Great product for recovery for my knee and versatile to use for other areas other than knee. Putting the straps through the loops can be a bit annoying to set up (minor) but easily adjustable and fits well
Lies flat in freezer so does not take up lots of room.
Fits over knee with aid of velcro straps. Illustration gives impression that it fits around the kee entirely which it does not.
Bought to treat a Bakers Cyst behind my knee. After only a few uses the cyst has greatly reduced in size..Nice and flexible even when frozen…only slight grumble is the velcro strapping but that’s velcro for you.
This item works well hot or cold,perfect for my knee injury,comes with velcro straps.
But you can use it anywhere on your body where you need relief.

I initially bought just one of these for after having a total knee replacement, however they are so good I have purchased another 3 as I’m icing a lot right now

The hot and cold pack is easy to put on but the straps are quiet difficult to fasten . I tried several times but found it easier to put the ice pack on my knee and leave it there for 20 mins . I thought it would be a little bigger as my knee is still swollen after a knee replacement but it does what l wanted it to do .
It’s little stiff out of the freezer, but can be made to mould to my knee.
I’ve knocked a star off because the slits the strap should go through aren’t reinforced. I’m not even going to try using them as I’m pretty sure they’ll tear. But they aren’t really needed – I just wrap the very strong flexible straps all the way around.
In short, I’d recommend the item.
The product freezes quickly and the straps are helpful for holding in place. It’s not as big as we thought so doesn’t go right around the knee but it’s helping with the swelling following knee replacement surgery
This was the first icepack I bought for my husbands knee replacement surgery. It’s very soft to touch and a lovely colour it’s a tad small for his knee,
However I bought another one for his knee and this one now goes round his ankle as that’s pretty swollen too. Wasn’t overly priced I’m due to have
Foot surgery too so I’m sure I’ll be using it.
