66W Car Charger, TechRise Fast Car Charger Adapter, 12V/24V USB Socket, PD3.0 & QC4.0 Dual Port Cigarette Lighter USB Charger, USB Car Charger for iPhone, Samsung, iOS, Android Smartphones (Black)
Very pleased with this. Used it in our camper and it shows how much is left in the leisure battery, which is great. Flashed when the level was too low, but still charged the phone. Charges 2 things really quickly when the battery is full.
A standard charger in my car is very slow so after much research, went with this and my phones screen displays super fast charging. Great for when using GPS location on my phone when driving as this drains the battery fast and my phone is always at 100%.
I purchased the 66W Car Charger on 16 Aug 2023 and I’m happy with it. I gave it a rating of 5 stars.
I especially like the battery volt display feature. It’s very helpful to know the real-time voltage of my car battery, especially when I’m driving long distances.
I also like that this car charger is dual-port and supports PD3.0 and QC4.0 fast charging. This means that I can charge two devices at the same time, and they will both charge quickly.
First impression. Plugged into the 12v “cigarette lighter”… The screen read 12.4 and plugged into my S21 ultra and the phone started charging and phone screen read, fast charging! Seems pretty good too me!
This is a superb phone charging adapter and really does charge my phone super quick but only through the usb port, NOT the usb-c port. in-fact the usb-c port is weirdly very slow charging which is quite strange. but if you don’t mind with one fast charging port and one slow charging point then this is the perfect product for you.
Only used once for a very short time so, I cannot really give a proper review, all I can say is, that it is very well made and a very good fit for my car a Volkswagen Up
I have a car with QI charging plate but it takes a long time to fully charge my phone, it maintains the charge while using Bluetooth music. I bought a magnetic qi charging pad which operates at 45 watts, when I saw this item I decided to give it a try.
Dug out my USB power meter and had a go at testing the 12v adapter. I used various items and noted that the 12v adapter appeared to provide a higher amperage. I a happy shopper, it works, it’s quicker and appears well made.
It was recommended that I get a battery voltage monitoring device such as this because my model of car has a history of its 12V battery failing without warning. This is such a simple monitoring tool, just plug it into the cigarette lighter socket and it clearly reads the car’s battery voltage on its bright screen. I now have peace of mind when it comes to my car’s 12V battery.
It’s an added bonus that one can charge two separate devices using the USB sockets on this gadget. I constantly have my dashcam powered through this, plugged into the USB-A socket. And occasionally my passenger simultaneously plugs in their iPhone to the USB-C socket to charge.
My first impression of the charger is that it is very sturdy and made of strong material unlike some of the cheaper plastic models. You never can promise if something will fall apart but in my opinion, you would have to severely miss treat this charger!
The instructions are easy to follow and as long as you adhere to the safety tips, it isn’t rocket science.
The charger fitted into the cigarette light with a secure and snug fit and didn’t wiggle about like the cheaper ones. Even my charging cable fit well and I didn’t lose any connection to my phone while charging it. I’ve found in the past on previous chargers that they work loose with vibration. This did not happen with this one.
Finally, I like the added security of the 12 month warranty.
Its a fast, well priced, sturdy, well built bit of kit and feels very solid.
The display of the cars battery voltage is ok, but my other adapter would also show the charging current being drawn when charging the phone. I am a bit disappointed that this one does not have that feature.
I bought this to charge my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that can take a charge of up to 45watts.
This only supplies 33watts max from the USB C socket and 30watts from the USB normal socket.
It still charges the phone at a rapid rate.
It charged my phone an S23 with a 5000mah battery using the USB C from 75% to full in about 15 mins so would take about 1 hour to fully charge from dead. That’s about 5% every 3 minutes.
Please note the S23 is designed to charge at up to 45w and most other phones can only charge at 25w.
I could buy a faster charger but they are all priced around 50 and only saves a few mins on a 25% top up charge and 12mins on a full charge.
