I have had remington, whal, Philip’s and others. Don’t normally do reviews but just done my hair for the fourth time and this is by far the best. Sturdy and efficie
This is much better than my previous one. It is more powerful, the battery lasts longer and it is better ergonomically so more comfortable to hold. There is a wide range of accessories with it too. Cheers David
Works perfectly. Has a nice display panel so you know how much charge it has. Comes with a good selection of heads for different length cuts. Feels and looks like a good quality product.
But be careful which cutter size you pick as not all sizes are the same. As I found out and got a very short hair cut by mistake lol oh well it will grow back eventually I hope !!!!
These clippers are really good. Best clippers I’ve had. Fully charged and done my hair 3 times now and still on 60% and that methodically doing it and trying to blend and fade. Takes me 40 minutes to do so if it takes you less time you’d get more usage. They feel a bit light but you get used to that but they are well made.
Excellent value for money. Puts some of the mainstream brands I’ve had in the past to shame. Only one negative, it would be great if it used USB C charging. Buts that’s a really small critiscism on what is otherwise a really good purchase.
I can’t be more happy the battery lasts forever is fast charging, I was looking for a trimmer for my beard but all the small ones I brought thy keep falling after few weeks but this one is so sharp and I after using ie every 2-3 days to trim my beard was only gone to 80 % in 3 months, so happy I am actually thinking to buy another one to have there in case later maybe after 2 years when I will need to charge it maybe I will not find it anymore
Used once so far and gave a good close trim on no1, battery still shows 100% after first use plenty of size guides , time will tell but good feel and looks the pa
Nice and lightweight but still feel sturdy despite the plastic finish. They feel just as powerful as corded clippers.
I’m a little disappointed though because they don’t cut as short as my Wahl clippers. There are two reasons for this. The shortest comb has number 1 grade and 1.5mm marked on it. I think there is a mistake here as standard clipper comb grade 1 is 3mm and not 1.5mm. You can see from the listing photos that grades 1 and 2 have the same 1/16″ length. So the shortest comb supplied is a number 1 but the length is 3mm and not 1.5mm.
Thankfully my old 0.5 grade Wahl comb, fits perfectly. Still doesn’t cut as short as my Wahl clippers due to how the blades are set. I’ve tried to adjust the blade setting using the screws so I will find out on my next cut if this improves the shortness.
Arrived today. Only used once.
They are amazing, perfect weight, so easy to hold.
I used on my own hair, once you go over an area, no need to keep going over it, they take off in one go.
Guards are smooth and don’t scrape or stab you like most top brand guards.
I did keep going over same area at first, because I couldn’t believe that they were so easy to use and took off that area with first go. With other top brands, I have to keep going over because you can still hear it cutting bits of hair that you missed, BUT NOT WITH THESE, straight off first time.
As I have said, first time use, but after that first use, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
So far so good I have had these clippers for a couple of months now and they a brilliant, very sharp and very light weight ive cut my hair every two weeks and the battery still says 90% charged so I am impressed. Just one little warning the clipper blades are NOT the same size and I found out the hard way so just be careful because I would say they are a size down per number ie the 6 is more like a 5 the 3 is more like a 2 and so on other than that very good
I started cutting my hair 3 years ago at the start of COVID. I inititally had some Remington ones that were awful, battery ran out after 15 mins and I’d have to wait and recharge halfway through a cut. I then bought some Hatteker RFC-690 off here for 30, and they were far better and have served me well for 2.5 years, but, naturally, over time the blades have dulled and weren’t giving the best cuts. Looking for new clippers I narrowed it down to these and a few others, bt since Hateker have served me well I thought I’d go with these, and it’s been a good choice.
First of all, these feel great to hold and have a nice weight to them and build quality. Using my old Hatteker clippers (since the guards work better for tight areas) to do my beard today made me realise how plasticy and cheap they feel in comparison to these new ones. So it’s great to know Hatteker are serious about improving their products, even if they function well as is.
The blades are sharp and strong and gave a satisfactory cut. Plenty of guards, although cutting my own hair I would always favour more guards just to be safe haha. As with my old ones, the battery life is excellent. After using for just over an hour this morning the battery dropped to 90%, so no need to worry about it running out on you. The product also comes with a charger, comb, oil for the blades and also one of those capes to wrap around your neck like you’d get in an actual barbers.
All in all I’ve got nothing to complain about, and these are an imporovement on some already great clippers I had from you guys years ago. Whether you’re a barber, or simply do your own hair, I’d definitley recommend these. For 40 even if they only last half a year I’d be saving a fair amount of money compared to going to a barbers every 2/3 weeks. Great product, and far better than ‘branded’ ones I’ve tried before.
