I have had quite a few different towers and the usb tends to stop working pretty fast. I have had one of these towers for a good few months and it has been on various trips in the uk with the girls where it was well used as well as to Greece. It has been used continuously since getting it and still going strong so I brought 2 for my niece for her bedroom. We love them and would definitely recommend. Good quality product – I like the big switch (power on/off) in the middle – helps save the tons of money – controlling the power by turning off all connected devices at once while they are not in use.
This item has been a real help in the house due to the number of electronic gadgets we appear to have. The extension looks really stylish. You get 8 plug sockets and 4 for USB usage which has helped cut down the debate over who gets priority for the existing plug holes! It also has a 5m length cable which is ideal for taking the unit into the garden for parties and BBQs (Well, unless you live in a stately home and have 3 or 400 acres to party in!). The unit is made with fire resistant plastic and has a couple of safety features which includes overload protection. All in all this extension provides good value for money.
Needed an extra long multi socket and came across this while browsing and it sits perfectly on the TV unit ready for use. Handy having the usb sockets for charging phones
It has a handy large push click button on the top that turns the power feed to bother usb and the plugs on/off and it glows a blue ring around the button when on so it’s easy to see. It has the plugs all around the body and the usb on the top which are positioned well.
It’s worked great for a few weeks now and I’ve had no problems charging pretty much everything.

The cable length was perfect for us no more swapping plugs and cables as it holds plenty for my family to share , it’s nice that’s it’s black it blends in with my colour scheme perfect for any office or in the home

This is ideal for use in my craft room. Not only can I use it for items that need to be plugged in but also for charging any USB-cabled devices.
This does have 4 USB ports and 8 sockets. Depending on the plugs you have, this will hold several items. I don’t like too many things in these towers so I make a point of just plugging in what I need. The advantage of this device is that there is an on/off switch so that when I have finished in that room I can make sure everything has been turned off and is safe.
Depending on the plug will depend on where you can put them in. Some of them don’t fit side by side, this is something that is common with towers so not a huge issue.
This also comes with a long lead, I think it is around 5 meters, I have not measured it but it is a good length.

Good quality, sturdy enough and good price. This item is exactly what I wanted. Small and compact, takes up a lot less floor space than a normal extension, the addition of USB charge points is a bonus. If you are thinking of getting one of these I recommend you do. I have another two conventional extensions and will be replacing going forward.
Quality extension lead that has the added of being nice and lengthy being a total of 5m from the power cord to the tower itself.
Have 8 sockets available as well as 4 usb ports this is genuinely a solid little extension lead that can handle quite the load of electronics along with charging devices.
This has been perfect for the smaller box room in the house that has limited sockets available anyway it’s a compact size can directly be controlled via it’s on and off switch at the top and a nice surge protection implemented inside which I don’t really want to put to the test of overloading.
The quality is really good overall but of course if you want to hide the cables this is easy enough to hide away to help with cable management.
For everything included having 12 ports those being 4 USB and 8 Sockets this is a solid bargain of a price in general and I would highly recommend this product.
Very happy at 1st with this buy but when I have taken it fully out of the box they is a socket damaged other than that it’s fantastic very good value for money its made from good quality plastic unfortunately it has that socket damaged but if it hadn’t it would of been 5 start reviewing
Living in a family with teenagers and children, all with various phones, pads and laptops to charge, someone is always complaining that they cannot find a ‘free’ socket outlet to plug a charger/adapter into.
This stylist and compact Tower brand extension pack has already proved to be the new ‘go-to’ socket outlet for almost everyone in our household. With its 5m of extension cable from the host plug to the multi-way unit, we have been able to place the unit out of sight beside a corner unit in our lounge…. no more heaps of various chargers and leads hanging out of every socket elsewhere !
The maximum power drain permissible is 2500w at 10A – we totalled-up what we were plugging into the unit and it was nowhere near this limit. However, if the unit’s output is accidentally exceeded, there is a safety cut-off feature (with a reset button in the base) plus a surge protector build into the tower.
At just 15cm high this is a remarkable, compact design which provides 8 3-pin UK plug sockets around the sides (all with child safety doors inside) plus 4 USB sockets on the top. This has a massively useful 5m power cord so great for getting power sockets to hard to reach places . It has a button in the top if you want to turn off all power without unplugging it . Also the addition of 4 USB A sockets on the top make it very versatile . For the sub 20 asking price at time of review I think it also offers good value .
