I bought this as a cheap and effective way to get rid of fruit flies in my house. I didn’t want to spend loads on an electric device where I’m not convinced that UV attracts fruit flies anyway. I did the trick! After a couple of days the one in my kichen trapped about15 fruit flies, mainly on the yellow sticky pad. The plastic tomatoes are a bit tricky to put together when you’ve put the bait liquid in but that might be my own clumsiness.
We’ve caught 20 flies in 24 hours so these traps are definitely doing their job. I would recommend. They are perfectly sized for sitting beside the fruit bowl and very easy to set up, especially after watching the video online.
I had an outbreak of the little fruit flies, they were driving me crazy but in a couple of days this has sorted the problem. They are flies in the red things and on the yellow sticky things and both are easy to use. No one had offered or given me any voucher to say this, I’m just happy my problem is solved.
Love this product because it works!!! Noticed some fruit flies in my kitchen and they expanded their Kingdom at an exponential level in a couple of days. I used 2 Fruit Fly traps and noticed the difference very soon! In simple words it works! Whoever had this idea is clever. I would highly recommend it!
It’s really great! I recommend this fruit fly trap. After purchasing this fruit fly killer, I no longer meet annoying flies and mosquitoes. My fruit can stay fresh without those darn bugs. Highly recommended!!!
I like that these are easy to put together and use just hope they work. I’ve put one on my living room table with my house being back to front and trying one in my kitchen every so often I see a little black fly haven’t a clue wether there fruit fly’s are gnats don’t keep fruit or food out on work tops and I don’t have indoor plants. So at a loss to what they are.
Although we used these to get some insects from a half used bag of compost we had used , as well as for fruit flies, they were very effective . We cleared our plant’s pots within a week and the fruit flies have disappeared ( at the moment) anyway. Will be ordering some more.
I have received this item on the 23/07/2023 so i don’t understand that this is still displayed on my account that this item is running late as i have received this. but i haven’t received my pack of 8 bottles of squashes Robinsons pear and elderflower which i am still waiting for this delivery.
I had window stickers in the past and they were ok but a nightmare to remove but these are cleaner and with the liquid in bottom got more in one day than other methods do in a week
