I’ve tried 3 or 4 other aveeno creams such as the extra dry skin ones and they only work a bit, I guess it depends what type of dry skin you have but I’ve found so far this helps massively with dry skin on ears. I mainly suffer with dry skin from showering 3 times a day and having air con so I try and moisturise a fair bit but I can’t do it all the time (e.g. every time I wash my hands/ shower). Using this in combination with the shower moisturising cream is a good combo

Not a massive bottle by any means but a little goes a long way due to how thick and rich it is. Doesn’t really have an odour. Really helps moisturise my baby’s skin.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything but needed to for this. My daughter had awful eczema on backs of knees and elbows. Only steroid cream would work but then it felt like we were always using it which isn’t good. No ointments we have been prescribed from the GP have made any difference. Her skin was broken and often weeping. This has made all
The difference , applied morning and night and her skin is pretty much clear now. Has been the case since we started using this several months ago. Highly recommend giving this a try

My baby flared up with massive red, scaly dry patches and was unsettled. This night emmolient was a saviour, it intensely moisturised the eczema patches and reduced them within a couple of days.
Very thick cream which did take a while to soak in but we really found it helpful for the acute flare ups. Expensive for the price so once the patches were less angry we switched to the moisturiser from this range.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy 4month old has nasty dribble rash on cheeks and chin from teething, put the cream on moment it arrived and again regularly throughout day & evening. Within 24hours the redness had settled and the skin looked more hydrated and less flaky! Great for sensitive skin and no scent! Continuing to use regularly and can see improvements!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought this for my 7 month old baby after weeks of seasonal dryness, dribble rash and dermatitis on her face and hands. We tried so many things but this is the first thing that worked and it worked overnight!
Honestly, this stuff is magical. Her skin was so much smoother after just one day of using this and her rash is almost completely gone now! I don’t normally write reviews but I was just so shocked by how good this is. Wow!

Definitely seen an improvement in my baby boys eczema. He’s only 4 months old so didn’t want to use anything that would be too harsh on his skin. This was just right and gentle enough for him.

I use this on my 6 month old baby every night (could be used at any time of day). It helped get on top of some nasty eczema and now keeps it at bay. Small tube and expensive, but I have purchased repeatedly as it really seems to work for us.

Bought for my baby son as he’d gotten an awful dribble rash in the crease of his neck & his usual cream wasn’t clearing it up, after first use the rash was noticeably better & after a second use is almost completely clear! Only thing I’m not keen on is the slight stickiness it leaves on his skin but it doesn’t bother him & it does the job

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy 6mo has had horrible eczema all over his tummy, arms, elbows, knees and awful all over the nappy area.. We were prescribed steroid creams and anti fungals for the nappy area but nothing made the slightest difference..months had gone by and his skin was still awful.
On a mum group it was suggested to try oat baths.. Some oats in a sock under the running water tap.. I noticed a difference quite quickly so bought this aveeno and the other daytime one as baba seems responsive to the oats.. We are now tag teaming these aveeno dermexa creams with Cetraben on prescription and his skin is absolutely beautiful again. I honestly didn’t think it would ever go away so this is worth a try if you’re struggling.

My son had few patches of dry flaky skin on his face and legs (possible eczema) for months, that wouldn’t go away with any other moisturiser. It took only 2-3 days applying Aveeno and they disappeared. It is expensive but for small areas of skin, the product is thick and only need very small amounts to cover. Should last me a while.

Good but not as good on my babies skin as other ppl say it was on theirs. But not everyone’s skin reacts the same – u gotta try to know. In the end prescription fucidin H cream was prescribed and the only thing that does the trick.

We were struggling to find something to help our toddlers eczema on her face which was so dry and can get scabby and bleed. I bought this based on other reviews. Our toddler hates creams going on her face but accepts this more than others which makes me think it sooths or at least doesn’t irritate her skin. And within a week the difference from using this every day has been amazing. I really recommend this. Is has been magic for us and I am so happy we found it.

This lotion works wonders for my sensitive-skinned twins. I began using it when they were newborns, as they would develop dry, cracked skin after even the most gentle water bath. One of them is more eczema-prone than the other, and this clears up patches within a day or so. Will buy again!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThis is the only thing that stops my little boys eczema around his mouth and on his cheeks. We have tried ALL the paraffin based creams/e45 etc. This has glycerin in and I think that’s it’s magic! All the baby aveeno dermexa range works so well for us. A little goes a long way with this balm, just a bit on the worst areas after his bath and any redness/dryness has completely disappeared by morning. Highly recommend. Just wish it was cruelty free 🙁

The only thing that has worked on my 2 year old’s cheek eczema, after trying multiple different creams. Really impressed – using about 3 – 4 times a day rather than just at night, and about half an hour before I apply sun cream to his face.

My baby has eczema prone skin and he gets very itchy on his chest and face. This cream helps to soothe the itch and makes baby’s skin super soft. It absorbs fast into the skin and has no smell or scent to it. Its a good produc

Out little boy had really painful, itchy, cracked red skin. We were prescribed a cream from the doctors that didn’t do anything so we asked around and were recommended this cream.
After three weeks of using this (along with the day cream), his skin is all cleared up. Could not recommend highe

it seems to be good quality…mayby in preventive stage….but unfortunately it did not work for our baby’s severe eczema …even it made it worse…in the end we had to use a cream with steroids and antifungal and avoid any soaps, plus all the clothings we had to rewash and neutralise any residual detergents with vinegar when rinsing.

This item is good and balm is thick however it should be in jar form rather than tube because being a thick balm, you need to apply force to take it out from tube. Otherwise its good. I use it on my 1 year old daughter with eczema. It hasn’t cured it of course but help keep patches moisturised and smooth.

My little girl had eczema on her tummy and back, I tried loads of different creams to help (inc dr prescribed cream) and none of them worked. After using this for only three days the rash had completely gone. Also, she didn’t cry when applying it so I think its gentler on the skin than other creams. Would highly recommend

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNot usually one for reviewing, but was compelled to after trying this on my baby. She had stubborn dry patches on her calves and elbows, which would be flaky, scabby and rough. I thought it was eczema or would certainly lead to eczema. I wanted to stay loyal to the Aveeno brand as that’s what we use in the bath and as a daily lotion but both weren’t cutting it. From only using this once in the evenings every night, after five days its cleared her skin! I’m genuinely surprised! And relieved. Her smooth, baby soft skin is back. Its very thick so needs a bit of working in, but it has no bad odour and a little goes a long way. Its a brilliant cream and I highly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersMy little girl has had discoid eczema all over her body for 3 years, doctors have given us emollients, lotions, child’s farm creams, strong steroids and nothing has touched it. I thought I’d give this a go as I’d not seen any before and Wow. I put it all over her after her evening bath whilst her skin was still warm and sent her to bed. In the morning her skin was 80% better, after the 3rd night there is no eczema to be seen. I’m so pleased and hope it’s more readily available soon as I’m worried now to ever run out. I hope other people discover this and give it a try.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a wonder product! My daughter developed localised eczema on one elbow about 6 months ago and would flare up for no reason. Many trips to the doctors who just kept prescribing steroid creams which seemed to make it drier and therefore itchy and then my daughter would scratch so it would weep.. I found this and applied it relentlessly morning noon and and night and have done so for about 6 months and it’s the eczema is gone.. no dryness, no redness.. we are amazed! Would recommend to anyone..I occasionally suffer with cracked hands as I’m a hairdresser and my hands are in water a lot and one application gives me relief and soft hands by the morning.. magic cream!!
