Posseggo 3 Sony e ogni volta portarsi caricabatterie cavi ecc.
Never had an issue with these and my r7 actually reads these as real Canon batteries like others have said. A two pack is cheaper than a solo battery from Canon and I plan on replacing all of my batteries with these.
Raccomando!
I’m using this battery in my Sony FX30. I am not a fan of Sony batteries as they tend to discharge too quickly. This was my experience with the A7r battery shooting video. The FX30 can be powered by a power delivery system using USB-C. However, my v-mount battery system only supports d-tap with the dreaded dummy battery. So I decided to try these batteries. The good news is the batteries work great. The less than good news is that with the last firmware update from Sony , you get a message saying the battery can’t be guaranteed to run the camera. However, I have not experienced any issues. I just finished shooting an hour and a half video and easily got over an hour on the first battery.
So far so good.
Batterie perfette. Consiglio!
Pricey, but you no longer need to carry around a micro usb cable to charge your camera.
Also, it appears to allow charging and usage at the same time (just pop open the battery cover) which allows the camera to run off of AC power continuously. Neat!
I have used these batteries for a few months now and can honestly say they are better than the more expensive Canon LP-E6NH batteries. I have used these in a grip and also straight in the camera and both exceed expectations, no issues whatsoever. Battery life is honestly great, two of these in a gripped R6 got me well over 6k shots while being careless with sleep settings. I have even grown fond of the built in Type C charger as I can quickly top off a battery without the risk of causing any sort of damage to my camera by using its built in charger. Would absolutely recommend these as an alternative.
I love that when i travel with this battery I just need to have a usb c charger ready to recharge my battery. Before Brining the sony battery charger was the most efficient way to charge the batteries fast but with this battery I can now dependably charge a battery quickly without the need of the bulky charger. Also I like how this is colored differently so I can quickly discern it from others. Love love this concept of a battery for cameras hopefully they will all be like this.
OMG 2 batteries for less than the price of one Sony branded battery, and you can charge directly to the battery with a USB-C cable; awesome concept! Fits perfectly in my Sony A7RV and my Sony A7S3 and the FX 3. Getting ready to buy 4 more. Thanks for including the cable and the fast shipping. I highly recommend you buy this if you have Sony Camera using FPZ100 batteries.
I have been using the Sony FZ100 batteries for more than 5 years now, but this new battery with USB-C charging built-in makes everything so much easier. Now I don’t need to carry any battery chargers with me, all I need is a USB-C cell phone charger or power bank. I can charge this batteries in the car, on the go or in the hotel easily. No special cables needed, just the standard USB-C cables. Very happy with this design.
It’s a little too soon to assume things, so I’ll be honest.
These batteries seem like a great option for anyone that’s wanting to save a few bucks on the Sony NP-FZ100 batteries. 3rd party batteries are known to be less reliable than OEM ones, and over time some batteries swell up and get stuck in the camera body.
After a few weeks of using these, fortunately, this is not the case, so they seem pretty decent for now. There’s still the risk however, so I’m not going to get all my hopes up.
I still recommend these batteries. They’re cheaper and work well. I haven’t had an issue with these in terms of powering my camera.
5/5 Rating
Love this USB-C rechargeable Sony NP-FZ100 battery. This thing will help with the gear you have to take on location with you. Also eliminates option of carrying battery charger with you. Also, it charges pretty quick.
Pros
Easy to use
Eliminate need to carry separate charger with you
Charges pretty fast
Cons
None
These are a decent bunch of batteries from K&F Concept. The USB Type C charging port is a feature I welcome very much.
It has similar battery life to the OEM Sony NP-FZ100 batteries. I definitely think this is a great hit for anyone that’s looking for batteries on a budget but still wants to power up their camera with confidence. I’ll be using this for work, and I think it’s still a great option for that.
I love the new USB-C port that companies are putting on NP-FZ100 batteries. It makes it so much easier to charge up in the field with a larger battery pack, so I can alternate between two NP-FZ100s with a battery pack and be ready to go all day, rather than having pockets for charged and then discharged batteries.
Plus, I can forgo a specialized charger if I’m on a trip and want to just bring one big USB charger for all my electronics.
I just reviewed a non-name-brand 2-pack of these batteries, and they were too big for the camera’s battery slot (even before any chance to heat up from use). That’s scary, since it could ruin the camera trying to pry one of them out.
I didn’t have that problem with this one, or with another popular trusted brand’s version. They’ve worked fine in the field. I’ve been happy with products from K&F Concept, so I’m fairly confident recommending this one.
I have a grievance with modern cameras – their batteries deplete too quickly. I purchased some additional batteries from Sony for my A7R3, but they were costly. I was hesitant to try third-party brands, but I recently came across replacement batteries from some well-known brands. I decided to give them a try.
K&F is a reputable brand in the photography industry. I have previously used their ND filters and tripods, so I was intrigued when I saw the NP-FZ100 battery for my camera. It is almost identical to some of the other third-party NP-FZ100 batteries available online, such as those from Neewer. What I appreciate about them and this particular one from K&F is that you do not require a charging dock. You can simply plug in the USB-C cable directly into the battery. This is particularly convenient when traveling. While I am unsure about the battery life at this point, it appears to be performing almost as well as the original Sony batteries.
I love these batteries that has USBC on them. These berries are fantastic because I can actually keep the plug in and have it powered to camera all day long. I really think that this is the future right here where USBC plugs are integrated into the batteries
I’ve been using this battery for about two weeks in a Sony A6600. The original battery, NP-FZ100, is long lasting. I shot 50 photos with this battery at full charge with minimal discharge of less than 99%, which is normal with the original battery. After a week of non-use the K & F Concept battery was still at 99%, which is very good. Both batteries have the same 2,280 mAh. I’m giving 5 stars as the battery performs. The only advantage I see is the battery can charge without a charger outside of the camera. As it’s possible to charge any NP-FZ100 battery in camera. If you do need to change this battery on the go you only need a USB-C cable and a charger or car adapter to charge this battery. One less item to pack in the bag!
There are many “after market” batteries out there but the problem is that most of the time the inside of the battery is filled with a cheap cell that don’t hold charge as well as the original and is dead after just a few months of use. I’m guilty of buying crap just to be left hanging on the field when I need it the most.
As a long time customer of K&F concepts I trust this brand with several other equipment’s I own from them. The ND Filter ND2-ND400 is awesome. So I decided to give it a try on this battery. As expected it works out of the box as it should so I will post updates a few months from now about the longevity and how long it holds the charge compared to the Sony. One interesting advantage this battery has is that you can charge it directly with the included USB C cable. The clear advantage is if you are in the field and you ran out of juice you can use a power bank to charge this battery individually. Well, you could do this with a dock as well, but you would have to bring the dock. Anyhow, looks like a solid choice once is from a trusted brand and less than 1/2 the cost of the original, sounds like a no brainer for me.
I tend to keep a lot of extra NP-FZ100 batteries on hand for long back-to-back shoots and this is a great replacement battery/battery to add to your collection. Functions as well as an OEM Sony battery with the benefit of being able to charge them while you’re on the go without needing to bring a specific NP-FZ100 battery charger (e.g., via USB-C in the car, at your hotel, etc.). Currently use this as my primary battery/always leave it in my backpack in case my batteries die on me so I can at least charge up one battery while I’m away from my charging station in my office.
Also includes a USB Type A to USB-C charging cable!
This appears to be the exact same battery also being sold by Neewer and Unanzi. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just an interesting observation. So far it’s working fine. It’s about 85% of the battery life of the actual Sony branded battery but obviously much cheaper that the roughly $79 cost of the Sony branded one. The inclusion of a USB C charging port is very convenient.
This K&F Concept battery has the same specs as the original: 7.2V, 2280 mAh, 16.4 Wh.
It can be charged on my Sony charger; I like the fact it can also be charged by just plugging in a USB-C cable and the mini-LED light signals the charge state with either green or red — I don’t get the exact level from that mini-LED though. When I connected the battery to my power bank it has drawn 10W power.
It performs subjectively very well, and I like the color feature of the battery also very much. I take several batteries with me on a shoot and being able to identify them by color helps me picking the empty or full ones easier. The cover protects the contacts and the USB-C port from dust and crumbs.
Package comes with Battery, Battery protector, and USB-C Cable. I love the fact that I could charge this battery without bringing a dedicated charger so I can cut down on how many items I need while traveling. The battery has an indicator led on it to show when it is charging (red) and when it is charged (green). Some aftermarket batteries give various issues such as showing up as under charged (ex. 95%) or the camera will complain about the battery. I haven’t had any issues and the battery seems to last just as long as the original sony batteries. And, you can purchase two of these batteries for the price of a single Sony battery. Great deal and I’ll be recommending these going forward as well as picking up an extra.
So far this has been a very dependable high capacity battery for the Sony. A lot of the generic batteries don’t perform so well but so far this one has been fantastic. You can charge it through the camera or a dedicated charger or in this case through the battery directly. That’s a nice option if you’re out and about and do not happen to have your charger on you. I am not a fan of wearing out the USB port in the actual camera if I can help it. I know these ports eventually fail and so I try to use the ones in expensive devices as little as possible. USB-C ports seem particularly susceptible to wear and tear.
And this is a trusted brand so I will buy these batteries all day long. Not a fan of the FDE coloring but hey, they are easier to see in the bag.
Pro: being able to charge the battery directly from a USB cable means no need to take a charging base on the road.
Con: the battery is slightly heavier than a normal NP-FZ100 battery, but once in the camera you feel no difference.
I’ve used this battery to shoot a few dozen pictures over a three-hour period. I’m in the habit of turning my camera power off between pictures, so my battery life is generally pretty good. This battery was no exception; at the end of the three hours, it still showed a full charge. (I’ll post an update in the future should I find battery life isn’t comparable to my Sony or other third party batteries.)
I’ve liked K&F products in the past, this battery is no exception.
I am getting similar performance to the Sony and K&F non-USB FZ100 batteries that I have. I have other 3rd party batteries and they don’t last nearly as long so it is notable that the K&F are working so well. This battery has a bright charging LED that makes is clear when it is charging (RED) or complete (GREEN). It does get awfully hot while charging. The slip of paper it came with says the input is 5V 1A. It drops right into my A7C just like any OEM battery and I haven’t noticed and problems. This will be a good day trip battery for me since I can easily connect it to an external battery and put it back in my bag while using a standard battery. I do have an external charger for standard batteries that works with a power bank but I have more faith in the cable staying plugged into this battery than the batteries staying inserted into a charger.
