It’s perfect for someone who uses their phone frequently while driving. My husband is always fidgeting with music, audio books, and GPS. With this device, he no longer has to take his eyes off the road. Installation was simple and the holder is very sturdy. Plus, it works great with his bulky battery case!
This is by far the best phone mount I have ever purchased. It is the most versatile for dash mounting so it can be placed close without obstructing the view of the road. It has excellent suction for holding the phone secure on the dash. It also comes with an extra stick pad if required, but so far I haven’t needed to use it. It come with a nice little adapter if you want to put it on a vent blade, but I don’t like using those. Also easy to put the phone in and take it out due to a little release button in behind. Customer service seems superb. I received a letter from the seller asking if I needed any help with installation or any concerns I might have. Never had that before. Highly recommend this product.
Sticks like crazy, very adjustable. I ended up buying another one and just leaving them in the vehicles. I use one in a semi, stuck directly to the dash, and even with all the bouncing hasn’t fallen off or loosened in a week. The button to release the phone is nice (my last one was spring loaded and took two hands), and the jaws are deep enough the phone fits with a thick case no problem. Haven’t used vent mount. Would definitely buy agai
Basically is working well when I attached the suction part to the windshield. It did not stay in place on the dashboard in a relatively flat area. Other cars may have a smoother surface that should work better for the device to hold onto the dash surface.
Works well for work drives. Makes seeing the maps easier (and safer). Only downside if you hit a bump the phone falls forward, have to keep tightening to keep upright.
The car phone mount is strong and holds all different size phones and phone cases. Fits nice and can be mounted on different angles either on the windshield itself or the dash. Great strong product.
I used the car vent mount and not the windshield suction mount.
I was a bit skeptical when I read military grade, but my phone really doesn’t move. The fact that you can clip it and tighten it “behind” the vent is brilliant and works really well.
The multiple adjustments made it possible to use in cars with multiple car vent types.

I own a 2016 Honda CRV and have never used the suction stand, but I have used the air vent holder; it holds up very well! I have had no issues and I bought this item in June of 2021. Hasn’t broken and stays on without moving. I have purchased two more times as gifts.
Both my old car and my new car had very little vent space, so I needed a different kind of phone holder. This one worked well for two years, but when I started to transfer it to my new car, I noticed that the portion that held the phone hung down a little bit. It turned out that a small area on the back was broken. I emailed the Miracase company who replaced the entire holder free of charge, even though the warranty had expired. I received the new one less than a week after my initial communication with them. This was amazing service. The suction is excellent, and was easy to peel off from the old car without leaving marks.
It looks like it does in the pictures and does the job. Unfortunately in the description for materials it states “metal” when it’s actually plastic.
Update: customer service reached out and was wonderful. They not only offered a solution to make me happy but also stated that they will adjust the description to avoid further confusion.
This is the third one of these I’ve purchased. We now have one in each of our vehicles and love them. Two are on the windshield under the mirror and the other is on the dash. The suction is VERY strong and even holds tight on our mountain property dirt road. Easy to adjust angles. The phone release is convenient once you learn where it is on the back. My only negative is that the side clips close right over the power button on my Samsung phone. I have to slide it up a little or open the holder to get to the button. All in all, still 5 stars.
Finally! Perfection! This is the fifth phone holder I have purchased. I didn’t realize they could be that different in so many ways. One was too small to hold my phone (iPhone 8) with the Lifeproof Fre case. One would not stick to my dashboard or my windshield. Even with the separate base sticky. The sticky stuck, phone holder wouldn’t even stick to that. I don’t know if the phone w/case would have fit, I never got that far. Another broke as I was following instructions on application. Returned for a new one, new one already broken when received. Then there’s the phone holder that once installed was no longer adjustable. It locked in whatever position it was in when applied. Yes, the directions sort of implied that would happen. But how could I tell exactly how far down it needed to be until it was put there!?!
After numerous on and off to adjust, my husband took over. Yay! He is good at this stuff. He’ll get it. Half hour later I watched from the house as he threw it in the trash. On to the next one.
Next phone holder was installed, quite easily. Waited 24+ hours before using. Thought everything was great until I went over a speed bump at 10 mph. Phone holder with phone went flying. Base was still attached to the dashboard. I pull over, cause now the phone and case have separated and are between my feet. The holder is now in 4 piecestrash.
On to my favorite phone holder. This Miracase has been fantastic from the start. The directions are clear, simple and easy to follow. It can be placed on the windshield, dashboard or vent. I put in on the vent first just to see if it worked. It did. Then I put it on my dashboard. So simple. So fast and easy. It has been on for several weeks now. It holds my phone with the case. It adjusts for the phone size. I can turn it if I want it facing a different direction. No parts of phone hold were broken-before or after installation.
Ironically, when I was telling family members how great this case is I was informed my sister has had a Miracase phone holder for years. She loves it. Next occasion I know what friends and family are getting for gifts.
This case is perfect. I couldn’t even think of a down side. Maybe that I couldn’t get it in purple?
Seriously, this case is absolute perfection.
It doesn’t stick well on some surfaces. I was able to get it to stick, just not in the location I had hoped to use. Seems sturdy enough for my purposes.
Originally purchased Apr 26, 2021; confirmed broken 10 June 2023, gears (plastic) that toggled the clamp mechanism had worn down and it no longer clamped or retracted correctly. I might have been able to limp along with it in that condition but just purchased another one instead. 2 years of pretty steady service is about as good as you get out of these sorts of devices so I am pleased enough. Still purchased another brand trying to find the one that doesn’t break in 1-2 years, but realistically this one is not half bad.
So I first tried the suction cup since I felt leery of the vent mount. The suction cup on the dashboard glass is quite strong and the angulation of the arm and ballhead was rather versatile but I felt like it placed the phone too high up and obstructed too much of my view while driving.
I could’ve tried the 3M mount to position the phone lower but I didn’t want to remove it if I didn’t like it.
Reluctantly, I tried the vent mount but to my surprise it installed very easily and was very solid. I initially mounted it too high so the baseplate couldn’t make flat contact against all the grills of the vent which made it a bit wobbly. After re-mounting it lower to ensure the baseplate was flush against the grills of the vent, it was rock solid! No longer does my phone swing around when I accelerate out of turns.
The retention and release system is also rather nice, just squeeze the retention arms inwards for a nice firm grip on your phone, press the release button on the back to see it cool-y release

(as mentioned above – I bought 2 of these units; 1 for myself, another for a spouse)
* Each box came with a promotional card offering a ” Free Car Vent Phone Mount” – just email them with the order ID. Thought this would be great! One could have available both mounts and use either by just moving your phone – rather than unscrewing the phone mount from one and repostitioning onto the other – potentially weakening the mount components, not to mention the potential of damaging the vent if you did not take the clip off the vent before positioned the phone mount to it.

* Company would not honor the promotion for each unit ordered.
* Company replied that only 1 promotion per ORDER is allowed.
* VERY Disappointed! The promotional insert in each box does not state only 1 free mount per order. If more than one unit is ordered and each box contains the promotion that seems to imply that each unit should be due the promotion.
* THUS, if you intend to purchase more than one unit (and should the promotion continue) – make them separate orders if you would like the company to honor their promotion.
