SPECIFICATION
Video Resolution: Front Full HD 1080P+Rear HD 720P
(Usually, the biggest role of the rear camera for us is to judge the driving situation of the car behind ours’ and help us reverse the car, so it does not need too high resolution. The resolution of 720 can just meet this demand. If you happen to only have such needs, then this dual dash cam will be a nice choice.)
Lens: 170°+170° Wide Angle
Display: 2.0″ LCD Screen
Loop Recording: OFF / 1 / 3 / 5 minutes(3min is most recommended)
Built-in Battery: Lithium-ion battery (Dash cam MUST be connected to the power supply all the time when recording).
Working Temperature: 4℉ to 140℉
Warm Tips:
If the rear camera cannot be displayed on the screen, it may be due to:
1. You have not chosen the right display mode.
2. The wire has not been connected properly when installing the front and rear dash cams.
—————————— FAQ —————————-
Q1. Does the dual dash cam only support MicroSD cards up to 32GB?
A1: Although a 32GB U3 MicroSD card is included in the box, this dash cam supports 32~128GB, Class 10 cards. Please format it to FAT32 or exFAT or NTFS on the computer first, and then format it again on the camera before use.
Q2.Should the dash cam always be charging to keep recording?
A2: Yes. All dash cams on the market with a built-in lithium battery only support a few small functions such as to provide enough power to save the last video file when the power gets disconnected. So please keep the dash cam AlWAYS connected to the charger when it’s recording.
(If there is no cigarette lighter in your car, please find iZEEKER to get a USB power cable.)
Q3. The camera automatically shuts down after one-minute-recording. What should I do?
A3: The camera’s default screensaver function turns the screen off after one minute, but the recording is still ongoing. A flashing red light indicates that the camera is recording. If you prefer the camera screen to always stay on, you can turn off this function on the camera menu.
Q4. How do I view videos?
A4: 1. You can view videos in the camera.
2. You can use the card or USB data cable to transmit the videos to the computer for check. (PotPlayer is recommended.)
Note: Suggestions and sharing related to the use of the product are also encouraged and valued.
Setup is pretty easy although it does leave wires hanging about your car so take a bit of extra time and make it as tidy as you can as it will save you frustration later.
Cameras aren’t too big so don’t get in the way. Rear camera can sit just below the rear wiper and provides a decent view. Front camera goes up near the rear view mirror and again provides a sufficient view of what’s in front.
Video quality is okay, not great and sometimes details are hard to see. Probably better to go for a higher resolution 4k camera if you want all the fine detail.
The parking camera to monitor who’s outside your car when you are away is an noice feature but I haven’t really been able to test it properly as thankfully I haven’t needed to.
Overall it’s an okay solution but I think there is better out there. .
Yeah good camera and good functionality with quality.
A good little size that is non intrusive.
Rear camera is solid and just as good as the front facing camera.
Good price.
Good value camera set. I’ve got the front camera installed and it’s working fine. I haven’t got the rear camera fitted properly yet but I have plugged it in and tested it, all works ok and each camera saves a separate file on the SD card.
The quality is perfectly fine, it won’t win awards but more than adequate for most people’s needs. After all a dash cam just gives some reassurance and evidence if there is an accident and the quality is more than good enough for this.
Only time will tell how good the durability is but installing was easy, the plastic tool was a huge help. It creates two separate files on the SD one for front and one for rear. Rear camera is quite low quality but not a problem.
This does both front and rear of the car.
The picture clarity is outstanding for the cost of this.
We found it easy to wire up, however if in doubt most garages will assist in this for you.
Do not hesitate to buy this, you will be impressed.
Definately recommended for the price !
This dash cam is extremely small in size so it does not distract you from the road all and being placed in your window.
The dash cam is black in colour and only has a few buttons to control the device making it very easy and simple to use.
The dash cam also comes with its own memory card that is 32 gb in size so it will hold a nice amount of data before anything will need to be removed.
The camera receiver easy to install into my car and gives me some peace of mind in case anything happens that I will have video footage if needed.
Whisking along the motorway, I felt a sense of security. The clarity in the day footage was impressive, but where this little wonder shines is when the lights go low. Night drives turned from blurs to a symphony of clearly captured images, like watching a movie. But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. The G-sensor can be too sensitive, a slight jostle can set it off. Set it on ‘low’ and things run smoother. I also found the installation, with the suction cup, refreshingly straightforward. Something else worth mentioning – the added USB port for phone charging on the go. It’s those little things, isn’t it? But do remember to source a micro hardwire kit for parking mode, it’s not included.
It is so suitable for general use.
Installation was pretty easy. Just plug into the 12v adapter and connect to the cam. The suction mount secures the camera nicely to the window.
A 32GB card is included with the set, along with a back camera and the essential cords and cables.
The initial setup of the camera is straightforward.
The video output is excellent and satisfying compared to the cost of the item paid.
I highly recommend you are a beginner and has got a constrained budget.
This is a fairly decent camera. It has both front and back although the back is a bit of a pain to place. You need to run the cable from the back to the front which is not easy without it being in the way. I gave up with it and am just using the front one now. The camera works well enough. Not a fantastic picture but good enough for what I need. It comes with a memory card and a suction cup to fix to the windscreen. So far it has been absolutely fine and stayed in place. It can be quite sensitive. Mine has started emergency recording when I have gone over a speed hump a little faster than I intended. But then at least I know it works properly. You can use it as a parking/motion sensor but it needs to be wired into the car battery for that. It is a shame it doesn’t come with an app as that would make it much easier to view footage rather than taking the camera off the mount or removing the memory card to check on a laptop. For the current price it is decent enough though.
The cameras work well. The front has the memory card and power connector and the rear camera is very small and connects to the front camera via wire. Plenty of wire for a medium sized car. The rear camera is small so doesn’t get in the way, best to mount in the top middle of the rear screen in wiper zone. Front mounting is suction pad, rear is sticky pad. Value for money, easy to install. Arrived fast, good packaging. Note that although the camera is good, it isn’t good enough to read registration plates unless they are very close to the camera and good light. For this you’ll need a 4k camera.
Happy with this dash cam. Very easy to install and easy to use. Video quality is nice and clear, even in low light condition. Rear camera resolution is 720p but video is clear enough. The 32g memory card comes with the camera is a bonus.
I’m very happy with this camera. Very easy to install and set up in the car. Comes with all the required cables, a plastic tool to help with cable management, a 32gb micro-sd card and a rearview camera.
The image quality is not the best in the market but it’s actually very good for the price, both of the cameras (front and rear) have decent quality and you can pause the video if you want to check a reg or something. The camera will start recording as soon as you switch on the ignition and you can always “lock” the video by pressing the middle button on the right which is very useful.
One of the best features of the camera is the parking mode and motion detection. The device is using a small battery to detect movement or an event if your car is switched off. The battery is not enough to record events 24hrs (unless you use the hardwire kit) but it will definitely record an event if someone hits your car and you are away (ie shopping etc).
You can view your videos or photos using the dashcam or remove the micro sd card and use your laptop. The camera is mounted using a suction cup and seems very sturdy so far. The rear view camera comes with a very long cable and you will need to do some cable management to hide those cables.
The only minor downside is that you need to remove the micro-sd to save or share the video with someone and the slightly low-quality video.
For the price, it’s a great product and I would highly recommend it.
I’ve always felt that having a dash camera fitted in your vehicle is an essentially gadget. Should anything happen however minor, the footage is there for the likes of insurance claims. For me, they once saved me the cost of a new windscreen when a tie-wrap with a metal ball-end came flying off the back of a truck on the motorway. The company was pretty dismissive until I emailed them the video clip clearly showing it. So, if you don’t have a dash camera fitted – then I would recommend you consider doing so, and this iZEEKER set that contains two camera (for front and rear) is really worth short listing.
The build quality of the cameras are pretty good considering the price. They are small enough to be placed so they don’t obstruct your window, and come with plenty of cable (especially the rear camera) to route the cable. I have my front camera behind my centre mirror, and its pretty easy to hide the cable away. The playback screen on the camera isn’t great, but I don’t imagine you’ll really need to use it very often once you’ve set it up and chosen your settings. It is easy to hook the camera up to your computer, or take out the memory card, so you can playback or store recorded footage. It also includes a micro-SD card so you can get the cameras installed and running pretty much out of the box. I would recommend formatting the SD card before you use it (and that’s easy to do), and fully charging the battery before you fit it in your card.
I would say the quality of video clips is definitely 1080p as advertised, and for most things driving related this will be enough. It doesn’t quite cover my entire windscreen, but I suppose this is down more to the differences in car windows, bonnet shapes, how far you place the camera and at which angle. But generally, I have no concerns about it missing something important. It also records pretty decently at night time and in low light conditions. Again, there are dash cameras on the market that will record in a higher resolution, but they do cost more.
Providing that price doesn’t jump up to much (39.99 at time of reviewing), then I would say this is a decent dash camera set that covers front and rear. It also comes with a 24-month warranty for a little more peace of mind.
Inexpensive dash cam which I was keen to try as I’ve often considered getting one but was put off, not only by the cost of it, but the installation fee if fitted professionally. Some have said it’s useful for viewing the rear when reversing but the viewing screen is very small and if you follow the guidance of installing the camera/screen on the passenger side it is not easily visible by the driver unless it is swivelled round to face in that direction. The image is so small anyway that I don’t think it would help but I’ll persevere with testing it on this point. I needn’t have concerned myself with the installation fee as it was so easy to run the cable myself, tucking it behind the rubber trim around the doors and windows using the plastic crowbar provided. I’ve left it set on the default of 3 minutes recording before it is overwritten. The guide does say that in the event of a crash the recording is locked so that’s something to look forward to (I suppose). Unless of course it’s my fault in which case I don’t have a dash cam, honest ociffer. Overall this is a very good budget entry dash cam, easily fitted and simple to operate.
Update 05/08/23: having used this for a while and viewed the footage I’m still of the opinion this is a 5* product. My only niggles are the that the time and date on the front footage is displayed about 2/3rds up the screen on the left often against a sky background making it not always clear to see. Also both screens have the date in the US rather than UK format . I’ve contacted the seller who immediately got back to me advising that at this stage they have no solution to this but have passed the query to their engineers and will advise if these settings can be amended.
Further update 08/09/23: Have had this for nearly 2 months and continue to be impressed with the quality of recordings and reliability. After the recent hot weather in changing the SD card I noticed a crack has appeared across the screen. Presumably caused by the heat as it the device itself hasn’t moved from it’s screen position. So far it doesn’t appear to affect the recordings or footage so maybe something to do with it’s construction. Still a 5* product.
Forward and rear facing dash cam. Rear camera requires connection to front camera. Wire needs to run from rear to front of vehicle. Comes with micro SD card so no need to spend more money. Can be powered via cigarette lighter or usb port. Great value for money, would recommend.
The use of in-car front and rear cameras is increasing day by day. I came across this product for a vehicle camera that records a clear image and wide angle as we can show it as evidence in case of any accident. The product came in a very stylish box and Amazon delivered it within a day. When we open the product box, you have all the necessary cables and adapters. This camera has Full HD front and rear recording at 30 fps and works with SD card. Thanks to the G-sensor in the camera, it automatically detects any collision or shock and starts recording immediately. The loop recording feature was my favorite camera feature. When the memory card is full, new records will start to overwrite old records, so you won’t have to bother to empty the constantly full memory card. I think it’s good quality and reasonably priced. Another product that I am satisfied with is this camera.
Thanks.
Got this for my son’s car to record his journeys, just incase of an incident that needs reporting.
This is quite a small Dashcam (see pics) and it fits to the windscreen really easily. You just attach to the sucker arm and stick to the windscreen. That’s pretty much it! Once it’s plugged into the cigarette lighter and you start the car, it starts recording. Simple as that!
It records at 1080p and it has quite a wide angle lens so captures a lot of what’s going on. The quality is ok but not as good as some other Dashcams I’ve seen and used. However, it should be plenty enough to report an incident, should one happen.
This also comes with a rear view camera, but I’m not fitting that as I’m only interested in the front camera so I can’t comment on that I’m afraid.
Overall, I’m happy with this Dashcam. It’s basically plug and go, and is very easy to install and use. It’s also small so is inconspicuous when attached to the windscreen.
I recently added the iZEEKER dash cam to my car and it came well packaged and took around 20 minuites to fully setup.
Pros:
*The installation process was straightforward, and I had it up and running in no time.
*The included mount made it simple to attach the dashcam securely to my car’s windshield.
*The wide-angle lens (170 degrees) ensures a broad field of view, capturing more details on the road.
Cons:
*The provided 32GB micro SD card fills up quickly, especially if you use both front and rear cameras simultaneously.
*While the front 1080p video quality is good, it may lack clarity for very fast incidents or license plate identification.
*The rear camera only supports a 720p resolution, which might not provide the same level of detail as the front camera.
Conclusion:
The iZEEKER dash cam offers useful features, but keep in mind the limitations of the included SD card size and both camera resolutions. If you need a straightforward dashcam for basic recording purposes, this is a good option to consider.
