Great camera however compared to another one that i bought (but sent back) its a tad fiddly to handle being flat. Also the tools with it are smaller that others!

The otoscope is portable and truly wireless. Its picture quality isn’t the best but it’s still good. It’s definitely easy to use, just follow the instruction and connected as advised in the manual and you are good to go. nice piece.
Definitely, a better and more safer approach to clean the ears as unlike often used cotton sticks, it does not push the ear wax deeper into your ear and cause problems later on.
Battery life is really good and it is also easy to use as well, but has to be taken care that you not going too deep into the ear to not hurt the inside.
I would also not recommend it for Kids or Teenagers as the scoops are too big for that and I think it could lead to injuries.
For an adult definitely a better cleaning option.

I was extremely impressed with its performance. I tried it on a friend who had been complaining of ear discomfort and discovered that he had a massive build-up of ear wax. The Earwax otoscope takes some getting used to, the inner scraping motion, does give you the goosebumps; but you soon get used to it, I found I like seeing my inner ear and wax build it fascinating. great way to scratch the itch for the inside. The app is easy to set up and easy to link the otoscope.
I did find the otoscope gets hot. I recommend this otoscope, a great way to clean your earwax

When I first got this, I found it quite difficult to use as it was not going the direction I thought it would etc(mirror effect), but then I found there was a switch to tell it what hand you were using it in and it changes the screen accordingly to make it more logical as to the direction etc. After setting it to the correct hand, it was much easier. It can take a little to get used to it, but once you are, you can give the ear canal a thorough clean out.
The scope is lightweight and comes with a lot of accessories. Downloading the app and setting up the scope was fairly easy and simple. The scope works really well and it enables you to see what a normal torch can’t show you. The image quality is really good for its purpose. I don’t really use this for scraping out ear wax, but just to look inside my ear as a part of regular checking. You can also take a picture with the app so you can examine it a bit more closely later if you need to. Overall brilliant product.
Excellent even if like me you just have to tickle in those ears
My ears drive me bonkers and I will stick anything in there to settle that itch

What a neat little product, having thought these types of things were reserved for the audiologists at your nearest boots, it’s great to have the option of utilising a similar product yourself albeit undoubtably in a much more inexpensive version.
I’m sure there’s numerous other purposes this product could theoretically be utilised for, probably not all of them even being confined to the human body, but my review score will focus solely on its intended purpose.
Ear wax can be a pain but a small amount is however a requirement, some people will never suffer from build up even if they never remove it, others require regular trips for removal of excess, in days gone by syringing was the only option but nowadays less so.
Buds can remove that excess wax, but they also risk more serious build up by pushing it further down the ear, or in extreme circumstances even in damage to the drum, no audiologist will recommend their use.

Item arrives in a branded box suitable for gifting, plenty of attachments are included here some of which are independent of the main product, and others which require attachment to the product via a screw in system which is great, remember it’s critically important that these attachments do not fall off in ear.
This item is rechargeable, charging being facilitated via a micro usb cable, this can be charged via a three pin mains usb adapter (not included) or any suitable usb port.
You will need to download the X Life App in order to facilitate the product, once done it’s another world in there, the camera quality and lighting is remarkably decent for such a low cost product, making the trip an absolutely fascinating one and worth the price of admission.
If you are currently suffering from a build up of wax, whilst it may be more convenient to let someone else remove the wax for you utilising this product, i would recommend that at least in the first instance you attempt this yourself, this is due to the fact that only you can feel what may be uncomfortable or a potential risk and can report back accordingly.
I currently have no wax build up so cannot report on this products ability to remove it, but i know it’ll return at some stage and when it does i’ll be ready, this product in hand!………

This is a terrific bit of kit that enables close inspection of your ear canal (and throat, teeth and nostrils if you feel so inclined). Very simple to set up with the free app. Good clear image and you can record video and pictures in the app.
I have had an ear infection and have used this to keep a check on inflammation. Saves bothering the Dr and I can send images through for their perusal. Whilst doing so I have removed a bit of wax too. Takes a bit of practice but feels safe and surprisingly satisfying to do.

You can easily and clearly see literally everything inside your ears and obviously carefully remove any wax
I have to confess that I was sceptical about this gadget, however, after using it I’m VERY impressed!

This otoscope does a good job and removes wax well, I’ve not had any issues with it anyway and it’s comfortable for me to use. The camera quality is very good and it’s been easy to use with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The app is easy for me to navigate and I like that it’s all connected up without a fuss. The size of the scope is good, it’s easy for me to hold and I like that it has the lights as they help me see better. The magnification is very good and it’s easy for me to clean. I feel the machine is strong, sturdy and durable so should last and the tips are easy for me to change. I think the value for money is very good and I do recommend it.

First impressions are really good everything is in the box would you have to use for storage which is a little disappointing but if you don’t you will lose some of your items as there are lots of little things that go with this kit very pleased with their simplistic operation
The instruction manual is much simple sheet with a QR code on which I have to download the app which gives you then all the information you need to use this scope to it’s full potential took me about 10-15 minutes to get everything working correctly very happy
Comes with a bit of a price point of 35 this is a simple way but you have to be careful to clean and remove any wax just need steady hands
Well, I go my own ways. I have no ear wax and all people I know will never have, because we know how to clean the ears properly right after every hair wash, with common ear cleaning buds modified with some rolled-on cotton wool taken from a cotton wool ball. This additional cotton wool works wonders in a few ways cleaning the ear canal, and the tiny amount of wax is soft and can never built up. I am not telling more because its on your own risk. Only Shrek needs ear wax, for his candles …
So I want to use the camera for inspections in small spaces technical sort, nothing speaks against that.
As other reviewers mention, they are happy with the item, it does the job, and I assume mine works too for the intendet purpose, and also for my use. One reviewer removed an earphone rubber … I am not alone with extra use.
I am less happy because of the wifi and the software. I’ve seen of course that it’s for phones only, but thats the issue. WHY that limit?
Since its wifi (and why not bluetooth?) it should also work on a laptop, larger image (screen), easier to see when digging in an ear, or like me in some watches).
I can make a wify connection to my computer, but that disconnects then from the internet router (I dont want to find out if a phone disconnects also from wifi internet when this device gets connected…).
But I cant see anything, no program (app).
Just a driver needed to use with any video recording software. Said it before bluetooth is the right answer. Why is that wifi only and not also via its USB cable connection too?
This manufacturer decreases the use of his product just for missing costfree drivers, which may be already available by third parties? Unbelievable.
This ear cleaner allows you to become so much more accurate when cleaning out your ears. Instead of pushing all the wax deeper with cotton buds you can use the camera to see what you are doing.
The camera attached can be seen through the app, this allows you to have really good control but a better understanding of the inside of your ear too. It is very strange but interesting to look at.
There are multiple attachments included that will help with more tricky areas too.
Excellently easy to use and connect to your phone, which is great, and there is also the effeectivness of this product which it can easily clean your ears since the camera is so clear too.
I have tried 3 other models of Wireless Otoscope, and have so far found them to be easy to use and very effective.
This is was no exception:
Feels well made and comes a good selection of tools (except my kit was missing the 1 x earwax remover attachment)
The app is quick, easy to install and as you would expect, simple to use
The picture quality is EXCELLENT – very clear indeed
The attachments that go on to the end of the otoscope are screwed thread – this is extremely good as it keeps them secure (all the previous scopes I have tried are just simple clip on attachments which can move amount)
The 1 x Earwax attachment was missing from my kit – may seem a little issue, but actually it’s quite significant as there is only the one supplied in the kit – the 3 x ear scoops are included but they are not as effective for removing ear wax.
The threaded attachments could be slightly longer – being they are relatively short, you need to move the end of the otoscope about quite a bit to change the angle of the ear scoop or whatever attachment is attached.
I actually used this otoscope to great effect and it saved a trip to the docs/hospital – I pulled out my hearing aid and found the soft rubber earbud was missing… I thought it had fallen off when I pulled the hearing aid out. But I could feel something it deep in my ear – using this otoscope I could see it stuck right at the end of my ear canal, right up against my eardrum. Using this scope and the Ear Scoop attached, I was able to gently manoeuvre the earbud out. There is no chance I could have removed this without an otoscope and would have had to go to the docs/hospital to get it removed.
Overall, at 34.99 (December 2022), I would say that is great value – you obviously have to be VERY careful using this, but this is very effective.
Even though the one I received was missing the Earwax Remover attachment, it would be harsh for me to drop a star for that (as this was a free product review), so for me I would rate this as an easy and definite 5 based on … it works well.

Everything you could possibly need is in the kit.
There’s lots of scoops and different types of ends and sizes which feel anchored firmly.
The silicone tips seem very secure and I felt reassured that they wouldn’t come off while I was using it.
The video feed works easily with my iPhone, it’s a minute or two to connect to the app (you can scan the QR code) and it and gives surprisingly good quality pictures that are very well lit and in real time.
I like the do it yourself aspect. Only you know what’s comfortable so you’re in control and can stop as soon as you remotely feel any discomfort at all.
It’s simple to clean and quick to charge.
Obviously I followed the instructions carefully, and I didn’t have any issues.
Prior to this I was going in blind with a Q tip so this has got to be better than that!
In my opinion this is a well made kit that gives you a good experience. It’s good value and the seller offers a 1 year warranty.
