The ACEMAGICIAN AMR5 Mini PC is a high performance mini PC with 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U CPU and a rich set of ports including USB-C, with the ability to support up to 3 displays at 4K resolution. It is idle as a desktop for general computing, browsing, movies, Netflix and also mid-range gaming. As a highlight it is very quiet, with excellent cooling and a simple switch to select quiet mode, auto and high performance. So perfect for a living room or office mini PC. Easily replaces any desktop you bought a few years ago bar a high end gaming machine. The AMR lives up to everything ACEMAGICIAN advertised it as.
The support provided by ACEMAGICIAN was excellent which made the setup very straight forward. They provided a QR link to a novel WhatsApp support line – so idle for getting support using your phone. The support was incredibly responsive with immediate accurate and very helpful answers and support. Proving links to very clear video guidelines and links for any download files required. Absolutely 10 out of 10, in a world where most PC support can be very frustrating for customers.
The version I ordered was with Windows 11 Pro. Support was provided to allow installation with a normal personal account, which made this very simple. For many users Windows Home is probably a simpler option and pretty offers everything a home user requires and setup via Microsoft accounts is easier. Both Windows 11 Home and Pro are fully supported by ACEMAGICIAN.
The mini PC is everything I expected and more. Computer hardware and CPUs have advanced so much in recent years that for most users a mini PC is a much better choice than towers or desktops. Leave those machines for the high gaming and professional graphics / engineer workstation users. ACE MAGICIAN is an excellent choice, with great technical support I enthusiastically recommend this company.
I also do everything else on the ACEMAGICIAN AMRS Window 11 Pro installed I would advise an external CD play/record, USBs, SD & TF inputs all in now, not setup printer wifi but sure it will do with ease

I purchased this mini PC, primarily for my work in game development. The PC was much better than anticipated! It came in a small form factor that was easily upgradeable. I purchased additional WD Nvme SSDs to upgrade it. It also works as advertised when running 3D games. It runs Dota 2 and Unity smoothly. Highly recommended.
I bought this mini pc about a month ago and am happy with the purchase it runs efficiently on windows 11 pro and has enough processing power to run most software programs and games relatively good. The computer is easy to upgrade thanks to its magnetic side panel, which provides easy access. Ace magician has a great WhatsApp customer service and can resolve most queries and issues by a professional representative.
