Mini pc compatto e funzionale. Ottimo il facile accesso alla ram e all ssd rimuovendo lo spertello inferiore. Io l’ho equipaggiato sostituendo la memoria RAM con Kingston FURY Impact DDR4 CL20 da 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) 3200 MHz e sostituendo il disco ssd con un Crucial P3 500GB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD per renderlo pi performante. Ho trovato l’assistenza clienti WA sul pezzo e sempre disponibile. Molto comoda la possibilit dell’accesso con impronta digitale come metodo di identificazione. Prodotto per la qualit prezzo consigliato

A livello hardware sembra ok, funziona tutto.
Il software presenta dei problemi, non esiste un product-key univoco per ogni PC e, a causa di un problema di crash in fase di installazione, quando abbiamo dovuto reinstallare windows 11 pro con la procedura standard di windows (procedura standard di ripristino Microsoft) abbiamo avuto un problema : Windows non ha trovato un codice Product Key valido.
Abbiamo contattato il supporto italiano, nessuna notizia, il supporto americano, nessuna notizia, solo dalla Germania abbiamo avuto risposta.
La risposta stata quella di reinstallare Win11Pro utilizzando un file immagine scaricabile (11GB), procedura eseguita correttamente ma product key nuovamente non valida (il supporto Microsoft dice che un codice di distribuzione di massa quindi non utilizzabile da utenti privati).
Dalla Germania abbiamo ricevuto un altro codice Product Key, provato ma nuovamente rifiutato (Microsoft dice che un codice per sviluppatori o debugger), quindi fermati di nuovo.
Dagli USA arriva la stessa risposta della prima ricevuta dalla Germania, quindi ricomincio da capo.
Visto che dovevamo consegnare il PC domenica abbiamo dovuto acquistare una licenza ufficiale Microsoft (1/4 del prezzo del mini-PC) per poterlo fare funzionare senza contare i 3 giorni di lavoro!!!!!! !!!!!
Finalmente oggi (luned) arriva l’ennesimo codice dalla Germania (unico servizio che ha risposto in tempi ragionevoli). Troppo tardi.
Consiglio: aumentate il costo di qualche decina di Euro ma regalate una licenza VALIDA ed UNICA per ogni mini-PC attaccato al dispositivo.
A parte questi problemi (facilmente risolvibili ma che richiedono tempo e FIDUCIA) tutto sembra funzionare bene.
Ho comprato questo mini pc per mio figlio. Le prestazioni sono pi che ottime per le nostre esigenze. Devo fare i complimenti al servizio assistenza clienti: seriet e professionalit al servizio dell’utente per qualsiasi problema da risolvere. Lo consiglio, mi sono trovata bene.
This little computer is fantastic, it is quick enough for my needs. It fits in nicely with my other tech.
The company that supplied the ACE TK11 are very efficient, I had a software issue that can happen to any product that uses software. They responded within 24 hours, and we resolved the software issue easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. There after sales response is quick and efficient and they really want to help you, which in these days is rare in most cases.

Amazing they can get everything inside such a small box
By adding internal hard drive was able to copy all my external hard drives to it and clear space on my computer table and free up all my USB slots.
Not used finger print reader but that is another plus for anyone wanting that feature.
Currently do not do gaming but may try at later date to try it out.
Am well pleased with this product and it comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed

This mini-PC comes safely boxed with instructions and accessories. It comes with Windows 11 already installed so doesn’t need much time to to set up, the only things you need are a screen, mouse and keyboard. I added my Windows account and downloaded updates so was up and running in about 15 minutes.
Build quality looks pretty good, the PC is very compact but still has a fair bit of weight to it. It’s got all the ports I need including Thunderbolt 4 support so is more advanced than the other mini-PCs I have tried.
Performance so far is excellent, the PC starts up quickly and the fingerprint reader works well. I’m mainly using it for office work, Internet browsing and video playback – having built-in speakers is quite useful for the latter though there is a 3.5mm audio port for external speakers or headphones.
So far I am very impressed with this mini-PC, it has decent specs and has been working very well. I’m happy to recommend it.
This mini PC certainly is that! But it sure packs a punch. 11th Gen i7-11390H @3.40Ghz accompanied by 16gb of ram and 500gb ssd drive. It handles every day tasks in a blink! Doesn’t struggle or lag!… very quiet and doesn’t over heat at all!…. external uses just plug in to the sockets like your mouse and keyboard etc.
Can be attached to the back of your monitor out of sight if needed but really doesn’t take up hardly any space.
Overall very pleased with this and the retail price is fantastic. Certainly would give normal size pc’s a run for their money.
This is an excellent PC at very reasonable price. The build quality is very good with smooth classy finish. The size is small enough to fit in one hand, also not too weighty. I liked the nice black finish to it. Doesn’t get hot even after heavy use. It has 4 USB 3.0 ports which is quite useful, liked the fact that two ports are at the back and two in the front giving sufficient flexibility while all four being fast type 3 ports. There are also 3 display ports: 1 HDMI, 1 DP, and one type C (thunderbolt) port. I only have one display, but if needed there is option to add 3 displays at once. There is a lan port at the back and a 3.5mm audio pin port in the front. The power button is nice and snug with built-in fingerprint reader which works fast with just lightly touching the button. Also liked the nice hallow ring led around the power button. You can also perform a one press sleep function with the power button.
The PC comes with built-in Windows 11 pro 21H2 version, which can easily be upgraded to 22H2 version after setting up. As Windows was preinstalled, it was quite quick to setup. No need to separately key in any product key as the installed version is already licensed. Processing is lightning fast with no lag. I have used it heavily for two days and works very smoothly. I tested by running around 20 apps simultaneously along with some heavy video editing, there was no lag and it only took up around 20% of the processing power. Wished if the RAM could have been slightly higher than the 16GB DDR 4 included, however this is not a big issue. If needed there is option to increase the RAM further.
Graphics is sufficient for regular business, personal, or multimedia creative work. It also runs many games. However if you are aiming to play some high end games and VR games, better to check minimum requirements whether this built-in graphics card will support before buying.
This is the second PC I am buying from this seller and they are quite responsive and helpful in case of any issues. I am quite satisfied with their service. There was an issue with the earlier PC I bought and they resolved it quickly, hence bought the second one from the same seller.
Overall I found this product to be excellent in it’s price range and would rate 5 stars.
I bought it for general usage after trying smaller variants that were not satisfactory. This with the 11th gen i5 is very fast and has every feature needed in a compack pc to put behind a tv or a monitor. I am gonna mount mine on the backside of the tv with the bracket they provide. Its pretty easy to set up, comes all preinstalled and takes 10 min to log on and get going. Has an included power brick but works also with a power delivery 3.0 trigger at 20v. Uses about 50w at max load. The bios is fully unlocked for someone that needs auto turn on options and for setting power settings to reduce power usage if used with powerbank. I tried some benchmarks on it and it scored pretty high considering size and price. Its not a gaming computer but on some games does its job. Has intel iris xe gpu, not the usual intel uhd. The nvme is fast and has big capacity and 16gb ram are perfect for all tasks. 8 is too small in 2023. The wifi card is a wifi 6 card which offers good speeds. Also ethernet 2.5gbs. The usb c in the front is thunderbolt 4.0 which is great offering one cable operation to most portable monitors. So with the two hdmi in the back you can use up to 3 monitors.
Ho comperato un altro M2 e ho installato un WIN 10, poi ho selezionato “a mano” tutti i driver sospetti e ho preso dalla pagina dei costruttori quelli giusti per WIN10 64Bit. Ora assolutamente cambiato in meglio, nessun lag, potenza sorprendente, lo uso con l’audio e gestisce tranquillamente plug in e synth virtuali molto pesanti, con la Thunderbolt l’ho testato su interfacce avanzate DANTE normalmente usate su Mac e va meglio!
Une sempio di costruttore che realizza hardware notevole ma non sa quasi nulla di software, se avessero pi attenzione farebbero “sold out”. Ho inserito anche una SSD (incredibile ma c’ spazio pure per quella!), la ventola si sente appena da 20 cm di distanza, la temperatura perfetta, non mi ha mai preoccupato il calore, il consumo di corrente bassissimo e la scheda video interna ha funzionato alla perfezione su un monitor di dimensioni notevoli (4K su un lato) senza intaccare le prestazioni, su qualsiasi altro monitor, nessun problema, non ha funzionato sulla gigantesca LIM a scuola ma indagher.
La documentazione inesistente, un fogliettino ridicolo, il sito non dice nulla e non ha nessun download, nessuna indicazione sul supporto post vendita, solo un telefono Watsup poco funzionale, peccato perch la qualit costruttiva non male e la scelta hardware ottima.

Everything runs smoothly without any lag or delay. The mini PC does have its built-in speakers so you don’t have to connect external audio devices while watching YouTube or streaming music or videos. The sound quality isn’t the best however still decent for a mini PC and especially considering its size. Another great feature is the integrated fingerprint scanner. It makes passwords safer and more comfortable. I have set up 4 out of the 10 groups of fingerprint settings for me and my family, which makes accessing the PC a breeze. It handles all routine and daily tasks without any delay. I have had no issues with running any software or application on this mini PC. The Thunderbolt 4 & 8K UHD support is also a great feature. With the expansion port, I have USB 3.0 X 4, HDMI, DP port, Gigabit Ethernet, audio, and Thunderbolt 4 support with transfer rates of up to 40 Gbps, charging, and power supply as well as 8K video output. It’s amazing how much power this mini PC can pack in such a small size. The large memory & storage of this mini PC is another great feature. With 16GB (8GB x 2) RAM, the performance is top-notch. Dual-channel DDR4 RAM supports upgrades up to 32 GB (2 x 16 GB), and the 512 GB M.2 2280 SSD provides plenty of storage space to quickly access software, data, photos, videos, or documents. The internal 2.5 inch SSD slot supports a total capacity of up to 2 TB. I really don’t have to worry about running out of storage space, and everything runs smooth. Lastly, the support for three displays is a great feature. With pre-installed Windows 11 Pro Mini PC, I can easily connect three outputs – HDMI 2.0 (4K@60Hz), DisplayPort (8K@60Hz), and Thunderbolt 4 (8K@60Hz) should I need to. I have been using a M1 Mac mini for about 2 years. And had a 2TB SSD in a little enclosure. Also was using GeforceNow to play my games and for when I needed windows Parallels. I don’t need either now.
I have 1Gbps dedicated internet. On this machine I get full speed over Ethernet, and over the WIFI 6 I get around 500 both ways – which is plenty. It’s got Bluetooth which I didn’t even know about. I like the fact both are built in and not dongles.
Got PLENTY of IO. I am running 1 HMDI for 4K and 1 Display Port for work stuff over 2 monitors. It’s got plenty of other ports. The SSD is okay but I took mine out and replaced it with a better one with 1TB – The one that came with the machine is plenty fast however but I have it in the enclosure now in the USB-C port. Putting the 2TB SSD in was easy- it’s 4 screws on the bottom and then 4 for the little enclosure which is at the bottom – the ribbon connector has plenty of length and it all fits in nicely.
The first thing you need to do when you fire it up – is DISABLE defrag! – on a SSD it will kill it fast – so go into Settings, type in search for defrag and then turn the schedule off, You are welcome 🙂
Anyway – I do hear the fan when I download but that’s because the CPU gets to about 75% and stays there – but other times (like right now) it’s silent. Boot time for Mac Mini 24 seconds including login. For this machine 18 seconds and that’s using the finger print scanner!
Anyway not a top notch gaming machine but I like to play varied games on Steam. It runs TF2, Train Sim, Flight Sim, L4D2 Fortnite and DayZ without any issues – it’s actually quite smooth for iris graphics. I’ve ran all I can and only managed to gobble up 5GB of RAM at once!
Onboard sound is decent -audio output it good. I did all the updates Windows wanted me to – and it’s running just fine. Power wise at full load – My Killwatt meter is saying 21W . I live in a Motorhome and I have been running all my gear off my inverter and the monitor I have is saying 79W in total – so whatever it is – it’s pretty good

The initial setup took only a few minutes and was smooth all the way through;
It came with a licenced Win11 pro and it performs amazingly well, running several programs at the same time (without significant loss of performance) and flawlessly; During the benchmarks, the 4 cores CPU and the integrated intel Iris Xe GPU did a brilliant job! The finger print reader works perfectly every time and its very accurate and quick.
The mini-pc has amazing quality built in speakers, more than enough for watching movies and games but probably not powerful enough for a small party however this would not be a problem as it has an output audio jack (conveniently located at the front) so it can be used for headphones or to connect to an existing audio system; As if it wasn’t enough, it also has Bluetooth for wireless speakers/headphones;
I managed to get very high download and upload internet speeds through its gigabit ethernet adapter (average 940mbps download/upload);
The most impressive aspect about this nice little Pc is that even on its most stressing/peak moments (running heavy programs and benchmarks) it remained silent and did not warm up at all!! This is a very quiet pc; I would say it’s almost imperceptible.
I think this Pc is certainly much more than just a” daily basis tasks” home Pc , as it does much more than the basics, it’s actually capable of running professional programs, all at the same time and flawlessly, thanks to the 16gb ram, quadcore i5 processor and it’s NVME SSD;
I have used it connected to 2 screens (34″ monitor using Display Port and a 16″ monitor connected to the HDMI) as the mini-Pc conveniently has both DISPLAY port and HDMI port;
In my opinion this mini-Pc offers a very good value for money; I think it was a great deal and I’m definitely very happy with this purchase.

This pc can literally fit in the palm of my hand and yes is more powerful than my 2-year-old home PC, amazing how technology progresses, it has a built-in fingerprint scanner and you can register up to 10 fingerprints on and it makes for a great way to unlock and login, it runs everything a windows PC should and runs well with web browsing, youtube and all the apps, it will also play most games well also which was a surprise, few examples Roblox and Minecraft no problem, it’s well made and would be ideal as a small home PC, media server with a bigger hard drive, all in all, I really love it to bits, highly recommended to all.
