We have used this to scan many different sizes of negatives including 110, 35mm and old square ones from 1950s. It has done a brilliant job. It’s really easy to use. It’s simple and effective and I have been very pleased with this.

Love this, scanned thousands of negatives and slides in just a few evenings. Being able to just feed the negative trips and slides through continuously without faffing about with holders makes all the difference. Decent enough quality scans for me. Scanned onto SD card, haven’t tried the other options yet.

Plus: you keep pushing slides through. (With my old scanner you had to load them one by one into a carrier.)
Plus: plug it into your desktop and you can modify the contents of the card then resume scanning.

Negative: navigating through the menus is messy and non-intuitive.

Negative: it scans the entire card for JPEGs so trying to review the latest batch can be impossible if you have hundreds of other images on the card even if they are in different directories.
Negative: I tried to use it for a slideshow so I copied other images on to the card. It falls apart trying to display JPEGs which are not in exactly the format it uses, eg. different dimensions.

So good…Scanned a few slides to SD card then connected via the supplied custom HDMI lead to view images on larger screen TV (screen on unit is fine but intention is to scan a lot of slides then display as slideshow at party). Default image resolution is good although obviously dependant on source quality.

Package says 2 year warranty with extension to 3 years upon registering within 7 days, but so far it’s not clear how to do this as QR code supplied just goes to DigitNOW website with only an option to subscribe so will update when I get a reply form seller or DigitNOW.
