The laptop was well delivered. Everything is working fine as stated in Amazon. I like the keyboard cover. Very fast for multi-tasking. Durable product so far as just used for a couple of months now. Windows 11 home.

Functionality with the @ symbol was a bit of a challenge however, after research and technical help, I was able to figure it out.
After many years of being old Scholl and still wanting a large hard drive and a DVD burner I suddenly realised I had all the technology to hand and no longer needed to resort to secondhand laptops from email. The system is cool. Good quality. I have used it for 3 months now no issues. As a software developer, it is serving me well. I highly recommend this product. The battery last at least 3 hours. It’s very fast and it really worth the price tag.
I bought this laptop to replace my very old and bulky hp laptop. This is so much easier to transport around with me for business. I would recommend it is great value for money. Comes with Windows 11 installed.

Great laptop with brilliant specs, especially for the price of it. Screen resolution is very crisp and colours are warm, processor is fast enough to load apps without much delay. Never had an issue with battery life, it lasts longer than my last laptop even though it has a bigger screen. There was an initial problem with the laptop’s microphone but customer service was excellent and put it right immediately.
I have been using this 24GB laptop for a few weeks now, and so far it has been good. The laptop loads quick when turning on, the battery life lives up to its specifications and the laptop system is fast when navigating different applications such as Chrome, Word and settings.
I also particularly like the keyboard sleeves that comes with the laptop, it adds good aesthetics to it with the grey colour. I would recommend this laptop, especially for students studying at university.
his is an extremely good pc for the price paid its fast and quiet ..I mostly use it for browsing and some office work. What I do not like is the mouse pad. Its clunky and not very responsive. I sorted that out by buying a mouse . Works much better now.
Processor not good enough to utilise the RAM available, so it’s a bit of a waste.
The shell is very plasticy and the screen seems very… Matt-like although quality of image is okay.
Decent cheap laptop if you get it on sale – not worth stated RRP though. Fans not very good, I suggest a cooling matt with external fans… Personally didn’t like the feel of the mousepad, although it worked fine. I like that they provided keyboard covers for the laptop so if you need to set it to a different country setting you can – although it’s not the nicest to type with. Overall it’s okay – not as fast as what you’d expect with it’s epic memory because as said the processor isn’t so great. It feels tinny and the plastic shell just feels hollow and not the highest quality. I played the sims 4 on it a lot in the space of 2 weeks, it ran okay up until the 3rd build and 4th sim family creation and then started lagging a lot. I don’t know if it’s because it’s windows 11 or because of the laptop but it couldn’t run the sims 3. I also watched a couple of movies online and the volume wasn’t the greatest but was okay. I am returning as I just don’t like the feel of it and I am now aware that I wan’t a laptop with a better processor.
I bought this as a present for my son, and he is very happy indeed.
The laptop starts up quickly, and it can handle lots of tabs simultaneously without losing speed.
Do take care when you set up the laptop. Included in the box are eight keyboard covers, so it can be used in different countries. You need to choose the right option for you.
One downside is the built-in speakers sound awful – they sound really tinny, but if you use headphones (my son uses bluetooth ones) the sound improves.
Bought this laptop on amazon prime day deal for me to use for emails, coursework etc. It’s very stylish and a nice size. Quick to load and easy to set up. @ and ” buttons seem to be the wrong way round though. Not sure if this can be fixed or not. Doesn’t bother me too much though. Nice screen lighting and nice large keypad
The computer itself is great and has a high spec. Great to use with my track ball and a good price.
Overall I would recommend it as long as you dont use the track pad.
Light, cheap and surprisingly fast(smooth) to use, great for watching films, virtual machines work fine, slightly slow transfers of 2.0 usbs, maybe the fault of usb instead of a pc. Great graphics for the price.
Most pleased with th sleek looks and ease of set up. It has taken longer than it should due to hospital appointments, sick doggies and other issues.
Normally would have finished the day of unpacking but have had lots of distractions.
Finding it a bit difficult to use the pad to manoeuvre round the screen, it’s a lot faster than my old fingers are used to. The addition of silicon keypad covers makes it easy if you need to cope with different keyboard setups. I spent quite a few years with an Australian laptop with UK setup which meant having little stickers on the keys (which kept falling off) . With the silicon masks you can easily change from one setup to another by replacing the mask, also stops all the dust and food crumbs getting between the keys. 🙂
Boot up is quick and once my fingers get up to speed I’ll be extremely happy.
All in all extremely happy with performance and price.

Very happy with this purchase! No surprise that the laptop has ran smoothly since we got it since it has a huge 24GB of ram and 512 SSD. Very responsive compared to anything we have had in the past and that’s even when we have multiple applications running as well as multiple browser tabs!

Internet browsing, as long as internet speed allows has been very good and switching between programs has been no issues for this computer.
Would definitely recommend this computer for someone who wants something that performs well and isn’t bothered by the brand.
Fast enough for what I need to do but certain I shall get around to really testing it soon enough.
Screen image is excellent no issue when used to view streaming services.
Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual. Perfectly capable of handling the demands I put on it.
It is so light it is surprising.
Battery life I can not comment on as I mostly use plugged in.
Mouse pad is a little to big for my liking but I am sure I shall get use to it.
Keyboard is not quite full English layout but only two symbols in different places. No big deal and there are several alternate key overlays supplied. Handy for keeping dirt and dust out of the keys so even less of an inconvenience.
In all I am very happy with this purchase and shall be buying another very soon for a family member.
My only complaint is Windows 11. So as soon as the warranty expires I shall load another operating system.
The first laptop I received had awful sound and I arranged a return (very easy) and then reordered.
The replacement laptop is great. Fast, responsive good quality graphics and best of all the sound is great. Highly recommended
