What a great laptop, really easy to use and fantastic price. I needed something to use at home and this is perfect, easy to upload from my work pc to this so i dont miss anything
Useful start up booklet included, easy to use , liked the way it transferred information and files from old laptop. Only minus is the mouse found difficult to move around google maps and Earth pro.
One problem is the mouse cursor, it does not settle where is needed but ‘twitches about’.
I have changed the mouse but it makes no difference.
I feel certain it is something which can be fixed. I have made adjustments to the mouse speed and other settings which seem to have improved things a little.
The computer is slower than I expected from a new unit.
Any advice on the mouse problem will be appreciated
It was so easy to move over all my files and info. It is a good looking machine and easy to use. worth every penny. when I registered for warranty, I quickly received as promised the laptop case – Nice!
I didn’t give any stars for gaming, because honestly I don’t do gaming. Not my thing.
Just for personal use and for the price very good. If I was being picky there is no indicator light on cap lock but other than that picture quality good and start up quick.
I purchased this laptop last week because my old one was getting slower and slower. I had put of purchasing a new one because of all the hassle of setting it up. But it was so simple it was unbelievable. Up to now it has been great. Only wish I had bought it earlier.
This is the first time that I have bought a lapbook computer, it was so easy to set up and get started. It was telling me what to do not the other way round.I am very pleased with it and all that I have to do is add the apps that I use. It is great.
+ good widescreen with clear graphics, super lightweight great for every day home use, build quality is as good as other more expensive market rivals
– the Audio built in speakers could be inproved.
Lightweight laptop with the feel of a more expensive laptop.
Was surprised to find that a proper manual not supplied to explain how to startup. Normally just press the startup button, but so realised you need to hold it for longer than normal.
Will be using this laptop for an overseas property, just for emails & TV viewing. This laptop on first impressions looks like it will be capable of dealing with my needs.
Purchased this for my 11year old who wants to use it for writing but also Sims 4. I’ve had no problem with it playing well and the graphics are good enough for the price! Definitely recommend this for a really good value laptop.
All OK so far. Nice clear screen and size . Was s bit slower than I’m used to, but no problems. I got rid of Windows Edge it was slowing everything down. Went back to Chrome. Everything seems better now. Good value. Works for me.
The laptop itself is neat and tidy, however the battery power could be more it’s does not seem to last as long as stated in the specs. Overall a ok laptop for the price
When my lapbook laptop arrived (a day early ) it was simple to connect, but being used to windows 10, I found some problems getting started, Maybe quick start instructions would help. My problems really had nothing to do with the lapbook laptop which I am sure is among the best, but the instructions for the operating would help. Dont forget to check for updates before getting into it too much, because I found there were quite a lot of updates waiting. I am 86 years old, and can remember when 32mb of ram was all that would ever be needed. so this laptop is for you if you’re not so ancie
I purchased the Lapbook as a second laptop, as the wife kept hogging the first laptop, but I am very pleased with it.
I chose the bigger version screen (15.6″) for the Lapbook and I now prefer using the Lapbook.
I only use it for casual use, reading/watching the news and writing e mails etc.
The only negative is there isn’t a keyboard backlight, hence only the 4 star rating.
