I was sceptical as most pans deliver a mediocre heat but I was surprised by the cooking time the food was cooked to perfection within minutes. I recommend this pan for induction hobs which is all I have but I’m sure it will be excellent with other appliances.Plus, the pan does not absorb oil so use less than the conventional one. It’s a star rating 200%
At last I’ve found a frying pan that really does the job. Extremely well made and robust. Lovely handle too.
