he blue switch keyboard is super tactile and clicky, and the keys are standard so you can switch out the keycaps. it’s even easier with the tool that was included in the bag of lilac accent keys that came with the keyboard. the backlighting is vibrant and a really pretty shade of blue, and the different lighting settings are all pretty cool. the only thing is that the colours are a lot more pastel than advertised; I personally love it, but it’s definitely not the bright, vibrant blue shown in the photos.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersJust has been only Two and a half months and the “WASD” keys have stopped working completely. Pathetic experience, if you really want to waste your money, waste it somewhere else. This is just not worth your money.

So glad I purchased this keyboard. My last keyboard had too many worn keys and needed replacement. Love the action and I kind of think it has helped my typing. For twenty six bucks I got way more than expected. It’s bright enough and I pretty much leave it in all keys lit mode, nothing fancy or distracting. It came with a selection of reddish keys and I did replace the Space key with one. I probably won’t use any others because they have painted characters which won’t pass the light. A couple of keys were just hanging on when I opened the box but were easily seated. I love having a TKL keyboard that leaves me more space on my desk and allows me to center the keyboard in line with my monitor. A true value for sure. Totally recommend.

The switches are good- clicky, responsive and not as loud as the ant esports MK3400v2 I was using earlier.

It is a VFM product and I would have rated it 9/10 but its 7/10 because of some drawbacks which you should know beforehand-

    1. The biggest con and a sign of cost cutting is that the F and J keys do not come with notches/bumps. A serious issue for touch typing. Simply unacceptable.

    2. It didnt come in the colorway I ordered which was black and white with yellow accents. I got maroon. Not an issue for me because it still looked pretty good and, the base Black and white keys by themselves looked great. Another sign of cost cutting was that I didnt get the maroon D keycap, whereas the extra W, A, S were provided. They also gave keycaps for a 100% KB which was useless for my 75% KB like an extra long Enter keycap.

    3. The left shift key was giving me a lot of problems. There were multiple times when it did not register. since I only discovered it recently, I was out of the return window and I could not request a replacement. Luckily right before writing this review, I opened it up, gave a good cleaning and now there is no issue.

There are 4 levels of brightness with off mode and multiple light modes to choose from.
Orange keys can be swapped to black coloured keys (included in the box).
Excellent for this price with very good response time and satisfying click sound.

    Good

This is a great product and I am addicted to it.
Works like a charm and the Yellow Switches are just perfectly silent with perfect bump and the low non disturbing clicking sound!
Also it comes with white backlight which looks absolutely classy!

Only 1 con : The keys are Just Opaque so it beats the purpose of back light as its impossible to use at night time without the use of other light source!

    Great product !

I bought this product as every reviewer rages about mechanical keyboards online. I have never used a mechanical keyboard in my life and couldn’t justify spending upwards of 3k on a keyboard. I was getting tired of the clickity clackity noises from my keyboard and my fingers were tired from the key travel. My wife was also tired of the noise when I was playing a game while she was trying to sleep. Then I noticed this keyboard at 2.7k and thought I will give it a try. Immediately, the difference was obvious. Perfect key travel, red switches reduce the noise and the response in gaming is just amazing. Anti-ghosting really works. The effort for typing is reduced so much that it is very difficult for me to go back to membrane now. No issues so far.

I have been using membrane keyboard previously. After switching to this mechanical keyboard, and after 10 days of using it, here are few things

    Pros:
    1. It looks classy
    2. Typing sounds good
    3. Typing feel linear

    Cons:
    1. No see through keys (Their indian version doesn’t have that)
    2. Some keys letter are faded
    3. Two extra key caps (vertical enter, vertical plus) were given which is use less as this keyboard layout doesn’t have them.

Good for first time, have some issues

    [black/white/orange keycaps, brown switches]

Good deal for the price (~25 bucks, on sale). A good to very good starter mechanical keyboard. Keys feel nice enough. 5 stars compared to other mechanical keyboards at this price level (under $30), or 4 stars compared to slightly better quality keyboards costing $40 to 60.

This cheap mechanical keyboard is as good as _some_ more expensive ones I’ve used. If you are looking for best ‘bang for your buck’, or a starter mech keyboard for a youngster, then Magegee’s offerings are usually a good place to look.

    Notes:

Not quite as pictured. Comes with black and white keycaps ONLY attached (no orange ones attached). The few included orange keycaps come in a plastic bag. Also included is the cheapest possible (but functional) plastic key puller.

Works fine for a keyboard at this price level. No bad keys after 1 week use.

Would we buy again? At this price (sub 25 bucks): yes.

A removable USB cord should’ve been a feature here, but it’s not. The USB cord is permanently attached, which we knew before purchasing — so no points deduction, in spite of the seller cheaping out on a 17-cents feature.

I bought this as the the keyboard I had was just not right ergonomically my shoulders and neck were hurting after a long day. So after much research I went for this. TKL keyboard. Work really well for my office based use (I can’t say for gaming) but because of the TKL I have more room on the desk and my mouse is closer and even better no more painful shoulders or neck.

If RGB is your thing this has a plain white RGB the colour can not be changed but it has other options you can change for the light sequence.

Overall I am very happy with this mechanical keyboard, for the price it seems really well made and easy plug and play. Just remember this is a US keyboard layout but it has affected my use.

Great! Good quality. Comes with extra keycaps(I got yellow colored ones) rgb light is great at night. It can’t be seen that clearly when it’s day or basically when there’s light. U might get confused with how to change the light modes. First know that it only has one Rgb colour ( I got white), u can always check tutorials yt . Dont expect this keyboard to be very light as its on the heavier side.Overall it’s a good keyboard and I recommend

I picked up this keyboard for $25 to test out my liking of the TKL layout. I had previously built my own 60% keyboard with gateron yellow switches but I missed having function keys. I honestly wasn’t expecting much because of the price and unknown brand. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed the 75% yellow switch Magegee that I had purchased. The sound is great for the price and the case is weighty with next to no flex. The lettering is clean with no gamer font. The lighting is easy to change and non-distracting. I haven’t found a single complaint about this keyboard except for maybe that the yellow switches were not as weighty as I expected. But then again, they don’t give an actuation force on the switches, so these yellow switches could just be an equivalent to a cherry mx red. But at 25$ you cant expect that so I don’t fault them.

There are other brands of mainstream mechanical keyboards costing over $100 that don’t feel nearly as nice as this one. This keyboard is a must buy even for some more experienced users. I ran it without any mods so improvements could be made as well.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGood keyboard, gives you the feel of old days before the advent of GUI based OS when there used to be the bulky TVS 128 keys keyboard and all the navigation was done using Tab, PgUp, PgDn, Arrow keys, etc.

My ‘Paisa Wasool’ moment came when I was booking an Indian Railways ticket through IRCTC during peak holiday rush, those who have tried to book during the same period will understand, and to my surprise I was able to book a confirmed ticket within one minute of the window opening time. Note: I did not use the mouse during the whole process.

It is heavy and holds it ground no matter how hard you punch the keys and thanks to the rubber pads at the base it does not slip even the slightest even at highly inclined table surface. The keys are soft and respond to the slightest touch with minimal pressure. The only con that I found that the left shift key sometimes got stuck, which was resolved by replacing the grey key cap with the red one that was provided among the extra key caps.

Some people might not like the colour or the lighting effects or other aesthetics, but remember that this is not an artifact but a robust piece of hardware, and it serves this purpose well indeed.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOnly one issue, which is that the key characters doesn’t illuminate by the backlight so it’s hard to work on this keyboard in dark.

Otherwise the build quality is great and durable at this price range.
Key response is smooth for rough & tough uses. I’m a developer and I have used this keyboard more than 9 hours of daily productivity and I have to say that the experience was really great.

bought this Keyboard last month and can say that it’s a good keyboard for the price I bought it.

Nice Sound. build quality is also decent and the weight of the keyboard is also Goodds

The Thing I don’t like is the wire quality can be a better and the Keyboard is Backlight not RGB

Needed a smaller, backlit, mechanical keyboard for my home setup. The build quality of this product is good. At this pricepoint, the keyboard exceeded my expectations and im looking to buy another for the office

I don’t write many reviews on here but this little keyboard deserves some love. At the bottom end of the market for mechanical keyboards I was expecting this to be ‘okay’ for typing but it’s actually really nice to use. I’m a software developer so do a lot of typing and have used a lot of different keyboards. The base is heavy and sturdy and the feel of the keys (I went for blue switches) is very klacky and responsive. It feels great to type on. Fast touch typing is a barrage of noise, which I love.

It’s not got all the rainbow LEDs and programmable macro buttons that higher end keyboards have, but does that stuff really matter… ? For the price I can’t fault it. Would buy another in a heartbeat.

If it were made with blue switches, it would be perfect for my taste.
While the keyboard identifies itself as a “gaming keyboard” there is nothing gaming about it. is just a keyboard.

Weird thig 1. I do not know if it is my imagination, but it seems that the keys are 1 or 2 mm “off” so I keep hitting the key to the left or to the right more offten than with other keyboards.

The use a weird font on the keys, so buyer beware. If you are a touch typist, this is no problem, but if you watch the keyboard, could be aproblem.

But, for the money, the keyboard is very good

keys do feel sort of cheap but what do you expect for 30 bucks. Other than that it looks fantastic and definitely gets the job done for sure worth the money.

Got this one out of need when my $200 keyboard stopped working after accidentally spilling water on it. I wasn’t ready to buy another $$$ one – so got this temporarily, and WOW! I might not end up spending the money on another one this one works great.

Note: used for both typing and HEAVY gaming. Very reactive and just awesome. Love!
