A lifelong dream of mine had always been to attend a WWE Event. And last year, I was thrilled that me and my cousin finally got the chance to attend both SmackDown and Money In The Bank 2023 LIVE at the O2 Arena in London.

It’s WWE’s first pay-per-view in London since 2002’s Insurrextion, and it was an amazing experience to be part of 18,885 people cheering non-stop for a who’s-who of WWE superstars. To relive it all on Blu-Ray is a chance I would recommend to anyone who was lucky enough to attend Money In The Bank. And for those who could only watch the show at home, it’s a fantastic WWE event to own.

The sheer liveliness of the British crowd really does elevate the action of Money In The Bank, with the crowd singing along to Cody Rhodes and Shinsuke Nakamura’s themes and letting Logan Paul know what we all thought of him! Even matches like Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler vs Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez are decent because of the enthusiasm of the crowd. And even though Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor for the World Heavyweight Title is not as good as their SummerSlam encounters, it’s still an enjoyable match for the storyline progression.

Both the Men and Women’s Ladder Matches were breathtaking to watch, the Intercontinental Title between Gunther and Matt Riddle is a quality showdown, and the Bloodline Civil War featuring Roman Reigns/Solo Sikoa against The Usos remains one of 2023’s best matches with a phenomenal conclusion. All of this, plus loads of surprises throughout the night make Money In The Bank 2023 a terrific show to relive.

Extras-wise, there are some real goodies. Such as the full Money In The Bank press conference and pre-show, and highlights from SmackDown leading up to the event (including a great slugfest between Sheamus and Solo Sikoa, and a delicious brawl between The Bloodline. One of the best events I’ve ever been to, and even without the emotional connection, WWE Money In The Bank 2023 is a must-buy for all fans.

So WWE comes to Uk with a big event and though not completely perfet,at least they gave it a good shot.
    The mens MIB match.
Butch vs. Ricochet vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Logan Paul vs. LA Knight vs. Damian Priest vs. Santos Escobar
What an opener, plenty of action. Not the most popular result, but i had no real issue with it.
Women’s Tag Team Titles: Shayna Baszler/Ronda Rousey vs. Liv Morgan/Raquel Rodriguez. Ok,so not a brilliant match, quite basic really, but it is the shocker within it that makes it well worth watching.
Intercontinental Title: Gunther vs. Matt Riddle, I would say not Gunthers best match of late, but still a good watch and a nice post-match moment.
Cody Rhodes vs. Dominik Mysterio is short and sweet, does what it needs to without much of a buzz for it,it was fine.
John Cena arrives to loud applause and shock, mentions wrestlemania in UK,but will it happen?
MIB Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark vs. Iyo Sky vs. Bayley vs. Zelina Vega for my money is even better than the mens, loved a lot of the spots and the end was brilliantly done.
Raw World Title: Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor is a great match that certainly could have been longer and better but it still had plenty to enjoy.
A top main event as Usos vs. Solo Sikoa/Roman Reigns. You can argue it takes a while to get going, but for me that was all build up to the brilliant last ten minutes,i have no issue with it.
This crowd was on top form and the action was mostly very impressive.
Possibly the best UK wwe event ever!
