This pack of two cooling neck towels comes presented in a black plastic resealable bag.
There is a blue towel and a grey towel measuring 120 x 35cm and look almost like mesh but they are not.
You use these towels by wetting them thoroughly, ringing them out and then giving them a good shake after this they are ready to use.
I found they do as it says as I have tried them several times, walking in the heat and I have been able to cool my face and neck as I walked which really helped, I also found them very helpful on hot humid nights because of how long they are I was able to lay one of the towels over me in the night to help keep me cool.
I find these towels very helpful in the hot weather.

One thing to bare in mind about these is that they do affect your grip whilst lifting weights. Obviously these towels are damp, so each time you go to use it or move it around with you, your hands can get moist and slippery.. Doesn’t sound like a problem? Well try doing your personal best heavy deadlift with wet, slippery hands lol.. You will definitely notice the difference.. So as they come in a pack of two, I found myself either not bothering to wet them at all when weightlifting. Or I would bring two with me, one wet, and one dry one, to dry my hands in-between sets etc..
I know this rather depends on what exercise you’re doing, maybe doing yoga or different cardio isn’t so dependant on good grip.. So just worth baring in mind etc..
Apart from this little gripe, they are very good excercise sweat towels.
You can pick from 8 different colours for these towels. The sizes are 120×35 cm and they have a loop to hang it up with, the material is very thin but wet it and squeeze out the excess water and place it around your neck and it will cool you down.
Tip.. save the plastic bag it comes in as it resells and will keep them moist.

I’d never used things like this before so it seemed a little odd at first but they do work quite well. You will probably get an hour or so of “cooling” out of them, perhaps a little longer on less intensely hot days.
I’m still not quite sure “how” they work but I don’t need to understand the science to know they do work.
Where have these been all my life?? What an amazing idea! Simply wet them and they cool you down! I’m not leaving the house in hot weather again without them! My only issue is there’s no bag to store them in. I’ve used a sandwich bag but it’s not quite as luxury. Great item and easy to wash too.
Good value, great idea for this hot weather.ashame there is no washing instructions. I washed them in non-bio laundry liquid and no comfort like you do with micro cloths
