The screen is great.
My only problem is that my remote control doesn’t work. I have put a fresh battery in. It lights up when I press the buttons so I know it isn’t a power problem.
It just doesn’t speak to the screen.
Has anyone encountered this problem?
Is there something I can do to fix it?
If there isn’t anything I can do, am I able to get a replacement remote control?

Receive this screen, 110 inches wide
After unpacking, I noticed the screen had a dent in it but didn’t affect the performance. It works one hundred percent. fantastic product and works well. as I am in Northern Ireland, I think they need an Irish distributor. As this is the second one I have purchased with the same problem, but I will still give it five stars.
Really happy with this screen. Very well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Easy to put up, it’s not that heavy, but I did get some hanging brackets with hooks separately so I didn’t need the ones it came with. Operation is smooth. The black section at the top is a clever way of ensuring the projection area of the screen can go down low enough, but you can stop it at any point so you can have less of that showing if it bothers you. The instructions were in broken English and i had trouble understanding how to setup the remote, but in the event it was really easy: unplug the power at the side of the projector, plug it back in and then press a button on the remote and it works.
Only a couple of small negative things. If they could have routed the second part of the power cable to come out of the bottom of the controller it would have made it easier to tidy the cables away. The heavily painted brand name is a bit prominent (going to put some tape over it). And no remote battery supplied! Such a cheap item, it can’t save them much at all to leave out but it means you have to go get one yourself. But none of these issues matter much and it really does work great. Oh yes there was a strong smell initially but that goes after a few hours with an open window. Highly recommended.
I was using a custom built free standing screen for my projector but it was taking up too much space and was awkward to move so decided I wanted a drop down screen.

Price, cant beat it at this price.
Simple controls and good motor – I have it working with house automation so I don’t need to use the controller with the projector.
Nice screen for my needs, will not suit videophiles at this price.
I can use in the daylight without it being too washed out.
Size – 120 inches, awesome.
Easy to install and setup, basically two hooks attached to my roof and it was done.
Great picture in the dark.
Good colour reproduction – again for me not videophiles.
Lightweight, especially for its size and having a motor.
Cons
Power / Control lead a bit short
Some curling on the edges
Retraction needs some adjustments to get it fully retracted, about 2cm on the left hand side does not retract, haven’t looked at this yet.
Where the screen connects to the wall it’s held up by two screws only on some fairly lightweight plastic (no metal reinforcement).
We made up some metal brackets for underneath as we didn’t trust the 5mm of plastic to bear all the weight.
Screen does smell very much of chemicals. I’ve seen the reports of it tearing on the corners, I’ll keep an eye on it but I can’t see how that would happen. No creases in our screen.
Great unit easily mounted in seconds.
Except: bottom screen fabric tears where it meets the corner of the weighted drop down tube and has no reinforcement.
5″ torn in a week. Remote control non functional. No 12v line to lower screen automatically when projector is is switched on. Almost great value for money but longevity likely to be short due to propensity to tear.
Sadly cannot recommend as one brush against it could tear or crinkle fabric. I’d like a refund but I don’t seem to have had a response since originally receiving a quick reply and offer to refund or replace.
Very easy to mount to the wall and works well with my 4k projector. The projector screen had a number of lines/ creases which I needed to keep the screen down and across a couple of days the lines have went away. There was a really strong plastic/PVC type smell which took around 1 day to clear. Once mount the picture quality is prefect. Overall would recommend this projector screen.
I just received this projector screen and I love it so far. The only complaint is the pungent glue smell when you take it out of the box. I strongly recommend that it be ventilated for a day, so it will be a perfect shopping experience.
