I have seen some buyers say that there is a lack of accessories(no arms or base wheels), is it true?

The accessories are placed in the backrest, which can be seen by opening the zipper on the back. You need to unzip the zips under the backrests to find them.

What should I do if the chair keeps sinking?

Chair sinking is usually caused by a leak in the gas lift. If you encounter this situation, please contact BASETBL through Amazon, and we will send you a replacement gas lift.

Will I need a power drill to assemble this or can it be done by hand?

We provide all the tools and the detailed assemble instructions / videos for you. No additional tool needed to assemble this home office chair.

You can assemble this office chair by hand with the tool allen key in the package.

I still haven’t received my order. What can I do?

Please touch us via Amazon straight away. We will help you check it.

Can I return if it isn’t comfortable? If so, how long have I got to return?

Yes, this office chair comes with free return. Any quality problems, we can offer free replacement within 30 days and we also promise to provide you with zero-profit product accessories within one year.

Bit if a struggle to assemble, I put the screws in for the armrests to the seat first then lay it with the back either flat on the floor or sideways makes it a lot easier to line up the armrests with the back by yourself

I needed a new chair for my office and came across this at a discounted price so went for it. It wasn’t the easiest to put together although the video was more helpful than the instructions it came with. The chair itself is actually very comfortable.

I’m not the smallest of people so getting a chair that is comfortable can be a problem. In this case, I can happily report that I have a very comfortable chair. The back is a little ‘upright’ for my tastes but that is more to do with my poor posture. It went together quickly and easily.

Bought this for my son. He is a little on the large side but this is exactly what he needed ,strong on his back giving him good support all day.

Very easy to assemble, like all office or gaming chairs the back is mounted only to the arm rests so I’m not expecting it to last forever, but the material used is of high quality and looks great.

Really good chair. It was my first time building a pc chair and it went fairly smoothly to begin with but near the end it’s easier with 2 people when attaching the back bit.
The chair itself is really comfortable, and a nice material.
My boyfriend uses it and the cats like to climb the back and sit on the head rest so it has multiple uses .
It has been 2 months and still going strong so I would recommend this chair.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good

The chair is easy to assemble with the exception of the backrest which is definitely a 2 man job.
As far as comfort goes it’s not too bad could possibly do with a bit more padding and for me the backrest is a little low. On my chair the tilt is none existent which is a shame.

Very good looking office chairs, with real comfort and back support. Surprisingly technical (for me) to assemble and took some time and effort to align the bolts, etc. ideally, would have hoped to be ready built, but you cannot have everything. Overall, delighted with the product.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOverall pleased with the chair. Looks good for a great price on Prime day. Assembly not easy as difficult to line up screws with holes to add arm rests. Took 2 of us DIYers to assemble with electric screw driver.
I read some reviews about lack of back support after parts removed from cavity of chair back so I filled it with a soft pillow before re-zipping & assembly.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s good value for money and very comfortable, the plastic on the arms could be better. But where it really lacks is with the metal tripod legs. Being in parts that you assemble with bolts and not one welded part, It creeks SO much! If the legs didn’t creek it would be an easy 5*

I’m no DIYer but managed to put it together reasonably easily on my own. Found attaching the arms the trickiest but used a small torch to help line up the holes.
    Overall, a very comfortable chair.
The only minor disappointment, a mistake, on my part, was I thought the back was independently adjustable, but it’s not. Although the chair does rock back if required so not a problem.

I found lining up the arms to screw into the back and seat wasn’t that easy. Also no user instruction i.e. How do get the tilt to work? Chair looks good and is comfortable.

Love the product, very comfortable chair for home office. Had no problem with the assembly as the video and instructions are quite good HOWEVER the video doesn’t show how tricky it is to attach the back of the chair and line up the screw holes. Defo a 2 man job!

Ive been wanting to review this chair for a while. Its been over a year since I bought this chair and as you can see in the pic (over a year of use), it is still in great shape. I haven’t had any issues with it. I use a cushion to support my back but that’s it. The delivery was quick, the assembly was a little tricky but I’m good at DIY so, I found my way around. I think the important thing is that for the price I think this is a great chair. I use it daily between 2 and 6 hours. I’m a 6’2″ 85kg guy, so this chair works.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Buy - I'm 6'2" and I love this chai

Despite being a good DIYer I struggled a bit to put the chair together. The arms screw into the back and seat but you need to compress the seat/back joint to line up the holes. Better instructions would help – best to fit 6 screws slightly loosely leaving the front 2 seat screws to finish. This allows you to apply leverage to allign the final screws. Once assembled the chair is robust, good looking and relatively lightweight. I find it perfectly comfortable. Happy with the purchase but have some doubts how well the fabric covering will wear.

Best chair bought recently. Been unlucky with them, gone though two in 12 months first was down to the bard seat within weeks. Second one gas lift failed. This one is well made, lots of bolts, heavy weight model this,, beware needs two to assemble. Back seat may be a pain to line up, but entually will succeed. In use, best comfort seat so far, stable, nice looking, for price it stands up against others for around the same. Well worth 5he asking

I thought the legs and arms were missing when they are in fact inside the back of the chair.
Easy to put up, actually surprised at the quality of chair and components. Very pleased

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAlthough this is undoubtedly the best computer desk chair I have ever owned, it’s not quite perfect. It was, however, easy to assemble and started out incredibly comfortable but, after only a couple of weeks use, the seat pad has compressed so that I can feel the hard seat base when I sit down. Undeterred, I purchased a square box cushion from Amazon which has remedied the problem – but at an additional cost of 18.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersPurchased in April 2022 and gas cylinder has already gone. I’m tall so need seat at maximum height. I am within the advertised weight limit for the chair. Haven’t submitted review until now as wanted to see how long it lasted … 8 months….at this price point I didn’t expect it to have a very long life, but reasonable to expect at least a year. Don’t recommend at all, and especially if you’re tall.
Update: Seller contacted me and offered a replacement gas lift for the chair. Now fitted and like new. Love the look of the chair and comfortable for the price point. Changed review from 1* to 4* to reflect the fabulous proactive customer service and the 6 months of comfort I did have and will continue to now have with this chair.

Golden Review Award: 49 From Our UsersI need to sit at my desk for seemingly endless hours every day and so I do get through chairs far more frequently than most. This gives me a chance to sample different chair styles and, when I felt my previous chair was in need of replacement I began looking.

I have to say it was the gray colour that attracted me to this sales page. Most office-style chairs are pretty much the same in function and I have come to prefer a fabric cover rather than leather or faux leather, far more comfortable to sit on.

At the time of ordering, this chair was listed at the reduced price of 128.99, which I felt was a really good deal. Even better, there was the chance of a further 20 discount, which I accepted. Then came the wait. With the product shown as being delivered by Amazon, I had expected a reasonably fast delivery from one of their warehouses but, in this case, it was not to be. The chair was being delivered by DPD (a decent company). However, the tracking number repeatedly showed that DPD had received the order but had not received the parcel to progress further. I therefore assumed it was coming from Europe, hence the slightly longer delivery date shown on my email. Perhaps I was lucky, the box arrived exactly 7 days from my order, which was really good – although the DPD site still showed it had not received the parcel, even though DPD delivered it. I guess there was a fault there with DPD. I do wish, though, that the sales pages would show precisely where an item is located, it would give customers a better idea of delivery status – and, in my case, it arrived early in the morning without any notification, fortunately I was at home.

I am definitely not marking this item down because of some mix-up with the delivery company, that would be totally unfair. My review, therefore, will focus solely on this office chair.

The box contained all the items necessary – remember the accessories are housed in the back of the chair back, you need to unzip and carefully remove them. Every single item had been carefully packaged and was covered in either bubble wrap or plastic to protect it in transit. The necessary bolts, along with an allen key, were actually quite large, nothing fiddly here, and that made the entire assembly process even easier.

I decided to follow the simple instructions to put the chair together, starting at point one and working through. That way I could review the manufacturer as well as the product. I have to say it was simple. I have assembled some office chairs in my time that took hours and a lot of sweat and swearing, this one took me under an hour and I deliberately went slow and steady.

Order of construction was clear, fix the legs to a central circular holder, cover top and bottom with a plastic cover (remember the plastic cover appears to be an entire circle but it does come apart), then push on the castors. First impressions were pleasing. The legs are a perfect width, definitely not too large like some chairs are.

I then fixed the controlling mechanism to the base of the chair and fitted it onto the legs. HINT – although the bolts are nice and chunky, they have to fit deep inside the recess of the mechanism so ensure you have lined up the holes first. Don’t tighten each bolt the full way, wait until all bolts are in place and then go around tightening them.

The arms I then screwed to the back of the chair (two bolts each side) – HINT have a small torch to hand because it is extremely difficult to line up the holes in the chair with the holes in the arms (black on black). Using a torch it makes it easy. Part-screw one bolt then fix the other, then tighten (but see my note at the end of this).

It is not easy to attach the back with arms to the seat – it never is! Especially because the bottom part of the arms is slanted. Using the torch again to light your way, fix one bolt and then the other, then tighten. I found it far easier to work both arms over the seat base and then lie the whole chair sideways on the floor. Turning it over to fix the bolts in the other side.

I mentioned above I would add a note here. When you tighten the bolts in the arms to the chair back, there is very little play in them to stretch over the chair seat. It might be better not to fully tighten the bolts until you have also attached the arms to the seat, then go around and tighten them all with the allen key. Choice will be yours, obviously.

One point I wish to make clear – on the model I received I found it very difficult to zip the back covering all the way around the second lower corner. This took a lot of careful pinching of the fabric so the zip moved by mm at a time. This is caused by the fabric being so tight around the edges of the chair back. I got there in the end but it took me 10-15 minutes of patience – and this time is included in the hour it took me to construct the whole thing.

When I had the chair fully constructed and standing on its castors, I sat on it with my body resting against the back and then adjust the height of seat I wanted. All worked first time and perfect – although I didn’t change the angle of the back because I like chair backs to remain near upright, and I never lean back or rock on the chair anyway.

I lifted the chair, it stayed intact, I rolled it into position, sat on it and found it really comfortable. The light grey colour is not overpowering at all in my room and the chair looks far more expensive than it actually is.

What would I have liked? A little more padding on the arms and more and firmer padding on the seat. Whilst it is comfortable, like so many office chairs that padding will flatten over time. Again, I am not marking the chair down because of this since it is simply my own wish and most chairs (unless you buy huge office chairs) have little padding.

All in all, using this chair now for several days and for many hours each day I have found it comfortable to sit on, the light grey colour looks perfect in my room, the chair arms are not too long and are ideal to rest elbows on (not long enough to hold an entire forearm). This chair cost me less money than almost all the other chairs I have bought in the last 10 or 15 years yet I find it superior to all of them. If I had the sense I would buy another one and keep it in storage to use when this one needs replacing.

A long review, yes, but I also wanted to point out the ease of construction and offer a few hints to make it easier for future customers. The fact I wish I could have a second to keep for the future indicates just how much I like this product and I have no hesitation in recommending it – especially the grey colour.

I have been looking for weeks to find an office chair that fits in the design of our living room. This looked nice, was plush what I prefered when looking and had a higher back. (I am 6 feet tall.)
It is risky to buy furniture online without the option to try it but happy I wnt ahead and bought this one.
Although I just purchased it, it seems a good and comfortable chair. It does give sound when moving around on the wheels tho, but hope it will go away with time.
Weird that it doesn’t have padding on the back of the back support, but should be alright without it.

Needed two people to assemble the three parts together.

4.0 out of 5 stars Looks nice in a living room and feels comfortable

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAlthough the instructions were fairly basic, they were easy to follow and it was good that an allen key was provided for tightening the bolts. Assembly was relatively straightforward. I managed to put it together myself, but a second person would be helpful, especially when attaching the backrest which was slightly awkward to hold and align properly. The base is formed from steel parts rather than the moulded plastic that I have encountered with chairs I have had the past. The chair is firm, yet comfortable and the backrest is nice and high, giving full support to your back. The chair was a bit more expensive than models I have bough in the past, but the steel base and general level of sturdiness is probably worth the extra cost.
