I’ve ony had the laptop for around a week now and have mainly used it on mains power, so I cannot comment on the battery life. The display is excellent and the processing speed seems great (mainly business programs and browsing). It was really simple to set up and so far it’s doing everything I wanted it to.
This is a good product for its value. Very good screen in particular and keyboard. Also the design is good. We have Windows 11 preinstalled and I was also able to install Linux Ubuntu in dual boot.
Two negative points : The processor may run hot, it is normal according to its specifications, and you can hear the fans , but it is not annoying. Secondly, the touchpad needs improvement.
But as I said in the title, for this price, this is the best product you can find.
The only negatives I’ve seen so far are that the charging cable is too short so I had to buy an extension, and the touchpad seems quite sensitive often clicking or double-clicking when I’ve barely put my finger on it.
The keyboard is a rubber/silicone overlay on top of the buttons, rather than having hard plastic ones, which looks like it could peel off easily, so will see how long that lasts but it works great so far.
Bought laptop for son who is just starting University. Laptop arrived next day and was well packaged. Is very well built and performs well. Keyboard overlay is provided for UK layout and fits snugly and also acts as a protection from spillages. Laptop is a very good specification and represents good value for money and would certainly buy again.
Absolutely fantastic computer, the screan quality is great and such a clear picture, the speed is really fast,well worth the money,looks great and so easy to use,would highly recommend this computer and its a super price.

I bought this laptop for my husband, who chose it after a long time browsing. He is delighted with it good build, excellent graphics, easy to use, really good battery life. Will certainly buy from this company again. He finds it so quick and easy to use.
The first thing I noticed, is how good the display is, it’s bright and very clear. The boot times on this with all my programs on, like Office is around 15-20 seconds. The extra ram does help the speed of the machine (16gig). On the bottom of the computer is a panel which allows you to install a 2.5 ssd (very easy to install).
The battery life is good for me (i have the brightness well up) and I get 3-4 hours. When the wife uses it, she turns down the brightness and gets close to 5 hours. The customer Service is great (thanks Lisa) and reply quickly to any Questions. The sound isn’t very loud, but good enough to work with.
Overall, well worth the money
For such a reasonably priced product the quality is excellent. Lightweight and slim, the battery life is fine and with Windows 11 already downloaded and a battery charger included it represents very good value. Well packaged and with a straightforward instruction booklet.

I brought the Lapbook 16″ for casual use and I can honestly say this is a great value laptop for the price. The battery life is great and the screen quality is fantastic for watching films/programmes.
