I wasn’t really sure what to expect because we have the electric ones that you plug into the wall. This one is just as powerful and is as easy to use if not easier. I like the portability option and the little flap in the front where you can fill up with water quickly so you don’t have to take it apart every time. I would highly recommend this one to anybody who is looking to save a little bit of space on the counter and doesn’t have a plug to plug-in directly.
Love the device. Had to watch a YouTube video on how to use without spraying everywhere ( lean over sink with mouth slightly open to allow the water to drain out).holds a charge well .
**UPDATE: customer service reached out and replaced entire product free of charge. They even gave me an extra 6 month warranty! The customer service was excellent and they really stand by their product. No issues with the new one, love it!***
The product worked very well and really enjoyed it overall. The main issue I had was that various tips were always difficult to remove. The release button would stick and the heads were often a struggle to take out. It hasn’t lasted 6 months and there’s a “Jet tip” head broken off inside. I have tried to get remove the broken tip but have been unsuccessful, rendering this product useless and a waste of money.
It’s a good, solid product and does the job. The 300ml tank is big enough and I like that I don’t have to charge it constantly. Drawback for me is handling. With the tank on the bottom it becomes unwieldy when using and the nozzle is difficult to affidavit in the right direction because it’s hard to turn. I’ll keep it for travel but will return to the corded water flosser for everyday.
This is a great water flosser. They are so convenient for traveling. We have two and the second one stopped working after 8 months. I contacted the company and they immediately responded and sent a new flosser a few days later. I really appreciated the great customer service.
Comes with many different floss heads and settings, and the battery lasts so long. I have only charged it twice, and have owned it for almost a year. It effectively removes food and gunk, and the settings are great. 100% recommend.
Awesome little machine. It packs powerful punch and gets all the nasties out from teeth and gum! This will definitely save you a lot of money at the dentist, especially if you hate to floss. It’s compact, and sits easily on the bathroom counter even in a small space like the shower. Great find and great value!
I bought this water flosser 11 months ago ago, and it soon started to function poorly. When I complained to the supplier they immediately sent a replacement unit that performed in a similar manner. What was happening was that the water jet would periodically slow down. Eventually I learned that the problem lay with the nozzle. When I replaced it the second unit functioned properly. Unfortunately, it stopped working a few days ago, so I started using the original flosser. Sadly, it shows signs of the initial problem even though it has a nozzle that worked just fine before.
I give custom service five stars but the product only three.
Bought this flosser in early November 2022, and it stopped charging late November 2023, just outside the warranty period.
I reached out to the vendor, and they still shipped a new one out to me within a week, free of charge. They also applied a 6 month warranty to the new one that they shipped out. Extremely fast response, and easy to work with.
And the vendor aside, the flosser does very well. It’s strong without being painful, and the delay on the start button is invaluable. I’ve used other flossers without a delay and it’s very annoying to pick up your flosser, accidentally hit the button, and spray across the entire bathroom. So it’s very nice to have this feature built in!
This is my second water flosser. The first one (another brand) gave me 6 years of use before it started leaking so badly I had to replace it. This new one gets the job done and came with a lot of very nice features. It has a nice well that can be filled two different ways. It arrived with 4 tips, a tongue scraper, a dental mirror and instruction book. It charged quickly and has held the charge well. My only complaint is it starts slowly and occasionally slows down when in use. However, it gets the job done and I’m not dissatisfied.
I’ve been using this product for about a month now and it’s great! I love that it has the tongue scraper and different tips that you can use. Definitely a great value for your money!
Use an electronic flosser daily. Needed one that would travel internationally. This worked. It is bulky and more awkward to use than the wand type but if you are traveling this is the way to go. Much cheaper than the name brand and was reliable for daily short term use.
Brilliant device very powerful didn’t think it would work but it is excellent .just make sure you switch it on when it in your mouth or you will get water jetting all over lol
Giving 5 stars because i really enjoy using the product and helps since I have a wisdom tooth at a strange angle. The tip did break off after I dropped it but after an email from the company with a video showing how to get it out, it worked! so now I can continue using it! I’ve only charged it once and have used it for several days now so I think the battery is sufficient for its use
The pressure is separately controlled by a dedicated button, rather than hit and miss of holding a button.,The tank is larger and the amount of use between charge is excellent. I write this review after a few weeks of using. So again I can recommend.
I bought this after being diagnosed with TMJD. My jaw had been locked for over a week and I couldn’t floss or brush properly. Those works great for getting in between the teeth in a pinch. However when I tried to use it after a recent tooth extraction to irrigate the site it was incredibly harsh, even on the sensitive setting. I quit using it in fear of reopening my extraction site.
N.B remember to empty unused water out each time to prevent clogging the filter.
EDIT 8/10/2023. I’m upgrading my rating to 4 stars. The seller’s CSR reached out and offered me a replacement flosser, but I told her I already replaced the dead device. They responded by offering a full refund which they processed today. I give them 5 stars for working to make it right and deduct one star for the undue stress. L
Update:
The seller replied to my request to have my container replaced. I was pleased with their customer service. Not only was my container replaced, but I received a whole water flosser with all the accessories it comes with. I’ve been using the new for several weeks now and so far so good. I love it, so I raised my rating from 3 stars to 4. Would have given it 5 stars had this all not happened in the first place.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought the flosser in early November 2022 based on high ratings after being dissatisfied with another company’s product’s inability to tell me how to remove the reservoir to clean it. This brand was very clear in all it’s instructions.
Pros:
* easy to fill and use, great directions
* blasts so much food out of your teeth you have to wonder why you even bothered to brush
* came with all sorts of extra items including a tongue scraper and dental mirror
* charge lasts a solid month
* very easy to clean the water reservoir
* small size and cordless makes it terrific for travel, also doesn’t take up much bathroom counter space
Cons:
* February 10th 2023 it stopped working – I thought it was due to a low charge, so I recharged it, and it worked 6 more days before stopping entirely
* it sounds as though water got into the upper half – the “engine” – probably when either filling the reservoir or when I was leaned over the sink angling the nozzle to clean my teeth. Regardless the seal between engine and water isn’t good and likely shorted out the engine.
5 stars for the features, 1 star for the lifespan = 3 stars overall.
It was a great 3 months!
