It is important that consumers always wait for brewing to stop (indicated by the change in the LED light from flashing to solid light) before opening the appliance brew head . The consumer should be advised not to use artificially-softened water (sodium ion exchange) and to clean with the cleaning disc and un-treated water before further use. Check T-disc, make sure they are intact and visually OK, no slits visible and that the disc is properly pierced (only 2 holes), no more..ONE POD IS ALL YOU NEED. Fill the tank with water and open the brew head. Place the pod into the machine and press the button to enjoy!.

Tassimo Kenco Americano Smooth Coffee Pods, these will keep me going for a few months, one of the best tasting coffee’s from the pod machine, easy to use and a good price too.
This is a lovely coffee however be prepared for some pods to not be up to scratch, I think at times a pod is loaded with a short measure and therefore the coffee is not so good.
I love these pods , just put them in the machine, wait for it to work it’s magic and there you have it a Costa coffee at home , what more would you want!!
For a long time i buy this specific taste of coffee for making coffee with my Tassimo machine. Very smooth texture and lovely taste while you can find it in Amazon cheaper than supermarket.
The Milka brand tastes nice and smooth, whereas the other brand was almost sickly to me. I have never felt the need to add milk or sugar to the finished Milka product, but that could be down to my lack of a sweet tooth maybe. My other half tends to add extra milk and sugar to his (each to their own) but I would recommend that you try this without to truly enjoy the original flavour that makes Milka what it is. The only minor let down is the size of the drink you get from the pods. I’d equal it to smaller than your average cup of tea, which is slightly disappointing, so I tend to use 2 pods in a large mug to get a decent size drink. My daugter has only 1 pod and tends to be happier with that size, especially before bedtimes.
As for the quality of the Tassimo pods themselves, they were all packaged nicely by Bosch and all the pods seem to be intact. Be aware that some Tassimo pods can fail if the foil on top has even the minorest of tears in the foil. If you put them in your machine when the foil is slightly broken then you WILL have a mess to clean up! Trust me; its a lot more to clean up than what you might think.
The product itself arrived from Amazon boxed in extra packing inside their retail box of 5 that they stack on supermarket shelves. Its all recycleable to that point, so im happy with that. Inside you get 5 full packs, 40 drinks is nothing to sneeze at, just make sure you have the cupboard space! The only non recyclable bits are the pods themselves and the outer plastic/foil around the individual packs. Theres no indication to say if you can recycle them, so I am going to assume that they cant be recycled.
In conclusion, I love this drink. Its a great winter warmer or comfort drink and you cant buy it in any other form (as far as i know). Its worth trying.
