Seems to do the job by looking at it but rely struggle to get it over my chest with a medium it’s really tight and struggled bad to get it over my arms would I have to go large or abit bigger my weist size isn’t the problem it’s my upper body lol
This is brilliant if you want a good sweat on, been using this on my spin bike and the sweat is dripping off me within 10 mins, certainly does the job.
This top really does help you sweat.
Top gives you a snug fit, also gives you a slender shape, especially if you have a bit of a gut etc.
Do recommend that when you exercise with this top on, do drink plenty of fluids, as you do feel your core body temp rise.
Does it help you loose weight, still to be determined
I use it for outdoor HIIT training so it makes you sweat even more whilst keeping you warm. When you take it off that is when you really appreciate how effective it was!
Vest is perfect if you ask me about the size so if you wear t shirt size M you should buy it also In size M, of course you will know that you wear it because it is little stiff and not so comfortable like I wish it could be, but it not limiting your moves or anything, so far I’m very satisfied with a purchase and maybe I will buy another one if a future.
I really like the vest, fit very well. I bought the smallest size and does the job, make me sweat while working behind the computer with no or less body movement. Also good for money
I normally use medium size, but I wanted it a bit tighter for exercises in order to sweat more , so ordered size small & exactly how I wanted it & comfortable at the same time. Highly recommended
I have had this product for over a week now and it is the best heat vest I’ve come across. It’s material is very comfortable half the time I forget I’ve got it on. I honestly thought the zip would be uncomfortable but it’s really not. All round I am very impressed with this product and hope when the pound start to come off to invest in the next size down.

It did smell on arrival but it’s quite a nice petrol kind of smell. It goes away after washing anyway. It washes well.
It definitely works. I use it when skipping/jump rope. And it makes me sweat a lot more than without it on. It’s lightweight so won’t realise you’re wearing it. It has become a little loose now as I’ve lost around 6kg in 8 weeks of daily use. But it still does the job. I wear it on top of a thin t-shirt otherwise it would stick to me.

First of all I am usually XL and 188 cm but my size for this product was 3XL. The product looks good and properly made. Be prepared to have your sport trousers or shorts look like you have just done number 1 in front and at the back as all sweat travels down that are which makes sense. Even just a 30 minutes walk makes you sweat very hard. Tried to play football for 1 hour and felt very dehydrated so use with caution. All in all a good product so far.

The product really makes you feel different, it makes you feel like there would be a form of difference in your body when you use this.

I came across this product by chance and was surprised at the cost, and curious to see what it offered. The delivery was next day, so that was a plus.
I tried the item on straight away to check for the fit – this was all good.
Next test was to see how well it worked in the gym.
– it is comfortable and easy to workout in,
– it does raise the body temperature but not excessively,
– because it is tailored as a vest, it allows you to stay cool
– as I increased my workout intensity, I did feel the heat build up
– I made sure that I stayed hydrated throughout the workout
– I did not suffer any weakness or discomfort
I have only used it once but based on this one time I would recommend it!
Make sure the fit is correct and not too tight. When using this item in the gym, make sure you have a towel handy because you will perspire.
Use it as part of a fitness program to see the results. e.g 4 weeks or 12 weeks extra, until you see the results and longer if you have to lose extra body weight.
