Kind tips:
1. Improve the user experience: (1) Align the speaker hole of the luetooth earphones with the ear canal to prevent the sound from leaking out. (2) Wear it for 60 minutes each time. It is recommended to take off the earbuds and relax your ears.
2. The new T19 bluetooth headphone has 4 built-in ENC microphones for clear calls. When talking in a noisy environment, it is advisable to wear 2 headphones and turn up the volume.
3. For some Android phones, you need to enable Bluetooth device volume to sync with phone volume in Bluetooth settings. Example: Huawei.
4. When charging, please make sure that the charging port is free from foreign objects, liquids, etc.
5. Factors affecting playing time: usage status, song genre and playback volume. The recommended playback volume is 30% – 60%.
6. Solutions for ear buds connection or function problem: (1) Clear the phone “T19” Bluetooth pairing information. (2) Put the earphone in the charging case and charge for 2 minutes. (3) Take out the ear buds and pair it with the phone again.
The headphones had amazing sound on then for the price. The batteries last about 3 hours 1 earpiece always dies a out 20 mins before the other but wasn’t a problem. The case charges quick unfortunately my case has stopped charging so can no longer charge the headphones.
Brilliant headphones! They are so comfy, easy to use and my daughter knows how to use them aswell they are not complicated unlike some other brands. She loves them just as much as me!
I bought this as a gift for my mum who gets a sore arm holding the phone to her ear, these are great earbud’s and have great sound quality for the price paid, she can now call us and still wonder around doing jobs around the house while chatting. Would definitely recommend.
Love these headphones. Great sound quality, can use whilst doing cardio at the gym and they’ve never fallen out, am able to listen to audiobooks and podcasts much more easily. Always thought that the leading brand wireless headphones were a gimmick but since owning these i will never go back.
Simple hands free, ear press functions for changing volume/ pausing/ skipping song and no losing charge when they’re not connected. Battery lasts really well too. Sound quality is clear and not tinny unlike other similarly priced wireless headphones. Very pleased with purchase.
I bought a Samsung airpuds They didn’t connect even in samsung brunch they couldn’t connect them then I decided to buy in amazon to see if they didn’t work to be able to return . They were connected fast and easy and working perfect . I am really happy with this shopping.
I could not get the ear buds into my ears they were too big so Im sending them back.

These are great little headphones, work well and have a good battery life. I use them for listening to audio books and Tv on my laptop while keeping an ear out for the kids. (ie not noise cancelling)

The battery seems to hold well and they charge fast. I have small ears so the buds are a bit big and if I’m chewing or moving a lot they fall.
Really good quality for its price. Connects easily and disconnects once put back in case. Charge lasts for a long time, almost a whole day. Earbuds are not overly sensitive or insensitive to touch. Non-noise cancelling but that doesnt really matter to me. They loosen in my ear sometimes altho that’s the case with all my other earbuds.. maybe its just my ear size.

I was looking for a cheap pair of earphones as my previous ones had broke and I didn’t want to spend too much as I already have expensive headphones. I mainly use these for listening to podcasts or the occasional calls from my friends. I can hear out of them clearly and they volume is loud enough also, however have noticed that my friends have mentioned the audio isn’t great or not as clear. So while it is cheap, it does the job but don’t expect perfection. The battery also lasts a few days for me (depends how often you use it) I use mind for 1 hour each day.
Easy to connect and quite easy to use. Come in a cute and good quality container. Easy to see remaining charge. Not noise cancelling, so can wear and still hear some noise. A little bulky for small earphones but, once in, are comfy to wear.
I ordered these because they looked pretty and girly the sound is amazing exactly what I wanted from the product but unfortunately they are too big fory ears

The earbuds are great for people who want to listen to music but also be aware of their surroundings. When O wanted to charge them the charger wouldn’t fit and didn’t charge them. I managed to find a different charger that charged them though.
The good: Easy to connect, great battery life, decent sound quality.
The bad: the left ear seems to not fit very well (this is my second pair so I’m going to presume it’s not my ear). Too many functions on the earphones so it’s quite sensitive. I often find myself pausing/restarting audio when adjusting the left ear. It’s best to just stick to volume controls. Overall very good for the price.
Pairing very easy, had no glitches, and the bluetooth signal is much more stable than my previous buds. I paced out 16 metres without obstacles.
I normally use buds with silicone tips for ear canal seal but was very surprised with sound quality with the T19s. Obviously not as much sound isolation but still impressive and also less faff or need for cleaning. Also a more comfortable experience for longer use. They weigh almost nothing and don’t stick out at all.
I compared them with the similar form-factor Apple airpods from my daughter, and have to say the T19s were better.
So, for the price, really can’t go wrong. It pleases me how the tech gets better every year, and how ChiFi buds in particular bring it to those who don’t want to shell out on leading expensive brands.

I bought these earphones in January this year and had never had ear buds before. They are very comfortable, easy to set up and do the job very well. Most impressed, considering these are at the cheaper end of the market. I use these purely to listen to TV so I don’t disturb other people. Sound quality is very good. My only downside is they only last for about 6 hours before needing a charge, but that is OK. I intend getting another set of these so that I can spend the evening with ear buds in and having a pair to change will do that. I do spend too much time watching TV 🙂 but as I am retired then I have the time to do it!

This is a rewrite of the review I would recommend this product to anyone on a budget and looking for a decent pair of wireless headphones the audio quality is great to listen to music and or watch films. Sadly tho if looking to purchase to make calls and stuff unfortunately I would either wait until they make a few changes to the product or try one with a better quality Mic the battery life is also a little difficult it’s not super long and sometimes it’s hard to tell if it’s charging or not it’s a little temperamental however I would like to point out that since my previous review the company had reached out to me on there own a very pleasant surprise and offerd to personally make amends in the form of offering a new replacement or a full refund absolutely great customer service team so if on a budget would 100% recommend worth a sho
I was a little sceptical these buds would stay in my ears.. (No rubber ear canal grommet/thing you normally get with these sort of devices?)
They do stay in & are pretty comfortable for me. (Though I can appreciate this is not a “one size fits all.”)
The charge box & bud design is sleeker & more minimal than the Touch Twos I got to pair with my phone.
My touch twos have a great bass response.
These happen to be just as good. (Wired ear buds in the past for me have just been “tinny?”)
From the blurb on the product page, it looks like similar speaker tech to my Touch twos..
They were slightly cheaper too.. For the money, I’m very happy with the purchase.
The comments about being fiddly or tricky to get out the charge box. I would agree. I’ve discovered a “knack,” but even that is tricky. (& I’ve got small hands?)
I’m contemplating gluing a small tab or thin rubber non slip “something” to gain a purchase providing the box lid can close down fully?
The buds are tightly packed in that box
They do do what they say on the “tin.” Great sound for the price.
Forgot to add. The Bluetooth reception on these things for me is outstanding. I’ve walked around my dwelling (2 bedroom bungalow.) with my other buds & they have dropped out on occasions then picked up if I leave my device to go to the kitchen. (2 walls between.)
