Purchased as a gift. My son loves the different effects and frames you can put on the photos. We haven’t put in a memory card and have it set to print once photo taken. Really clever that it prints such good quality instantly. Easy to replace the paper roll you just slide up half the camera and it opens for the roll to slot in. Charging life seems great so far too.
It is a very good gift for children of the right age. My own children like it very much. The printed photos are posted on the wall and the door is very interesting.
We bought the Barbie camera for our niece and it broke within 2 minutes of her playing with it (black line through the screen) so we got this as a replacement and it’s brilliant. Our niece is 6 so the black and white receipt like paper is much better for her rather than proper, expensive Polaroid paper. She can just print and print and not worry about wasting expensive paper. Very easy to use as well once she got the hang of it – took her about 30mins playing about with it to get the hang.
Bought this camera for my nephew for Christmas who is 9 and he absolutely loved it! Wasn’t sure whether the product would be a bit young for him but it was spot on. He hasn’t stopped using since Christmas Day and I have been informed the cat is really enjoying being a model.
Daughter absolutely loves her new camera, literally charged, inserted paper roll( very straightforward) and she was away. Roll of paper actually lasts a long time, comes with 2 extra rolls. Very easy to use, picture quality surprised me better than I thought, not as good of course as a Polaroid instant but then Ur not paying a fortune for the instant refills, daughter just snaps away printing pictures of everything. Fully recommend.
Didnt realise it was only black n white print but is still a great 1st camera for my 5yr old. U cant delete pics on the memory card from the camera settings either so i guess that can be done from a laptop? Already got yhrough a roll of paper in 1 day but comes with 3. Im about to order more! Kept us all busy, so a really winner. It has games and framing function. Will be using it to print off happy birthday frame for her friends birthday cards too!

The camera itself is a nice, compact size, the navigation buttons are chunky and easy to use. This does everything you would expect, you can store pictures on the SD card , take videos, use different modes etc. The instants prints are black and white, the quality is what you would expect from a thermal printer, the good thing is that you will never need ink etc. The pens provided are great for children to decorate and personalise their prints.
There are other functions on the camera such as games , this will keep children occupied easily . The fact that you can keep the photo saved and print off the same picture to decorate is a lovely touch.

It’s very easy to use and make surprisingly good quality pictures which can be coloured by the kids using the pencils provided.
The camera comes with extra roll of papers so no need to worry about kids printing photos all the time. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.
This kids camera comes boxed with instructions and accessories including USB charging cable, strap and coloured pens. The camera has a built-in thermal printer and three rolls of paper are included so there’s no need to buy any more for a while. A 32GB micro-SD card is also included.
Build quality seems pretty good – the camera looks like a toy but has a good weight to it. The ports are under a silicone tab at the bottom. The back features a large colour screen with five buttons laid out underneath for easy operation. Menus are simple to navigate and there’s a good range of settings. A picture only takes about 7 seconds to print and the print quality is decent. Printing is in black and white so that’s where the coloured pens come in. Picture quality is quite good generally and there is a flash option but results are better when there’s plenty of light. Video quality is full HD and there’s a selection of simple games on the camera as well as frames and filters to play with.
The camera makes an ideal gift as it already comes with all the accessories needed. My nieces and nephews are so used to looking at pictures on screens that it’s a real novelty for them to be able to print them out. So far battery life is good so I’m very happy with this camera.

It arrived in the branded box shown, on opening your meet with a well made durable kids camera installing micro sd and set up did not take long at all, the camera has 3 rolls of thermal paper included one in camera and 2 in box. The print quality is better than expected as it’s black & white with this being a thermal printer but if im honest the prints are good enough to see well, i love the fact that you can leave black and white or colour in using provided pens.
Charging does not take long and to be honest got a good few hours of pictures and prints before it started to need a recharge.
The camera is more durable than it looks and even the screen on the back, the pre installed software allows for games but a few other features as well.

The quality of the photos is really quite good and these photos is videos can be downloaded in colour to your computer. Alternatively, you can print them out as you take them, straight onto the roll of paper you install in the camera. The camera takes pictures and videos but also has some fun games on it. Controls can be a bit confusing at first, for the camera’s functors as well as the games, but you do get used to it.

Now, print quality isn’t bad, it’s black & white with this being a thermal printer but they are good enough to see the subject well and you get plenty of roll for printing. My son took this to school with him and everyone was using it to take pictures.
It instantly prints out the photo you have taken provided you have the print mode enabled and was just about able to use a full roll of paper on a single charge.
It’s quite impressive for a kids camera, way cheaper to print with than a Polaroid if your kids are happy with grayscale photography. I’ve used this to take quite a few photos of the cats and though some are bad, the majority of them are decent.
I recently bought my Neice a modern Polaroid Camera, and although she loves it… being 7 she managed to SNAP her way through all 20 pictures included in the bundle. The pictures work out to be really quite expensive, so although the camera was not cheap… I doubt she will use it much again in the future.
With this camera, the principle is the same “Instant Print” photos, and although it prints in black and white, it comes out on a ROLL which is ultimately a LOT cheaper. The quality is decent, and it means she can snap away as much as she likes without breaking the bank. For a Young Kid, I would say this is a MUCH better Camera to buy than the bigger brands, as it is so much more affordable, and at a young age, they don’t really seem to care if it’s a colour or black and white picture.

This is one of those mini thermal printers built into a cheap toy-camera body. You get three rolls of paper, and of course you don’t need any ink with this, it’s built into the paper.

This is one of many near-identical cameras out at the moment and I can say it’s better than most. The controls and interface in particular are much improved and even a 7 or 8 year old will have no problems navigating all of it.
The LCD quality is perfectly fine, but the camera sensor itself isn’t much better than what you see on the screen. 1080p at best. All of the components for this product probably cost 5 in total, so you can’t expect miracles. Again, these are fine for kids.
This system is great for creative kids as it gives them the ability to instantly print whatever they want. You can get quite artistic even with something as basic as this. You may well turn them into a photographer with this relatively cheap gift.
The apps available are a bit of a gimmick, apart from the filters and frames which do add a lot of creative options.
To finish, I would like to say the price is maybe 5 too high, 30 is all I would pay for it.

The camera itself is good for kids. Pictures are clear on the screen and easy enough to get them on your laptop/ phone with the cable.
The main reason it is 4 not 5 stars is the instant photos are really bad quality. Blurry and unclear. Fine for a bit of fun and to scribble on- bit if you want a nice photo instantly then look elsewhere.
It was also white not pink as per pic.
As it’s a thermal print don’t expect anything amazing from the print quality but it’s really fun for kids. You can adjust the setting for it to print instantly like an old Instamatic.
