I’ve just got home my partner was hanging out the washing and the spool failed would I be allowed a replacement .Ive since discovered that the fixing attached to the fence post has broken aswel
This is the best retractable clothes line I have bought. So happy, I have bought a second a year later, as I now have a bigger washer and family.
I now wish for the sun to come out and the weather to improve! Unfortunately, I can’t buy this on amazon. 🙂
This double washing line has been a life changer in our house. Being able to dry so much in one go and then when all done just retract and tidy away. One of the best options out there.
This is just what I needed. Very sturdy, practical and easy to use. Two decent length lines to get all my washing done. I recommend getting a line prop or two, to take the weight and size of bigger items like towels. It has some very nice features like the swivelling unit, easy to lock lines, fast retraction and the loops are made to partially sit inside the unit to stop rain getting in when not in use.
This is a much sturdier product, better designed, and better quality throughout. It was easy to fit and even the line itself was of better quality. Happy to recommend.
I didn’t and the towel got dirty when the prop slipped with the weight of the towels on one side of the prop and the towel dropped onto the grass
