1. Charge the watch before use to make sure the watch is fully charged. Charging time is about 3 hours. 2. When the watch cannot receive the message alert, please make sure that the Bluetooth of the cell phone is connected. Secondly, if there is a question in the process of connection whether to open the notification permission, please make sure to open it and allow all the permissions (if not authorized, it will affect the call alert and other information alert functions)

3. If the distance between watch and phone Bluetooth is more than 8-10 meters, it will be automatically disconnected, please connect soon for other functions. If the notification still can’t be displayed, please try to reset the watch, or reinstall the APP.

4. The watch is IP68 waterproof and dustproof and can be worn in shallow water for activities, but note that you cannot use the watch in high temperature and deep water, such as sauna, diving, etc. Please dry the water on the surface of the watch in time to prevent it from penetrating inside and ruining the watch.
