Outside my house has been taken over by false widow spiders, they have replaced all the other types where ever they are and they are everywhere. I’ve sprayed it all around the back door and the outdoor roof covering and it killed all of the false widows instantly, the picture shows a spider I sprayed and was killed instantly. I tried it on a normal thick black one that was pretty big and it just walked off but the next morning I saw it on the floor dead so it did work but was delayed.
The spray bottle does say about it being pretty bad for marine life and it being long lasting which is worrying but I guess a poison has to be bad for some things, I just never put spiders and fish together.
The bottle is easy to spray with and has a twist nozzle that turns off and on, the spray is quite refined so if you get close it’s a localised spray but further away you get a decent spread.
If you need it I’d recommend it for false widows. It’s worked great for me, it’s killed loads of them and the normal style spiders are moving back in.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works fast on some spiders, kills them all eventually

I cleared out my garage and sprayed multiple spiders directly, it kills them within seconds. I sprayed the perimeter of the room and the garage door gaps — kills spiders before they venture far into the space and I see one or two that have tried to come in over night curled up. I live near a wood. Spray nozzle can produce fine mist or water jet. I’ve purchased multiple times. No leaking for me.

This is a big spray bottle that works! It eradicates any bug it touches including mites and fleas. I’ve found it to be very effective and easy to spray. I think it’s good value. When used as directed it’s safe for pets in the household however be careful around aquatic life. I would strongly advise against spraying this in or close to a room where there’s a fish tank unless precautionary measures have been taken.

The insect killer spray is easy to use (just spray areas you need). The spray lever seems a little leaky when using it, but I wear gloves so not a problem for me. We use this on the outside door frames and window frames and so far it seems to be affective.
It is a large bottle so hopefully will last at least another 2 complete spray around the door/window frames.

I used it inside of my home, for flea control and spiders. It works, but need to spray basically every day and wait for the results. It is better to use a mask while using it, it made me cough when I sprayed it, but it doesn’t smell very bad. This spray is a bit on the expensive side, but I haven’t noticed any side effects on my animals or us, so probably worth considering.

This is a very helpful insect spray for the warmer summer days.
During the warm summer days, having a window open really helps cool the house, but at the same time, bugs start flying in and it’s very annoying, especially at night.
Got this spray to help kill those annoying bugs flying in and it’s really helped. A small spray near the window also helps reduce the number flying in.

The product is a ready-to-use spray that is easy to use, no mixing, no diluting, and is ready to be used straight out of the packet.

At 15.99 for a one litre bottle of moth spray that provides supposedly 12 weeks of protection/deter, this is pretty good in value. This is a decent amount of time, however 12 weeks hasn’t passed yet and I’ve only been using this on singular insects and near windows to hopefully deter them from flying in, so I’m not sure how effective this time period provided is.

Overall, this insect spray is pretty good and I have no issues recommending it.

This READY STEADY DEFEND Insect Killer is certainly effective but not really as an airborne spray for treating an entire room at once, it’s too watery and the spray just falls to the ground, but it’s amazingly effective employed as a surface spray. We live in a rural setting and flies can be a Summer nightmare. Small clouds of little flies congregate under the eaves outside our front and back doors like they’re queuing up for some kind of insect tourist attraction. I half-expect them to gang up one day and ring the doorbell to be let in and whenever you open a door a crowd of them rush past you looking for the free buffet.

So I treated the stonework around the door, the doorframes and especially the surface under the eaves where I think they lay their eggs and it completely worked. The next day there were none, not one, waiting to be let in and they’ve stayed away for the remaining Summer (with one more subsequent treatment) until the weather turned too cold for them. I also used it on the inside surface of the lids of our wheelie bins and it worked there too and has kept them clear for weeks now.

The same thing happened indoors, I treated a couple of areas they hang around like teenagers on street corners, and they disappeared from there too. It seems to be near 100% effective and because they don’t return I assume it’s successfully getting rid of eggs and/or larvae too. The spray doesn’t smell strongly and doesn’t seem to leave any obvious stain or marks but you will see some residue on non-porous surfaces and you can’t use it on glass for that reason. It’s not cheap but it’s been extremely effective for us and has made the Summer a lot more swat-free.

This insect spray comes in a 1ltr bottle so pod value for money in my opinion. I know other reviews have said about the spray bottle top being leaky but so far mine works perfectly. I’ve used it on ants and moths and it’s worked well! It’sagoodproduct.

his is a 1 litre bottle of insect killer, it’s specially designed to kill and prevent wide range of flying and crawling insect, ordered it for my shed use, there are always surprise, i found so many unwelcome insect stay inside the shed when i enter it, i hope this insect killer can prevent they coming in

there is a sprayer head with the bottle, typical sprayer head that i can spray the solution to cover target area, it’s better to use gloves as some solution will drip from the sprayer, if you don’t want to wet your fingers, gloves can help

it doesn’t have strong smell, so i can still work in the shed after sprayed around, i target those ventilation holes, gaps and windows so to make sure it builds a defence for insect cannot come in from outside

used it for a few weeks, seems it works, less insect particularly spider found inside the shed, not sure if there is some other holes that i didn’t covered but obviously it prevents some of the insect from coming in

i’m happy with this product, would recommend

5.0 out of 5 stars reduced unwelcome insec

ot had the weather yet this summer to fully check the results, however the spray gun is not great, I can see me having to get a spray bottle to replace this one.

    No smell

Big bottle, wide spray action and wide coverage

Great for a multitude of creepy crawlies and flying insects . Seemed to work well on the moths I’ve been getting flying around my house and eating my clothes

Don’t like the smell and when spraying you get a lot of back splash falling in you. Be careful not to spray beat good or cutlery and crockery

Found a load of ants over in the corner of the garden, not sure where they came from, perhaps made a a home in the winter months and now have come out to forage. Not that I’m against insects but we’ve started trying to grow some plants recently and need to do something to prevent them going where we don’t want. Have given this a liberal spray over and around the areas, so far so good but as with all these things it depends how long they last and keep lasting. No nasty odour or anything and easy to use trigger mechanism.

Insect spray can be quite expensive, but this bottle is fair value for 1 litre. It will last a good while. I will be using around the door frames. I’m hoping for good results to keep ants and spiders away.

The spray is odourless, doesn’t stain and can repel for up to 12 weeks, worth a try.

Helped me get rid of a mosquito/flies infestation I had at home. Initially (first sprays) it didn’t work, but after using it a few days in a row, I started seeing a decrease in the amount of insects there were inside my living space. Good product, I’m satisfied.

This seems effective, so far. I’ve used it on ants but also spiders. Not only do we get cobwebs around our windows, outside, but also on our cctv cameras, triggering alerts. I haven’t had the chance yet to spray spiders directly with it but spraying around the cameras and windows three days ago has kept them away since then. Whether it keep working much longer is another matter, especially with rain forecast tomorrow.

If this keeps spiders at bay for a week or two, I’ll be delighted, especially since it’s reckoned to be safe with children and pets. I’m unimpressed with the leaky spray head though. Four stars for now but, given the “up to 3 months” claim, I’ll reduce that if it doesn’t last at least a week outside.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s a really good product, seems to be very strong helping me to have some relief from ants and fleas at home, but the spray applicator is not the best quality, it leaks a little bit, you need to be careful with your hands.

I’ve no doubt this is a very go product.
However the spray applicator is poor quality. On use I found mine leaking over the handle, every time the trigger was pulled.

I ended up putting the product into, another sprayer.
