Very good price, so convenient to use while watching the tv! Dont need to go to the gym, can use it from the comfort of your own home. Very easy to use.
At first it was difficult because I was trying to use it as I would for a conventional hola hoop. After watching a few on line people I have mastered it and it is now very easy to use, I have found myself using it in between work, tv programs and and other spare moments
This hula hoop is a godsend. My girlfriend used a louder hoop for a while and I couldn’t hear the tv. Now she uses this, she has lost over 8 stone in weight and doing it whilst barely making a sound. Great product and highly recommended!
This is the second hoop I’ve purchased and I cannot tell you the difference in quality between this and the first one I purchased from another company. This is comfortable, easy to assemble, feels sturdy and does the job. Definitely recommend
This hula hoop is very sturdy and easy to put together. It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it, but now I have mastered it, I use it every day to tone up my stomach muscles.
Totally amazing best one I’ve brought, my previous one had a lighter weight plus the pins snapped easily, this one has a better clip that slides and is easy to get off . I use it while watching tv and I’m loosing weight at the same time great product would definitely recommend
Bought this as a birthday gift for my mum who isn’t the biggest fan of typical exercises and prefers to stick some music on and hula hoop away! Great item and a bit novel. Easy to get the hang of, it’s more of a side to side motion than around. I think you have to do it fast to feel it. Doesn’t make you out of breath particularly but you can definitely feel it after 20 mins plus.
Need to wear tight clothing or it snags in your clothes and stops spinning.
The product is really sturdy so gives you confidence to exercise. It has links to remove as you lose weight so will be a long exercise tool. Looks good and so easy to use. Made the right decision and you can certainly feel it work.
It adapts to your waist size with some hooks, I received it a few days ago but I don’t think it does much except help you lose some calories. Because the exercise does not require much effort, as soon as you get into the rhythm it is easy, it is as if you were moving your hips for a long time accompanied by this gadget. No results for marked abs, that requires a lot of effort. But to move a little and lose calories it probably works. The watch that is attached is somewhat confusing and the translation in the instructions is very poorly translated.
Took abit of time to get in the swing of things! Once my hips finally got in the rhythm this is an easy an fun way to loose weight the calorie counter is a fantastic bonus can see and feel the weight coming off

Absolutely love this! So easy to set up and not too loud, plenty of extra pieces to fit your waist make sure to wear tight clothes or they can get caught, I just tucked my top into some leggings as no one will be watching me!!
Very happy with this, being a plus size person I was concerned it wouldnt go all the around me but it did with room to spare. I am a UK size 26 if that helps anyone.
Its easy to add and remove links if needed. Just attach the counter and weight and get hooping!
I had a different smart weighted hula hoop which I found very noisy and hard to keep it going.I got this one and it’s so quiet and smooth, I loved it and have now brought one for my husband, sister, and 2 more for family as gifts
Very high quality product. Both the wife and kids love it. Purchased to encourage some excercise indoors especially as the weather starts to become wetter and colder. Great fun to use whilst watching TV. Just try not to knock your kids out whilst using it.
This is really comfortable to use and definitely helps break you out in a sweat. It’s easy once you get the hang of it and you can change the length of the weight which is really useful in smaller spaces. Good quality and easy to get on and off!
I was sceptical to buy this due to being able to get similar cheaper but I am so glad I did. So quiet when in use and not only have I managed to get the hang of it my 9 year old daughter loves it too. Being able to read how many you have done is a huge bonus for her too!
I am very happy with this purchase. It’s so much easier than my weighted hula hoop, as it stays round my waist and I don’t need to keep picking it up when it falls on the floor. You can add/ take away the links to create the right size for your body. I especially like the way it counts the calories and you can even exercise whilst watching tv! Bonus! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love this hoop the quality is brilliant and most of all it wasn’t expensive like other hoops also it’s not as noisy as some it just glides I’ve used it almost every day trust me it’s a life changer!
I used to hula hoop when I was young, so I thought it would be a great and enjoyable way to keep fit. It took some getting used to and adjusting of the weight to the right length. The construction of the hoop seems sturdy, easy to assemble, and if you wear the right clothing that fits around the waist it won’t snag like others have mentioned. I’ve not figured out how the little monitor works, but thats not that important for me
Bought this as the cost was more favourable to more popular brand names and I am vey happy the hoop is very robust easy to set-up and takes up far less space than an running machine or bike and with a recommendation of doing just easy to fit in our day30 mins a day even if you do 10 mins x 3 across the day(along with sensible eating) both my wife and I can do this together and have seen pleasing small drops in weight.

This is my 3rd smart hoop and by far the quietest – the faster you spin the quieter it is. I found it harder to rotate than the others but in a good way as I had a better and more intense workout. Excellent value for money and a very sturdy bit of kit. Very addictive and I can manage an hour. I don’t undo the links after each use, I tend to slide it over my head which minimises the clip wear. I would definitely recommend.
Lockdown has gotten the better of me, and my waistline has expanded rapidly! Bought this item at the beginning of July, and finally got around to opening it on 8 September – I know – I was really slow taking it out of the box. Initial attempts of using the hoop had me sweating buckets … I managed the weight for a couple of minutes, but one week later, I can quite easily do this exercise for 15 – 30 mins without stopping. Really enjoyable exercise and I’m finally hitting my daily steps target after so many years.

There is not to dislike about this item i love,great value for money and fast delivery from Amazon. The quality is exceptional very sturdy and easy to use after a bit of practice. I bought it to try to get fit and loose some weight and so good. Its also great fun to and as its adjustable so other family members can have a go. Love that it has counter so u can check time,how many calories, or how many rotations u have done. A tip for anyone new start rotating from the white button as in picture then your timer will work.Highly recommend

Bought this and thought it would be a fad that I’d get bored of after a couple of tries but not all! It’s so easy to use, I do it while I’m watching TV so it takes my mind off actually doing exercise (which I hate). I haven’t had it long enough to start seeing results yet but I feel so much better for doing the exercise. It’s easy to assemble and use, comfortable around your waist but can get caught in loose clothing now and again but I just wear my gym stuff and it’s fine. Would definitely recommend.

My old hoop was very difficult to get off but I can easily get out of this hoop.
This is very quiet but I never really noticed the noise that people complained about with my old hoop.
My old hoop had the wheel house for the weighed hoop inside but this one has a rail outside which has been an interesting learning curve as I have the result of the nips, which turned into bruises, to prove it on my arms. Lesson, keep your arms out of the way
Lastly, I have one thing that I DON’T like. For some reason, this hoop gets caught in my clothes and stops which did not happen with my old hoop.. I don’t know why?
