Hi, initially the box was heavily damaged in transit & sadly the screen was damaged beyond repair. The seller was swift in response & after me sharing a video & photos of the damaged item not working & the squashed box I was given the option of a full refund or a replacement screen. I opted for the replacement screen as I still needed it.
2days later the replacement arrived without damage & am happy to say working fine. I can recommend this seller as their customer service & communications were fantastic in resolving the issue & the extra screen is a welcome addition to my laptop. Thanks
