This is definitely not placebo after using them with low calorie diet and ecserise I lost over 20kg I ran out and switched to over counter pills only 300mg instead of 1800 from this and I have noticed significant slower weight loss to the point of maintaining weight. Bought these after the gummies have been sold out so thanks for that TikTok! Only just started them but seems to be doing the same job less bloating and grogginess and generally more energy, the ONLY thing I’d gripe about if I had to is the smell there’s a very strong vinegary smell I mean I guess that’s in the title but you didn’t get that with the gummies

We had read about this product and thought we’d try it as my wife has had acid reflux and been treated wrongly for many many years. We hope these will help redress the natural acids in her stomach. THEY DO SEEM TO BE WORKING.

I fast 18 hours everyday, before I start my fast I take a dose and it helps me throughout the night. I loved to snack at night so it was really hard at first considering I start my fast at 6pm and start eating again at 12pm, but these were a life saver, it’s more effective if you drink lots of water!!

Haven’t taken the product long enough to see the effects, but so far it’s good, my biggest problem to it is you have to take 3 capsules to get the recommended dose which is 3 too many

A little difficult to tell whether there have been significant results after one month, but I’ll keep taking them as they’re far easier to take than drinking ACV, which tastes foul, and gives me raging acid reflux. Hoping to see a difference after the second month’s worth.

I like the fact that capsules are dehydrated form of vinegar itself and on a long run it is becomes difficult to drink liquid vinegar. Vinegar lowers cholesterol and leads to reduction of sugar levels in a blood!

It’s been roughly a 2 weeks since I’ve been taking the apple cider vinegar. I’ve noticed very pleasant changes in my appetite! I take 2 a day personally, one in the morning nd one in the evening. Especially in the evening I love how I no longer feel the usual pangs of unnecessary hunger after 7pm. It’s such a diet saver! I also notice that I stay fuller for longer, what sort of wizardry??

The capsules are easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste.

I have the worst acid reflux and can literally wake up in the morning with dribble melting my pillows; I had searing pains in my throat in the morning even taking Omrepazole.

I’ve tried liquid Cider Vinegar before which is great but tastes like crap; worse is you start to get used to it.

These are the middle ground and as soon as I started taking them, I saw a massive improvement; they are brilliant.

If you have acid reflux, don’t stop the meds, but take these to remove that last edge of pain and discomfort.

Really happy and will be on my subscribe list.

They are quite big but I didn’t have any problems in taken them. I have been losing a pound a day in conjunction with a good diet. I’m unable to exercise as I have disabilities and I do have medication that works against me so I was really struggling to find something to help me to lose weight so I’m extremely happy.

The first time I tried to order vinegar in the form of tablets. as it improves digestion and does not harm the teeth, unlike regular apple cider vinegar. The result will not say that directly “wow”, but I noticed that it helps to lose weight. The taste of the tablets does not cause discomfort. Despite my healthy diet I have high cholesterol and always looking for natural remedies to treat it. I’ve heard great things about apple cider vinegar benefits but couldn’t get myself to drink it because of the taste.
