Bought it for my father who has back and shoulder problems. Used to a hard bed, initially, like most Indians of certain age, he said he didn’t want fancy mattress. After months of use, he has changed his opinion…as he realised it does help with pain. Will be ordering some more.
The matress is very soft and extremely comfortable. It allows your body to relax and allow to enjoy the undisturbed sleep. Best part of the mattress is, it adjust with your body shape and adjust with your posture. Really happy to purchase the mattress and its value for money.

Got two mattresses from Sleep Company. This one is softer than the cool tech lux mattress. However, if you are looking for hotel level softness, try other brands. Mattress is sturdy and mildly soft.
I like the sleep company mattresses. It is bouncy and of good quality. But I dislike that without protector cover, the bedsheets is not look nice and smooth and wrinkled. So please provide one quilted protector cover with it.

The mattress offers exceptional comfort with high-quality construction and remains cool during use. Ideal for luxury and comfort, though the only downside is that the price is slightly higher than standard mattresses, the overall quality justifies the cost.
I like me the product very much and since I have purchased I used to get a good and deep sleep. The mattress is very much comfortable. Initial when I got this product the size was 2 inch and it was vacuumed and I was frustrated bcause I had ordered 6 inch but then I called up sleep grid representative then they guided me. No I m very much happy
The quality is good.
The mattress provides ample comfort and looks premium and good too. I’ve been using it for over three months now and have not faced any issues.
It came in a nice sturdy, vaccum sealed packaging and was easy to open and fluffed up to it’s 75% natural size almost instantly and then to 100% within a few hours. It’s not much heavy. It’s airy and lightweight. It can be lift easily.
Does not cause any back issues. True to discription and does what it says. I’m highly satisfied with the product.
Not suitable if you have certain type of back pain. It aggravates my pain. My mattress has a saggy spot after 1.5 years use. Not suitable for long hours of sitting. (Insted buy a chair)

Edit: Amazing customer support. I got a call few days after I left the review, they explained about the proper usage of the mattress as it was double sided. On top of that they offered me a a free add-on that I can use to get better comfort and support.
The mattress is good as it is, but might not be a good fit for everyone, I really like their initiative to consider all types of customers.
After searching online for months for a perfect mattress, we landed on The sleep companys newly launched smart grid mattress..the order was delivered well within time, packaging quality was great. The mattress arrived in perfect condition, vaccum packed. This smart grids ones are anytime way better than memory foam beds. All traces of body ache or backache completely gone when you get a good nights rest.100% recommend it!
The Sleep Company – they really do what their name says – provide great sleep! A friend recommended this brand to me a while ago, and when I needed a new mattress, I remembered their suggestion. I went to The Sleep Company’s store to try out their mattresses and picked one that felt perfect for me. Everything, from the way it was packaged to the quality of the materials and how comfortable it is, was excellent and just like they described on their website. I highly recommend this product as a repeat buyer. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit heavier than other mattresses of the same size and thickness.
Really feel amazing and refreshing. But avoid using this product if you are somewhat overweight with back, spine or hips injuries. My mother said she felt numbness for few minutes after waking up.
The product was delievered easily with Amazon service in remote part too. Product is awesome and purchased for lesser price compared to company website as they had sales offer that day. One should wait for these days, which can fetch them good discount.
Product comes as expected and with quality assured. Only 1 thing, i want Sleep company to update is Zipped Cover of matteress, if possible. Otherwise, one can easily go with the product. Its awesone
Took a week after unfurling the mattress until it was fully ready but now it is exceptionally comfortable. A good soft top layer for comfort with obvious support underneath. Getting great sleep every night.
This mattress is among the best ones I’ve used: it is firm, supportive and my sleep has improved a lot since I purchased it. I recommend everyone who prefers a firm mattress to try this one out.

Best nights sleep I’ve had in years, since being a mum nearly 3 years ago, I’ve not had a good nights sleep! Put it down to parenthood but actually since having this new mattress I’ve slept like a baby! It was heavy to get upstairs but wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m already thinking about getting one for my grandad he NEEDS this! EVERYONE DOES! It’s the UK’s first & only SmartGRID mattress
For the price ( paid 700 as was on offer with 500 voucher) you cannot find a better mattress anywhere on the market.
I ordered it via Amazon, but the seller offered choice of delivery on a specified day ( which was 10-14 days after ordering )- I was skeptic that would happen, but the day before delivery I was informed about it being dispatched and on the day of delivery about being delivered. Very well packaged, vacuum rolled in plastic bag with an extra solid cover purposefully made.
If you also consider the long trial period, you cannot fault this seller.
I cannot recommend highly enough the seller/ company and the quality of the mattress. 5 stars without any concerns.
