Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was a bit skeptic to buy these as I’ve had Beats by Dre and AirPods etc and was disappointed with both.
So I bought these because of the good reviews on Google as well as here plus they were reduced and I took the chance- they are the clearest and loudest earbuds I’ve ever had!
EarFun do have an app you can install which I did and was pleasantly surprised that you can change or customise your sound experience, ie more bass or more treble etc
I customised them to be the loudest and sharpest and it was well over my iPhone 15 decibels!
They’re very easy to use and you can also customise the touch controls on the earbuds to either switch them around or just disable them plus they’re very comfortable for small awkward ears. 🙂
Connectivity is fantastic I could have them blasting whilst my phone is away at the other side of the house, the charging is great also and they last for hours, I’ve fell asleep with them in and woke up next morning and they still had charge.
Only thing I can think of is if you’re someone who LOVES a very heavy heavy bass then I don’t think they could give you it but I highly recommend these and I’m so glad I bought them!

I’ve gone through a lot of under 100 ear buds and these are the best

Noise cancelling cuts out cars driving past
    Fit my ears well
    Sound great
    Long battery
    50 when I bought them
    Love them

They are about the fourth set of earbuds I have tried. All advertise ANC or ENC, but these actually work. If you download the app you can control them remotely. Have already recommended to friend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEdited feedback: (Bought them 3 weeks ago. Used very few times and suddenly the left ear bud stopped working. Tried charging the case again although was fully charged but didn’t work! What a shame because they look good quality but sadly defective!)
    Update:
Customer service promptly responded and I was offered a replacement which I received. The earbuds have excellent sound quality and noise cancellation. Wirelessly charged case and premium quality!

I purchased these as a gift to replace a old but much more expensive set of ear bud type earphones, I have been told they sound quality is very good and the battery life good and they where easy to set up ? So very pleased with this purchase

    Very good value for money.
The noise canceling is great for a noisy commute.
Battery life is decent. I probably have to charge them once a week.
Touch features are great. You can play/pause/skip/etc.. with just a touch of the finger.
If you remove the earphones whatever you are listening to automatically stops. That’s a great feature but can become annoying when you are trying to use only one earphone.
Overall very satisfied. I’ve bought an extra pair for my mum

This pair was purchased to replace a cheaper Soundcore buds that failed after 4 days.
Fit is good but only used them whilst sitting down so cannot comment how good they are whilst exercising.
Sound quality is great and noise cancellation works however only used in fairly quiet situations so far.
Charge seems to be lasting quite well at the moment giving around 4-5 hours before they need to go back into the case for a boost.
Would recommend if you don’t want to pay a King’s ransom just to listen to music watch films etc.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersITEM BOUGHT RECEIVED: 12/08/2023
Quality of it in terms of sound and features are amazing. The only problem with these earbuds which seems to be a common problem is the right ear bud. It stops working after 6 months (~28/02/2024).

    UPDATE 12/03/2024:

I’m back with an update on my earbuds situation. After my initial review, customer service stepped up and sorted everything out. They replaced my headset with a brand new one, and I’ve got to say, the sound and features are still top-notch. The previous issue with the right earbud cutting out seems to be resolved with this replacement. Props to the support team for handling my warranty claim without a hitch.

What can I say, the best earbuds I’ve ever had for this price, first of all download the app and set the equlizer to you taste, if you’re phone has a Qualcomm chipset even better you get adaptive sound, sounds are beautiful ,worth every pound.
    Thank you.

Had 8 months of use then one earbud became faulty with reduce sound. I tried everything manufacturer recommended to rectify this problem but nothing worked. I got intouch with earfun via email but didn’t receive a message back – I had though but the message from earbud ended up it my spam folder which is why I hadn’t seen their 2 messages that were offering a replacement set of earbuds/or refund. I have accepted a replacement set and they’re on the way to me now so all good with service. The earbuds are excellent quality for the price.

I’ve had echo buds for a while but they gave up the ghost. So invested in EarFun Air Pro 3 Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds,
Great investement Half the price and sound quality actually better than the more expensive echo buds. Active Noise cancellation really works. Had to update firmware with app and fooled around with the equaliser settings to get it the way i like it in terms of bass/treble but no bother. I kind of found the ambient noise function annoying as it magnifies ambient noise with hissing in background (so wint be using that). Would highly recommend these mid range buds..

  14. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

Considering these are 1/5 the price of AirPods I wasn’t expecting equal performance but I wasn’t disappointed. The noise cancellation is very good. My other half bought earbuds of similar value that claim to be noise cancelling but don’t at all. The sound quality is good. If you want good performance but don’t want to spend ridiculous amounts on something that you’d be so worried about losing you wouldn’t take them out of the house then these are a great option and certainly the best performance in this price band. Would buy again when I inevitably lose these!
Update: I’ve finally had to charge them, nearly a month after purchase! I’m so impressed with them. If I had to find fault I’d like there to be more than 3 charge indicator lights so you have a better idea of when it’ll run out of battery but that’s just nitpicking. I can honestly say they’re the best earbuds I’ve ever had.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUpdate on review. After my idiocy of losing the charging case EarFun offered to send me a free case but said it could take a couple of weeks to arrive. It arrived TODAY and have charged them up and I am now using them. THANK YOU EarFun for the free charger including free postage from China. The earbuds are 5 star, Customer service 10*

I use ear buds mainly to listen to audio books and podcasts while commuting on the train. These Air Pro 3 are by far the best in terms of sound quality and noise cancelling that I have used. I have never bought or listened to any earphones which cost more than 80 but I have bought ear buds around the price as the Air Pro 3 and they definitely beat all of those.
I never write reviews, but what has compelled me to write this one was that after only a few days of using them, I STUPIDLY l put the charging case on the roof of my car, got distracted and drove off. Realising my idiocy a couple of hours later after frantically searching my car and pockets, I contacted EarFun in the vain hope they might sell the charging cases separately and could I buy one, I still have both the buds it was only the charging case I left on roof.
EarFun responded promptly saying that unfortunately they didn’t sell charging cases separately but they would get me one sent over from China which may take a a week or 2 to arrive. I am truly delighted. Even though I offered to pay and am still willing to pay for another case they have not asked for any payment.
I am truly quite overwhelmed by their customer service. I had resigned myself to having to buy another pair for my stupid actions.
I am happy to use my old inferior other different buds while I wait for the case to arrive from China.
Apologies for such a long winded review but I was and still am totally overwhelmed ny the caring and fantastic customer service I have received and can’t wait to use my Air Pro 3’s again when the charging case arrives.

Two weeks in and I honestly can say these are the best wireless earbuds I have ever bought, links up each and every time with both my phone and laptop -I have tried for a long time to get the perfect earbuds and hopefully I have them now – I have bought Jabra for the last four sets and these are much better in my opinio

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFor budget earbuds the EarFun Air Pro 3’s are pretty good and IMHO better, in some areas, than the Huawei earbuds they replaced. One thing missing is stopping play on removal of the earbuds and resuming when reinserted. It would also be nice if the app provided a reminder notification to clean the earbuds because it’s guaranteed users will forget, I know I do. The build quality is great and the Earbuds feel a premium product and come with four sets of differing size earbud rubber seals and short charge cable of similar quality. I have used them mainly in the gym with no issues and they are so comfortable I forget I have them in my ears. I haven’t provided a rating for the battery life simply because I haven’t used them for long enough to provide an opinion: I will do so later if I have the inclination and time to add a comment and rating.

Fast to charge, long battery life, clear and rich sound, reliable… Coming from Motorola Vervebuds, I have nothing but praises for this product. The Vervebuds 300 had one advantage: the thin case which avoided having a bulge in your pocket. That is the ONLY thing i can say against the Earfun Air Pro 3 and most earbuds in general: the case could be smaller.

But otherwise, flawless execution. I’ll recommend it to everyone I know.

Product looks great, connects to my phone very easily. Sound quality is why I left 4 stars, don’t get me wrong, they sound great especially at the price but obviously not as good as the Sony XM5s which my mate has but they are over 3 times the price. The battery life is OK, not the best but not the worst either. They come with extra buds depending on ear size, I’ve increased mine to the next size up. They are not the best for watching TV Shows/Films either unless you can speed-up or slow down the audio to bring it back into sync. I bought these for in the gym listening to music which I can’t fault at all. Well worth the price, grab yourself a bargain!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for the Price

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad recently got some bang and olfusen headphones for 122. Sound was great but so quiet and not noise cancelling Barely hear anything at the gym which is ironic as they were for sports use. I had eyed these up before hand and there were reduced to 50 quid. I’ve never listened to Apple or beats ones but these defo do the job on a budget. Seems to be decent ear phones coming out of china these days

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese earbuds are total value for money, for the price for me they’re terrific, the fit in your ears very snuggly and comfortably, they look good, the sounds good, the battery last for ages, and they stay connected they don’t drop in and out. For an older lady (lol) they’re ideal!!
I would recommend to anyone who wants a reasonably priced pair of earbuds

This earphones fit the demands for which I bought it. Good enough.
It had volume control and play back and ffw functions on the earbuds. Sound also good for the price range.
Only negative is the constant pushing back in ear to prevent it falling out.
I would recommend it if you need it for casual use and not want to pay too much.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have been using these earbuds, for a while now, so I’m leaving a review.

The first pair i received were faulty, and the right earbud was making a high pitched whistle noise, so i sent them back for a replacement.

The good news is the replacement earbuds sound excellent, just as i thought they should. The sound quality is amazing, and every song i have played sounds perfect.

The only downside is the limited features in the earfun app. For example, I wish i could limit the audio volume being played to X amount of decibels, to protect my hearing.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend these earbuds, and you will not regret buying a pair.

I hope this review helps someone.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usershe sound quality seems great, and there are balancing options in the app if you want. i use them daily for music, videos, and asmr, and they work great. ive found that the battery runs out faster when using the noise cancelling mode, but should last long enough for most people. i wear them while sleeping and if i use noise cancelling they will run out of charge, but without noise cancelling they still have some charge left.

theyre pretty comfortable, and stay in well. theyre okay to wear while lying down on your side, but not great. otherwise really good for comfort. you can pair them to multiple devices at once and easily switch between which one you want to listen to at the time.

overall i would definitely recommend unless you need a REALLY LONG battery life

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI am testing them for quite a while and although, the sound is not as loud as my previous ones I am very pleased that these headphones can be connected to two devices at the same time.
    So far, I love them.

A con is that I am having a difficulty operating the touch button for volume up/down, etc.

Another con I am testing, is that I think, the battery does not last very long, but I will try to update on that in the future.

    Update: 17/09/23

Unfortunately, started having problems with them as if there is not a good connection via Bluetooth and everytime I listen to music, is giving me a headache.
Moreover, sometimes, even though they are connected to my phone, the sound comes out from the phone and not the earbuds, which is extremely annoying.

It is so hard to find good earphones nowadays, it’s disappointing.

    Update: 18/09/23

I was using the whole making calls for several days and I had many complain from the people I was talking to, which means, the microphone is extremely bad as well.
    These headphones need improvement.
It is really sad because I loved the fact that I can connect to two devices at once.

Ps: I was at home while talking, so there were no back round noise.

I got new ones and I will test them for a couple of months and update again I started using them today at 18-10-23.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had good look at others..Sony, Bose and apple as I’d has a pair of apple ones before but didn’t fancy the 200 quid price tagso what hifi said the EARFUN were a good buy

So I brought this set, having also looked at others in the price range

First review. Paired in an instantplayed a few different tunes to gauge the sound quality good bass, no vocal range distortion, fit really well, with three other ear bud fittings but don’t feel they’ll be necessary the volume and next play options good for someone with ‘solid’ non nimble fingers

So as it stands all good, will see how I get on with them.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersNot my first rodeo with headphones, i have had many different pairs from high end to budget. I can safely say these are worth every penny when compared to mainstream brands like Samsung, JBL or Apple.

Comfort is great and they pretty securely in my ears pretty well but not sure they would stay very well during hard cardio or weights work in the gym. However walking and general day to day use I have had no issues with ear pain or discomfort.

Out of the box the sound profile is very very bass heavy, so downloading the app and changing the EQ is must, you can save your settings in the app. The app is very average but that’s not a massive issue for me, I wont be using it much.

The case is decent quality and the headphones themselves feel great, no complaints on that front. The hear through function is useful and the noise cancelling is ok, noticeable but nothing near as good as my Sony ANC buds, but then they are much more expensive.

I listen to a lot of rock and guitar music and these buds are exceptional for that, plenty volume and dynamic range. For the cash these are easily the best lower cost wireless buds I have used, they shame the mainstream brands.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI found this brand and these earbuds through a What Hi-fi review and they seemed to do a job for a pretty reasonable price, so i’m glad i have gone for them.

I’ve been using them daily as work earphones. They connected to my laptop, no troubles, and i’m pretty much wearing them all day either on calls or listening to music while i work. I use the smallest rubber tips and after 8 hours they can feel a bit uncomfortable as i have small ears.

The touch controls are pretty responsive. Takes a bit of remembering how many taps on what ear to use the functions.
Battery isnt too bad on the buds. They don’t quite last a full day. But popping them back in the case during lunch means its all ok for me.
I think the range is touted as 10m, for me its more like 7m on line of sight, about 5-6m through a couple of walls.

I’m no audiophile, but i’m pretty happy with the sound quality.
All in all, very happy. And saved a few over other brands too.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersPrompted by the many positive reviews I decided that these were worth trying, especially for the price.

They have been a revelation for music playback, so much so that I know rarely use my wired Sennheiser IE300s. Really did not expect Bluetooth audio to be so well presented.

The Air Pros have aptX adaptive for those who have suitable devices so the sound may well be even more impressive. Unfortunately my Redmi 10 is not Qualcomm based so the best I get is AAC and this is fine for me. My Galaxy TAB does connect using aptX without issue and seems to sound equally good. In both cases I use no EQ either on the devices or via the EarFun app. It is really easy to tweak the rather limited EQ via the app if needed to suit different musical tastes.

As I purchased primarily for convenience and portability in listing to music I am impressed with the way that EarFun have calibrated these buds. Some reviewers have commented on bass being a bit heavy but I can’t say that is my experience. One of my reference recordings is Jaques Loussier’s Beyond Bach and through these buds the bass sound just right and the piano superbly presented. GoGo Penguin’s Hundrum Star is simply astounding.

Functionality has been equally impressive. Out of the box connection was fuss free and once the app was loaded the firmware updated immediately. The app (on Android) is a superb example of sparseness and simplicity. For anyone needing a more comprehensive option on sound adjustment and control there is always the ever brilliant Poweramp app.

The buds came fully charged and so far seem to provide hours of playback before needing a top up. The fit using the default ear tips has proved super comfortable and without active noise cancellation in use I get excellent sound isolation. I am still working out how to get the best out of the active noise cancellation (hence the 3 stars in that part of the summary).

Support from customer service is as good as mentioned in other reviews. Within 24 hours my emailed queries were answered by a friendly and helpful adviser.

It is hard to believe that so much can be offered for such a competitive price and certainly on initial impressions I would buy again without hesitation.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is my 8th or 10th earbud, can’t remember, and it pretty much ticked all the boxes at that price point! It looks good, doesn’t bulge out from the ears, fits snugly, no ear fatigue, loud, clear, long battery life, seamless multipoint switch between devices, wireless charging, type-c charging, strong case magnet, IPX waterproof, each earbud independently used etc.

    Cons:
    – Poor case aesthetic design
    – Mobile app features too weak
    – Touch control response is can be better
    – ANC is less than impressive
    – The usual in-ear ear cannal pressure
    – They didn’t need to brand “earfun” boldly on each earbud, a little logo could’ve been enough.

Overall, it’s one of the best out there, even top YouTube reviewers agree. It easily competes with apple, nothing, sony, beats in terms of quality and features and it’s just half their price! Regardless of the cons, I strongly recommend it and I’m definitely buying it again.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI’ve had my eye on the the Sony XM4 earbuds since they came out and nearly bought them on prime day. But was concerned about spending so much and risking them not fitting well or being uncomfortable (which I’ve had with some earbuds and over ear headphones in the past).

Reviews aren’t always accurate but these were affordable for me and at the price point it wouldn’t have been a disaster if they didn’t work for me. They ticked all the boxes on paper, good battery life, hybrid noise cancelling, good sound quality from decent sized drivers.

Soon as I received them I’m gave them a try and the fit was good (I have small ears) sound was impressively rich and bass was impressive. Only a 10 min trial but so far so good. Tried them again on the plane and the noise cancelling was very impressive, for a pair of earbuds (wouldn’t expect them to be as effective as over the ear cans). I’ve had issues on trains where the background noise totally blocks out the sound from headphones without noise cancelling.

I’m not much of a tech nerd but I’ve read that hybrid ANC is in principle a very effective tech and also a more expensive option so it’s nice to see that in a pair of earbuds that are relatively affordable.

I’ve been using them now for a few hours straight and they’re comfortable. Hopefully they’ll stand up to the rigors of everyday life for a few years.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our Users1 Month Review:

It has now been a month I’ve been using it. Overall I am quite happy except a couple of things to consider.

    The Good:
I have been able to pair them with my phone and my laptop so I don’t need to carry an extra headphone for my laptop, I can do my online meetings with them.
The sound quality is great especially with it’s ability to block external noise. I don’t need to raise the volume up on the train to hear the music.
Ambient sound is very useful when you want to listen to what’s happening around you without taking them off.
The battery has been excellent so far. The three dots on the case is useful for knowing when to charge.
The case is small and so easy to place the earphones back into it because of the magnets.

    The Bad:
While listening to music if I pause and play again the sound comes only from the left earphone and the sound starts breaking until I pause and play again. (It’s not a constant issue but it does happen. Already contacted customer service for this and they suggested a few ways to try out to fix it, so I’ll see how that goes)
I’m not fond of the touch buttons, I prefer physical buttons. I rather know if I clicked the buttons. With touch buttons, it’s hard to tell.

I’ll update the review in the coming months.

    3 Month Review:

    Returned.

The issue I mentioned above did not get solved even though I reset everything so I had to send it back to seller.

4.0 out of 5 stars So far so good

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our Users‘LE Audio’ doesn’t work on my phone, no LDAP, no smart sensors and initially wooly tuned bass heavy driver. Out of the box the sound had horrible booming bass, plus flat dull vocals. However after firmware update to v0.4.2 and device (the phone’s Equalizer) and APP EQ adjustment they then sound very good. They will need re-tweaking to get the best sound according to genre. But tweak your phone’s equalizer as well as the APP because this also effects the sound levels!
In Noise Cancelling mode the bass is amplified even more which is annoying.

The buds quickly and easily paired and connected to my Samsung phone with no issues or drop outs afterwards. Also connected to my Windows 10 computer. They can work independently by simply leaving one bud in the case.
The APP when signing in collects unnecessary user data (there is a law against that!), so don’t sign in. No Dark Mode for the APP, but overall the APP is good and the earbuds are mostly customizable. Basic but does exactly what you want it to do. Plus Noise Cancellation modes can also be changed from the APP as well as on the buds.
After firmware update to v0.4.2 the APP terrible treble sound pre-set seems corrected. Credit that these can be updated and bettered with firmware updates. So there’s hope for LE Audio.
It’s good that the EQ can be adjusted and personally set and pre-sets saved. But they are still too bass heavy!
They are loud with volume and power. The Noise Cancelling works well except for increasing the bass even more. The good tip seal helps with this. Sound mainly female voices still comes through but there is a noticeable difference when used. Ambient Sound is also effective over Normal but has a little white noise. There is a system voice informing the selected mode which is great.

The indoor mic quality during recordings is very good except for a slight tinny ‘S’ hiss ‘SSSS’ at the end of some words with S. However during indoor phone calls people say the mic is good and the calls clear.
No EC Audio so battery life isn’t extended but otherwise they have very good battery life.
The design is spot on and they look good, and I do like the defined tap spot. Which with practice the touch controls work fine and there’s a helpful audible tone when touched. The instructions are basic but there is an online video. Customer Services were excellent.

The buds fit my small ears with good seal from the round soft silicon tips, and there are 4 sized quality black tips to choose from. Plus the tips come on a washable plastic holder which is a simple nice touch. The buds don’t feel heavy in the ear and are secure for normal use.
The USB-C wireless charging case isn’t the smallest but ok in the pocket and holds a good charge, so it does the job and works. Standard USB-C cable should be USB-C at both ends, but this has an older USB-A at one end for older chargers.

After some weeks of use is a quality product, these are very good earbuds for the price, and even without EC Audio working I’d recommend them. Once both Equalizers are configured and tweaked the sound is quite good and they work well. However with Noise Cancelling the bass is too heavy. Hopefully a future update can reduce that or another tip could help.
