Why does my fingerprint recognition not work?
The fingerprint area is pasted with dustproof film and fingerprint film. Please gently tear off the dustproof film and keep it clean. Do not tear off the transparent fingerprint film, otherwise it will cause fingerprint recognition failure.
How to increase the sensitivity of the screen?
After installing the phone case, make sure that the fingerprint film is attached to the surface without air bubbles, and then reset the fingerprint to maintain the high sensitivity of fingerprint unlocking.
Why do I only receive one front frame with a screen protector?
This S23 ultra case contains two front frames. The one of the front frames without screen protector is pre-installed in the case and you need to separate it from the phone case. NOTE: The case must be used with one of the front frames.
Really happy with my order! Phone cover offers full phone protection and as a tradesmen I really rate that it come with camera lense protecrion and also limits dust from getting to your phone. Would highly recommend.
This is the first cover for my phone that I feel it is safe in. Its well protected by this case and is sturdier than a lot of similar types of case
Spent hours looking through cases and reviews until settling on this one. Initially was disappointed as when case arrived the front screen with protector was snapped. Not what you expect considering the price. I did ask for a refund but then was unable to settle on another case and did not want to leave phone unprotected so use the the front screen with out protecter and back part. Case has done brilliat. Ive dropped my ohone twice and knock on wood the case has done its job so happy I kept it.
I purchased and received today. Installation took 1 minute. IT WAS SO EASY! & NO BUBBLES! I always have a 360 case on my phones due to being quite rough and prone to dropping/throwing it about. My previous phone case that was a different brand was awful. The screen brightness has not been reduced by the cover. The fingerprint scanner works fine.
The case colour is a good match for my phone (green). It also has a nice grippy texture that doesn’t feel sticky.
There is just one critisism… I would have liked to have seperate glass camera protector also on the rear that fits under the sliding one. BUT that is just me being picky.
Would I buy it again?… YES!

I got this case for my Samsung s23 ultra. My main thing was I wanted ym cameras to be protected and looking at this case it stated and showed exactly that. So I went ahead and ordered. Now for protection of the phone itself it is good and its very hard and thick so takes a lot of damage from the back and sides. However in regards to the camera cover it doesn’t hold well. I’ve had my case for a few months now and within the first month of having it the camera cover now slides open by itself and I’m always finding my camera uncovered as it no longer stays in place. I think the designer could have created this cover alot better maybe adding a magnetic hold or clasp, or a folding button latch to keep it in place. Also my fingerprint barely works so j always have to use my pin as the cover is I’m the way of it being able to read my print correctly.
Not 5* because the screen cover protector was bad so if you’re buying this for the screen cover protector – I wouldn’t bother. But it is 4* because the phone holder and the camera cover is amazing and decent. And this case allows wireless charging and doesn’t feel to big or clunky.
Decent case but little bit disappointed witht he fact the front screen is still exposed if dropped on sharp object. However overall the item is quite reinforced and seems it can do what it’s supposed to

Sound case around except that the sliding lens cover falls off now on its own after having the case for 2 months. I hardly take photos so haven’t sliding the cover back and forth much.
Great value for money, comes with everything and more. Very sturdy and protective. Very happy with my purchase. The only downfall is my finger doesnt work despite registering it with the screen protector on too
Very big, bulky, heavy and thick. Think twice if you want to have this for casual use.
Its actually a kit, say….. Ideal for going on a safari or trekking. The clip is heavy duty and you have attach it to a strap of some sort as pictured.
This will protect your phone..

Edit: sliding lens cover was making contact with rear camera lenses, item being returned.
Update: Company has got in contact regarding the fingerprint not working. They have offered to send a replacement. Great customer service. The new case works flawlessly with the fingerprint. Will definitely buy another case from then again.
Pros:
Reasonably priced
Full protection around the phone (even cameras)
Love the colour – Suits my Green S23 Ultra.
Can sit flat or Propped up, allowing vertical and horizontal sitting.
Slider to protect cameras and even when open, the back protects the cameras as they don’t touch the floor/surface.
Cons:
Finger print sometimes doesn’t work.
Awful circle where the finger print is.
Slider stopped latching after 2 months of ownership so now it just slides back and forth.
BUT I will buy again!
Liked its durability, disliked the screen cover, as it gets scratched easily, finger print is a pain though, works and then doesn’t. Can live with that. Overall, good for what it does.
The case is a good quality and feels like my phone is well protected from bumps and drops. It’s good value for money with a spare front part and holder included. The only downside is the slide that covers the camera gets stuck. If the slide had a textured layer it would be much easier to use.
Easy to install with the instructions, it’s very bulky so feels very secure but it does mean this large phone feels even larger so might put some people off.
One thing to note if you use the screen protector there is a noticeable cut out for the finger print scanner, so can be a bit distracting at times.
Clean design with attention to the important details. Covers all aspects in a phone case. I will not leave the screen protector on for a couple days and it will settle down nicely. I was concerned it wasn’t a good enough screen protector but after a couple days it’s sorted its issues out.
First off quality of case is amazing, but no one has mentioned that the finger print scanner leaves a very noticable circle on your screen with ruins the phone experience. So currently I am using the case without that screen protector and will have to buy one seperate. Just consider this beforw buying because its a pretty high price tag for a case without being able to use the screen protecto
I got this case for my new Samsung 23 Ultra and so far not had any problems. I’ve chosen to use it with the screen protector and found that it was extremely easy to install. I occasionally have problems with the finger print recognition but that is generally that the screen needs a little clean where the fingerprint sensor is. It doesn’t feel overly bulky in my hands. I love the cover for the camera lenses even if I do often forget to close it after taking photos lol I’ve not used the stand function much but when I have it has worked well.
Phone is secure in this hard case that protects back and front. What i like the most is the flap to cover camera lens is ingenious! Whole device is well protected. However, unlike the case for galaxy s20, the charging port doesn’t have a rubber cover to protect it. Other than that, I would recommend it!
The build quality and protection this case offers is top notch and my Samsung galaxy 23 ultra has survived several drops onto hard surfaces with no damage.
I love the sliding lens protection and it is well clear of the lenses so confindent it wont stratch them, i’ve been using it for a few weeks now and its still sliding very smoothly with no sign of failing
Only con is the built in screen protecter seems to collect dust and grime where it meets the frame and is slowly getting trapped underneath. Which is causing the fingerprint ready to be hit and miss. The case kit does come with a frame clip with no screen protector so would recommend using that one instead.
This case does give you that military grade protection but make the already big S23 Ultra even bigger. I would recommend if protection is all you want.. Case also looks ruggedly good. Don’t buy the one with the screen protector. The screen protector is not re-usable once you lift it off the screen. That’s the only bummer! But great case overall.
If you are doing everyday stuff, then it’s OK. But for more rugged, heavy duty activities, not any good. Need to work on the screen cover as it is a pain for fingerprint recognition.
Great sturdy case, only negative feedbac k is of your using the screen protector that comes with the case, biometric fingerprint will NOT work when opening apps. Though this can be easily removed and use a more screen friendly protector.
I like that I can close off the camera lens area if this is in my bag.
It is good to have a screen scratch protecter included.
My only dislikes are that the cover feels plasticky / brittle (though I think it is likely to actually be quite strong). I haven’t given it a drop test so far… phew.

Product is very durable and reasonably priced. It’s straightforward to apply the case, although was a little tricky keeping the Screen Protector rotector in place while fitting the case around it. Screen Protector works perfectly with Fingerprint Scanning and general screen use and is very clear and great quality. Case is well built and solid as anything, but could maybe do with a little more silicone for shock-absorbing properties. Overall, a great product, having tried a couple of others already and happy that my phone is well protected.
