I bought the Fanatec wheel, pedals and shifter for my PS5 and this works great to attach all those peripherals and give the feeling of driving. I don’t do competitive sim driving but just casual driving on Gran Tourismo, F1 or Asseto Corsa and it is plenty sturdy for that. It’s comfortable to sit in for drives sessions about an hour. I also used one of the extra straps to anchor the back to a heavy coffee table in the mancave to keep it from folding down. It was easy to put together and doesn’t take up too much space in the cave. I keep it out 24/7.

I moved a lot so I needed something light that will fold up some. This fit the bill. I’m 6’1 225lbs and using a Moza R5 with this and that’s why I opted for the pro version. Assembly was really the reason I deducted 1 star as pieces aren’t super precise so you will need to do some finagling. I had to deal with a slightly miss aligned bolt hole for one side of the rear leg and the right side seat adjustment plate needed bent in some so the pin would go through it further. But now together and many hours racing it feels quite solid to the point I don’t notice anything while driving. The adjustability it provides is great. Having the included seat is great and it is quite comfortable. Wheelbase and pedals mounted up nice and firm.

This is my first racing sim, I looked at others but did not want to spend a ton of money. I use this with my PS5 and Logitech wheel and pedals, it is very easy to assemble and the instructions are very straightforward. There were a couple of nuts missing since the pre installed hardware apparently was not tight enough from the manufacturer, fortunately I had a few on hand. I would recommend this for anyone getting into sim racing.

I was skeptical whether or not a foldable setup would be stable enough. I’m 200+ lb. for reference. I was surprised how solid the seat and frame are. In photos it looks like a lawn chair on steroids, but for the money I don’t think you can get a better product. The seat is very comfortable and has really good lumbar support. If you want a relatively portable solution that works great and can be moved when needed this is a fantastic choice!

    Fr knapp 300 ist das echt ein tolles Einsteiger-Cockpit und reicht fr unsere Zweck mehr als aus. Nebenbei kann man es relativ leicht zusammen klappen und weg rumen, um auch ungestrt Fernsehen zu knnen (;

Von uns gibts hierfr volle 5 Sterne! Top Produkt zum fairen Preis!

Assembly is a bit of a pain, there’s definitely a bit of flexing and bending, even in the instructions it tells you you kinda have to force some stuff into place, took me a good hour or two to really get it to sit right.

But once it’s together it’s SHOCKING how sturdy this is and how good it feels to drive in, the system of tension straps isn’t quite the same as a more expensive solid metal chassis, but the amount of give they have is barely noticeable even if you’re paying attention for it, certainly not enough to throw off your driving even if you’ve got a heavy duty DD wheel.

It’s not as good as a more expensive seat of course, and there’s definitely some small compromises in the design, but for the price point it’s at it definitely exceeded my expectations.

his feels even better than i thought.

It’s really rigid, even though i’m 5’4” (1.64 meters) it’s really easy to move around, it has many customizable options for height on the back rest, front legs and wheel stand and pedals. Once inside the cockpit, the wheel stand can be unlocked and you’ll have an easier time getting out. so far, i’ve used it every weekend since i bought it (1month ago) and everything looks still rigid and new. i use it with a logitech G923, it brings extra screws for top personalization. REAAALLY recommend so far for moderate use.

Davvero stabile e confortevole, regolazioni possibili in molti aspetti.

    Bellissimo

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersTLDR: A great seat all around for those that do not see themselves getting too serious with sim racing and using mostly entry level wheel and pedal set ups. Feels solid and easy to get in and out of.

Edit: November 3, 2023, I glossed over the portion of the manual where it shows that you can move the wheelbase plate back for shorter individuals. I moved the base plate back and now it is even more comfortable for me racing with the seat incline set to the middle. I have also changed the angled pedal base to the flat base. It allows the back of my thighs to rest more naturally on the front of the seat for more comfort. I love the seat and no I still haven’t tried folding it yet.

Edit 2: November 10, 2023, my wife finally asked to move it from the living room to the loft. So, I folded it for the first time. If you follow the instructions, it is an easy task to do. If you try to do it on your own, you will end up just looking for the instruction booklet…yes that was me. I will say, when folded, it can fit in a hall closet if you need to put it away. It also has a good amount of weight to it folded with the wheelbase and pedals. It can also be awkward to lift by yourself, but it is possible if you know how the center of gravity will shift with the wheelbase and pedals attached to it. The wheels do make it easier to move from one place to another, as long as there is room to maneuver it.

    Original review:
As one who just recently moved to a wheel and pedal combo set up for racing games (after two decades of using only a controller), I wasn’t happy with my previous set up of a portable table and chair. My posture wasn’t right for using the pedals and grasping of the wheel, regardless of what size chair I used. So, I went ahead and did some research on a cheaper alternative in terms of a dedicated sim racing seat. I first looked at the GTLite and was about to settle for that, when I saw the Pro version. The F1 version seemed to eat up too much floor space so I passed on that as well. I looked at tubular versions, but they were either too expensive or way too bulky and seem to not be “move it here and there” friendly.

I went ahead and purchased this product instead. I read the reviews of the three versions NLR had to offer and the biggest knock on them was the movement of the wheelbase. Having only a G920, I figured the GTLite Pro will suffice, due to the included stabilizing straps. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish setting it up (Including installing the wheel and the pedals). I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised with how stable the seat feels. I notice more the noise the wheel makes over the movement of it. This is a large seat, and I am now wondering if I should’ve just purchased the F1 version for the same price, but hey it is what it is.

The seat can accommodate small, medium, and large individuals. I fall in the small category, being only 5’5″. I will adjust the seatback from the first to second detent and both positions are good for me. The third detent..forget it for me, I can barely reach the wheel without the need to hold myself up using the wheel. Not a good idea to do, imo. I don’t think putting a tensioning force on the wheel will result in a good outcome for the durability of the wheel.

The adjustable pedal mounts will cover a variety of leg room (front to back and side to side), unless you are over 6’3″ish (???), then I think you might run into some lack of leg room issue. I used the angled assembly for the pedals and am comfortable with it. I haven’t tried the flat option, yet. Not sure if I will, since I am already used to how it is. Switching it from angled to flat is fairly easy if I wanted to try it out.

My son who is 5’9″ and weighs around 190lbs fits comfortably in the seat, with room to spare and more. My wife…lol, now that is a sight to see! She is 5’2″ and looks super tiny in it. The seat is very comfortable, and breathability is excellent. Put a fan behind you for forced ventilation, and you will be gaming for hours on end!

I haven’t tried the folding feature of it, since my wife doesn’t mind this contraption in the middle of our living room. All in all, I think I made a good purchase with this one.

The chair sits good but doesn’t recliner like it should one of the pieces won’t move and I am nervous to pound with a hammer because I don’t want to break it.

Easy to assembly, sturdy but a little wobble of steering plate. Comfy for long gaming sessions with adjustable pedal plate. A step above a basic setup and folding functionality works well.

    tolles Produkt !

The Cockpit came with easy instructions to follow. Setup was a breeze. I mounted my Fanatec DD 8m wheel and CSL load cell pedals to the cockpit. I did not notice any flex in the wheel mount or the pedals. The seat is very comfortable even during hours long sessions. Much better than my previous stand and computer chair.

I have no complaints about this product. Especially for $300. This cockpit should be good enough for most people. If you’re thinking about purchasing it, do it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPut together fairly easy, works well with my fanatec 8nm dd pro, it holds the fanatec shifter and hand brake. I’m also using the load cell pedals with no problems. There’s a little flex in the wheel stand but it’s not a problem.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI’m coming from a wheel stand and folding chair setup which I mainly chose for its ability to be set aside nicely in my space but this setup ran its course mainly because it wasn’t comfortable for longer sessions. First off the Next Level GT Lite Pro setup is straightforward with all necessary tools. Couple words of advice is to not over-tighten the NLR hubs ’cause it will be difficult for the lever to lock and, to properly fit your shifters to the shifter/handbrake plate I separated the top plate from the base plate (see box 11 in instruction manual) – allow enough space from the hand break/shifter to unlock/close cockpit wheel latch if you place it on the right hand side. Overall the seating position and comfort level has tremendously improved my sim racing experience. Once I’m done I do a “half fold” to slide into a corner- it can fold more if needed. This product comes highly recommended especially if space and affordability are priorities in your sim purchase. I believe you will get great value from this product.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI am new to Sim racing and picked up the GT Lite (not Pro) on Prime day for $200. Once it arrived I found it to be uncomfortable. I happened to see some YT reviews of the GTLite Pro while looking for ways to make the non pro lite more comfortable. Just from the videos I immediately felt like the GTLite Pro was worth another $100 to me. So I ordered it and returned the non-Pro version and I’m so glad I did. The seat alone is worth most of the price difference. It’s way more comfortable and feels much closer to a real racing seat. The lumbar support is great and the side bolsters really tuck you in.

The GTLite Pro seems to be a higher quality in general. The shifter plate is more versatile. The front straps add stiffness that was more noticeable than I thought it would be. The small rollers on the back seem helpful though I haven’t had to move it much yet. Next Level Racing needs to include larger washers for the pedal mounts as the included ones are much too small.

I’ve run a Logitech G29 on this and a Thrustmaster T300RS GT. Both work great. The T300RS needed the wheel mount to be moved to other position.

If you’re looking at the GT Lite, spend the extra $ and get this one. If you really get into sim racing you won’t need to replace this one as soon. I think this is one of the best beginner Sim Cockpits you can buy; certainly the best foldable one.
