Oh I love this product its so well made, sturdy, strong and a great size.
I was reaching it for months and glad I finally decided to buy one..money very well spe
Although this gazebo was expensive ( more than we wanted to spend) but boy we were not disappointed instructions were great and the size was spot on took a little longer putting on the roof and getting the panels the right way round and for them to stay in place but really pleased with the end resul
I loved the quality of gazebo. It keeps dry inside as long as wind does not blow the rain inside. However its not easy to build. Videos with instructions make it look easier to fit together. It took 2 people around 5 hours. But it’s truely worth it for quality and value. Very good customer service.
We bought this for 399 which is a fair price but was quite tricky to assemble, definitely watch the videos as was a great help. It looks great when built and glad I bought it. Already had strong winds with heavy rain and so so good.
Bought this Gazebo for my patio and it is ideal, Not difficult to build, my Husband put it together without any problems. It looks very nice. I would definitely recommend this Gazebo.
Fast delivery and well packaged. Assembled in 5 hours by my daughter and me. Instructions not the best but workable. Trickiest bit is roof panel assembly. Well made and great addition to garden.
This gazebo is absolutely beautiful, very strong, well made, comes with spare bolts/washers etc and fantastic instructions on how to build it. Well worth the money and the quality and price is much better than buying it from a well known garden Center. You will not be disappointed.
Assembly took a whole day! Poor machining on some of the screw holes meant bolting the pieces together was really difficult.
Every corner of the perspex roof pieces was slightly damaged, no obvious damage to the packaging, so fitting them was a 4 person job to hold everything together.
Once up it’s a lovely looking gazebo & the water resistance has been tested to it’s limit with some freak downpours!!1
Only issue was the time it took to assemble as the instructions weren’t that clear. Also make sure you have a good level surface as any difference in ground/floor level makes it difficult to find the screw/bolt holes. Once it’s up though it’s great. If it’s windy, like here in Scotland, make sure you keep the curtains tied back and screw it to the ground too. Looks lovely and keeps the rain off. It’s a good buy.
Absolutely love it !!! Good value for money, looks great so glad I brought this, great waterproof gazebo. Goes up fairly easily if you take your time all parts numbered to help with assembly. Arrived quickly can not fault i
Great item. Need 2 or 3 people to put up. After all the rain & wind we had lately no leaks & sides still intact. Not moved at all with all the wind. Great idea having mesh sides as well as normal side’s does keep insect ou
Great quality. You definitely need two people minimum to put this together. The roof is the most fiddly. We are getting slight leaks from two of the roof panels where they join together but obviously this is only when it rain mor than a shower. The design could be enhanced by only having two panels per side.
Had a damaged panel Q we managed to source a complete new set of the exact same panels, most likely be required here in scotland where the weather is some what challenging
Lovely when you get it up & works well spend more time out side now, than in
However customer service is not good had a part incorrect when building & had to make my own as several weeks later still not had a replacement part after several emails back & forward & could not fit roof without corner support
Not everyone can do that though also the fly screen corner fixing strap ripped off the screen only 1 week after finally getting it up
Apart from that love i
Excellent! …… very very fiddly, but stunning and sturdy and waterproof…. I’m a 59 year old female, apart from ten mins help, I put it up on my own ( it did take two day tho ! ) and actually rather beautiful when put together…sadly I cannot find photos…… but we LOVE it, and it’s stunning to sit under … even in the rain. 🙂
This is a lovely Gazebo, very well made. The instructions supplied are hopeless and you really need to watch the video carefully. Even the video doesn’t always show some of the detail as well as it could. As with other purchasers I found there were not enough screws supplied. It would be so easy to include more screws and supply better instructions to make this an even better product.
I don’t usually write reviews, which is unreasonable as I always read them before buying a product, but I felt compelled to tell anyone considering this Gazebo to go ahead and get it – you wont regret it. Delivery was very fast (next day) and I must say I was a bit daunted by all the bits when I laid them all out. The instructions are tiny and next to useless but the video helps along with a bit of common sense. The build is not a one man job!! Luckily I have some great neighbors who saw me struggling and two came over to help – 4 -5 hours later we were all sitting under it enjoying a few beers and snug as bugs in a rug. They are both planning on getting one now as ours makes their ones look shabby. The build is tricky, there are a couple issues with lining up the holes etc but if you spend a while making sure it is dead square then everything fits perfectly. There were no missing screws or bolts which is always a bonus. The finished structure is very strong, completely water proof (I did a hose pipe test) and very roomy. The mesh curtains are surprisingly see thru from the inside and keep a lot of the wind out – the outer curtains are light but strong – its unlikely we will ever use them but they look the business all folded back against the legs. We have now rigged LED lights & a hanging heater inside which makes it very attractive and cozy in the evenings – my only problem now is getting the neighbors to stay away!!
This is brilliant, really well constructed and heavy on the ground in a strong wind. I live on top of a hill so it gets very windy from time to time, but so far its held up to the test – but just to be sure I used some resin fixings to secure it to my patio.
I may have received the curtains for a 3x3M version but they fit around OK and I am speaking to the seller about the issue, no problem on that front.
As far as parts being missing, I think I was 4 bolts short, but found identical ones in B&Q the same day and cracked on, and by then all of the critical load and structurally essential parts were in place so it was a pretty minor inconvenience.
Putting this together was a bit fiddly, but no more so than anything from IKEA, albeit that it took longer – 4-5 hours with some minor help holding things along the way, and when the roof went on top – I would advise a helper of some description. The roof is aluminium so relatively light and goes on easily.
We’ve had extreme rain the last few days, and the panels and apex have all remained completely waterproof. One crucial point that should have been obvious to me but wasn’t is that having the curtains closed on a windy day is a bit of a drama – curtains everywhere. I’ve started leaving my curtains open at night and whenever I’m not using it, for that reason, and it also stops the gazebo from becoming a windbreak – when the curtains are open (and tied to the post with the robust curtain tieback that’s included) the wind blows through no problem.
Definitely find the YouTube video – it will give you the best idea about the bits that the instructions don’t make clear, even without detail, the visual of someone putting it together was a great help when I got stuck when installing the roof panels.
If you thread a screw – and that’s not hard to do if you’re using a screwdriver drill bit (like I was) you can drill out the top to extract the screw, I had to do this twice when I followed the instructions incorrectly and couldn’t get the screws back out.
Overall I am very happy with the structure. It’s smart and robust, build quality is superb, and I recommend it highly.
