It definitely reduces the volume but the best part was being able to organise by person in each bag which made unpacking very easy. They were great for costumes for Disneyland too as they usually take up so much space but this kept them compact.
Makes much more room in your hold or carry on luggage and doesn’t crease the clothes. The shoe one also keeps clothes clean as they go in a separate one. I have many cubes – all my clothes etc are in them and the expandable zip are the best. Would highly recommend
Honestly, I am a chronic overpacker. I’m writing this review because I came on to amazon to check if it was a 6 piece set – I thought I’d lost a bag! I can’t believe that I have everything packed in these wee cubes! Zippers are are strong & should last well. I haven’t however, been on holiday yet & I’m very curious to how my clothes will look when I unpack. At the minute though, I’m very happy.
Have used these now for a while, they are excellent quality, ideal for back pack or carry on suitcase as they compress your clothes so you can take more and keeps them fresh and organised, a very good purchase
You can’t go wrong with these packing cubes.
If they’re too full they don’t compress very well (wouldn’t want to force the zip in case it split) but they are sturdy & protect your clothes.
Good sizes too.
More pricey than most, but I prefer them to the cheaper ones (which are thinner material & the zips aren’t as robust)
I’ve used these packing cubes every time I’ve travelled since I ordered them. Not only do I use them to save space and make my suitcase tidier, but they also protect some of my delicate items, like jumpers, from being snagged in my bag. My husband uses them everyday in his backpack to put his office shirt in when he walks into work. Sometimes I just put them in my suitcase empty, especially when I know I’m planning on doing some shopping on holiday because I know they can get me some extra space on the way home.
Fit in way more than I thought. Zip is strong as well and I packed my cubes full. Save loads of space in the case and keep items well organised. Would defo order agai
Everything in this photo fitted into my under seat bag on a recent easyJet flight. I was amazed I got so much in by using the compression cubes. The biggest size is a perfect fit for under seat case measurement. Really pleased with them.
Its hard to know which types will be the best quality for the money but highly recomend these, as long as you dont overpack them initally they zip up smaller really well or you can just not do the other zip, either way work grea
I would recommend these as they are easy to use and do the job Didn’t think the zip and stitching would be strong enough and it would break but it is tough. I would suggest not over packing it even though it will zip up it does not lie as flat in the case. So much easier to organise items in case and use the bags once extended. The carry handle is useful when taking the bag out and about ie beach
I’ve not put these to use travelling yet, but I’ve tried them out. I’d recommend these to others.
They appear well made and the zips seem sturdy. They’re light so don’t add significant weight to luggage. I’ve used non-compressible packing cubes for years, as I travel often with work.
I’d say these are superior to standard cubes as they fulfill the same function of keeping items organised within suitcases, but also reduce volume of clothes etc. leaving more room in your bag.
Note that the 5th cube is not a compression cube, and is differently shaped to the others. It seems intended for storing the cubes when not in use, but could also be easily used for packing shoes due to its size and shape. It zips up the middle rather than side, and has a carry handle.
I’m loving these packing cubes. They’ve changed my life when it comes to packing for my travels. They’ve helped me save space in my luggage and also helped organise everything so I know exactly where to look for my items.! I travel a lot with work so they’re getting a lot of use, and are so far standing up to the test. I’m very happy with my purchase
Received in good time. They feel sturdy with a good strong zip. Haven’t travelled with them yet but they are packed up and ready to go on holiday this week. Can fit lots in them, summer holiday clothes for family of 4!! Everything now goes in one bag to go in the hold! Nice and neat. Great purchase
Iv started putting some of my clothes in a few of the bags, the small one iv used for bikinis and underwear for a week ms holiday, there’s so mush room left for more items and the bag zips up nice and compact, iv also put clothes in the biggest one just to try out and I got so much in there, so my small case will fit a weeks worth of holiday clothes inside by packing everything in the amazingly wonderful packing cubes
The big bag seems to have a fault in that there is a piece of metal at the compression zip. This means the zip won’t zip even empty and teeth don’t match. Other sizes were fine so hoping it’s just a fault with this one.
Really good quality, the compression works well – can fit plenty in each bag. The shoe bag is a nice addition too, as are the handles to carry each. Would recommend!
I’m really liking this set of packing cubes. They’re perfect for my upcoming long haul trip where I’m packing for myself, a toddler and a baby.
They’re a great set of sizes, smaller, which I prefer as the cubes are more manageable and the additional compression zip really does help to reduce the size. The shoe bag is super helpful, I’ve just fit a pair of trainers, tennis shoes, barely pumps, flip flops and flat sandals in them.
The set feels fairly durable, but we shall see.
Have used these twice good compression and makes finding items very easy on single night stopovers without having to unpack or rummage through the rest of your suitcase, perfect if you are travelling with cabin/hand baggage only
