and can be in the middle of nowhere
I used this to help out another motorhome that had a flat battery and it worked like a dream,
Also is a torch, a portable power bank and is so well built and compact
Fantastic produc
This has a really nice case to keep everything together. Is very easy to use and it’s fired up 2.4l and 3.0l diesel and a 3.0l petrol engines with totally flat batteries no problem. The turn over like the main battery is new and fully charged.
Yeah, the product has a nice size and comes with a handy case. I have not used the product yet. It has plenty of nice features and a great price.
I am delighted with this backup pack. It has all the necessary leads and has a great tough case to keep in the car boot etc. It is also great for phone charging if you get caught out.
This jump pack really packs a punch, it was even able to deal with a huge leisure battery. The ability to use it as a USB charger is handy and the torch is powerful. If you have a battery that suffers in the cold weather or gets used rarely, I’d recommend getting one of these.
Bought this to take camping as it has all the capability of charging our phones and iPads. It has the added bonus of the jump starter in the event it’s ever need.
Great item to be able to leave in the ca
This jump starter came in a sturdy case with all the accessories, including the jump leads, a wall charger, a car charger, and a USB cable. The device itself is compact and lightweight, with a digital display that shows the battery level and the output voltage. It also has an LED flashlight that can be used as a torch or an SOS signal. It seems to be well-made and reliable, and I like that it can also charge my devices when I’m on the road. It’s definitely a handy tool to have in case of emergencies. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a powerful and portable jump starter for their car.
This is a very useful, smart and compact car gadget and a piece of mind to have it with me for the next trip.
It has an impressive capacity of 24000mAH which is great not just for jump starting the car but also for charging any device while away.
I used jump leads to jump start the car before but not this kind of starter and initially I was a bit concerned as I was told you can damage the car ECU if not done properly but I feel relieved knowing that this comes with 9 types of intelligent protection such as overload, short circuit, reverse polarity, over heat and so on.
It feels very robust, compact and well made and has a nice weight in it. It comes with all the cables required to charge the power bank, jump start the car or charge your phone as long as it has a type C connection but of course you can use your own charging cable.
The crocodile clips are very strong and need a good amount of force to open the jaws so will offer a reliable connection to the car’s battery terminals.
The LED torch brings this jump starter / power bank to the next level, it’s such a great feature which I used already and came very handy.
A really great gadget, I am totally impressed with it and happy to have it in my car.
I’ve had this jump starter for a few weeks now, and I’m really chuffed with it. I was looking for a portable jump starter that would be able to start my car in case of a flat battery, and this one has definitely delivered. I used it once already (not on my own car) and it worked a treat.
The jump starter is compact and lightweight, making it easy to stow in my boot or glovebox. It features a large LCD display that shows the battery level, as well as the voltage and amperage of the jump starter. It also has a built-in torch, which is really handy for roadside emergencies. It even has a compass, although I’m not sure how accurate it is, but it’s good to have, I guess!
I’ve used the jump starter to start a friend’s hobby car, and it’s worked great. Here are the steps I followed:
I made sure that the jump starter was fully charged.
I connected the jumper cables to the car battery, positive first.
I turned on the jump starter.
I started the car.
Once the car was started, I disconnected the jumper cables.
The jump starter is powerful enough to start even large petrol and diesel engines. It also has a built-in safety feature that prevents it from overcharging or overheating.
In addition to being a jump starter, the 3000A Jump Starter Power Pack can also be used as a power bank. It has two USB ports that can be used to charge smartphones, tablets, and other devices. The jump starter also has a QC 3.0 port, which can be used to quickly charge compatible devices.
Overall, I’m really chuffed with the 3000A Jump Starter Power Pack. It’s a compact, powerful, and versatile tool that is perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared for roadside emergencies.
I haven’t yet had the need to use this for a jump starter but as a portable battery it is good. I used this to charge my phone on the go and it did about 20% charge in 30 minutes, leaving 80% battery in the charger itself which is pretty good and allowed me to do what I needed in the time I had.
However, there is a very strong smell when this is out in use, so I would recommend a well ventilated area. I left this device out in the footwell of my car whilst I ran some errands and the smell in my car when I got back was a little unbearable. Very metallic and strong – just unpleasant. But otherwise, it worked well, just keep it stored away.
Having had flat batteries a couple of times in the past 2 years having something like this around is a no brainer to me. In both cases it was solved by a breakdown guy using something like this. It’s nicely presented in a good case with clear enough instructions. It takes up little space. You get the side benefits of a reasonable torch and a couple of USB ports for charging devices. For – currently – 60 quid that looks like a sensible insurance thing.
My minor issue is the length of the leads. They are very much intended for the span of a conventional car battery which is certainly good. However 2 of our vehicles have inaccessible batteries. In the motorhome the battery is under the passenger’s feet and quite hard to access. In my hybrid I have no idea where it is. However for both there are places to put the positive lead in flat battery situations and instructions on where to put the negative. In both cases quite a distance is suggested between them – more than these leads would allow. Given I’ve seen someone use one of these on my car placing the leads of their power pack fairly close together I’m guessing it would be ok but it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. Plenty of these out there but this one seems decent.
