This burner is very heavy and and feels well made.
It produces a very powerful flame – be careful to make sure not to put items that are too small on it.
The gas taps do get very hot when in use.
The burner has 3 burners but that is not how they work.
It is not inside, middle, outside.
The middle tap controls the smallest ring.
The left tap controls the left side of the other two rings
The right tap controls the right side of the other two rings.
I was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t one tap per ring – which is how I felt the product was described but it does a good job at what we purchased it for.
Very sturdy piece of kit and perfect for BIR style curries where high heat is needed.
