This bag works very well for me, because I wanted to get away from the traditional backpack with two straps. I especially like that my phone fits in the strap that is in front, across my body. I can fit my 13 inch MacBook in it, along with a notebook and a few other supplies. The other pockets fit the small stuff that would otherwise be sitting at the bottom of the main section. Great bag overall.
pros: I was caught in a light rain which wet the outside of the bag, but the contents remained dry. The zippers work well, and the shoulder strap is comfortable when not carrying heavy items. The bottle holder is secure for smaller bottles.
cons: The bottom straps allowed my umbrella to fall out. ( I now carry my umbrella in the net bottle holder, which tightens securely. ) My sunglasses fall out of their holder when I stoop toward the ground or take off the bag. The bag has single stitching, so it’s hard to judge it’s durability for the long term.
Updated Sept 2023: Seller issued a full refund since the first bag ripped after a single day’s use. I will try this bag one more time and hope it’s more durable. From 2 to 5 stars for standing behind their product. Fingers crossed the new bag doesn’t rip so easily. I love the design.
Original Aug 2023: Great size and design, not durable
I wanted to love this bag. I bought a sling from a well-known brand and it was way too small. I searched for extra large sling bags on Amazon and found this one with great reviews. I even skipped another type because it had ripped. Well… I used this bag exactly one time. I took it to an amusement park today. It wasn’t even full. I did take it off multiple times. I opened it multiple times. It didn’t go on the water rides. When I got home, I saw the bag had ripped near one of the zippers. I’ve had bags for years with various levels of capacity full and they haven’t ripped. I’m sad because this is a great size sling bag for a day trip but I’m sad it’s already ripped after a single day’s use. It’s one star for durability. I gave an extra star for being a great design and having a lot of pockets. Seems like most other people aren’t having this problem so maybe I got a dud. Saaaaaaad.
Most of these sling bags are like 7″ and useless for anything besides keys and a phone and maybe a pair of socks. This one is 13″ and holds a good amount of stuff. It’s great for going out and about or even hiking, it even holds essentials for a camping trip. There are two main pockets, one that can hold tablets and papers and all that, and a smaller one for odds and ends. Each pocket holds a decent amount of stuff without bulging, but there aren’t any extendable sides, so keep an eye on how much you stuff into there. The whole thing feels well made with a vinyl-ish exterior that is durable and wipes clean without much effort. It’s also water resistant, which is a plus if you ever get caught in the rain or splash it while on a hike. The shoulder strap and back are padded and vented for comfort, and do a decent job of keeping sweat stains off your clothes on all but the hottest days. All the zippers and hardware seem to be well made and durable, and the whole bag seems like it’ll last a while. It would be nice to see a few more little pockets to organize things further, but that’s a small request and doesn’t affect my opinion of the bag. We use this for hikes, and it holds more than we need for a day trip
When we travel, I always carry a backpack for our iPads, headphones, etc. but I never put the backpack on both shoulders. I just sling it over one shoulder. Well, this bag was mad exactly for that purpose. It holds everything I need to keep with e, is well made and durable.
I like the sling bag. Good quality. However, it only has big pockets. There is a nice padded pocket for the laptop which will hold something 9 inches by 13 inches. The bottom padding could be better. I returned it because there were no dedicated pockets to hold small things like pens, business cards etc. If they had a couple of small pockets, I would have kept it. I like the straps on the outside bottom to strap in a small umbrella. That way you can fold up and keep an umbrella after using it, without bringing the wetness to inside of the bag.

We bought this bag for my husband to store his IPAD and other essentials as we travel. He loves it. I originally wanted to buy him a leather one, but he likes how light weight this bag is and the different compartments. Great choice!
This sling shoulder bag is very practical, with good quality material and it is waterproof. It is comfortable and stylish to wear, with plenty of space and compartments inside. However, the only drawback is that although the exterior material is waterproof, a small amount of rainwater entered the bag through the charging port hole when I use it on a rainy day. Although I haven’t encountered heavy rain yet, this may damage the electronic equipment inside the backpack.
