I do a lot of gaming and a bit of typing too. Here is what I think of this combo.

    The good:

    + Price is right
+ RGB is a nice touch
    + Nice angle for gaming
    + 2.4 GHz connectivity
    + Mouse is comfortable

    The bad:

    – Feel like an economic keyboard
    – Keys can be a little loud
    – Letters are transparent so the RGB and colors make them hard to make out. So if you are not a good typist and have trouble typing without having to see what key you are pressing keep this in mind.
    – Instructions are not in english

All in all this is a great budget Mouse and Keyboard Combo for the entry level enthusiast. That wants a decent wireless option with some RGB. If you are in the market for one to use more for typing, keep in mind that it might be noisy and the letters can be hard to make out.

    Hope this was helpful!

    Good option for budget gamer.

This is a really nice gaming keyboard and mouse set. I like the two different color key caps and the RGB lighting is cool, but I wish the brightness of the RGB lighting on the keyboard is brighter, the mouse is fine. The quality is actually pretty good. I don’t do gaming on my computer so I don’t know how good it is for gaming but I think this is a good affordable option to go with. I got this because I like lighted keyboards.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFirst things first. This is not a gaming set up. It is still worth the price but there are a few things to keep in mind. Let’s start with the mouse. It is garbage. It feels hollow. It is supposed to be silent but is not. The right and left click are but the scroll wheel click is not. Either is the dpi button. I am not sure why someone looking for a mechanical keyboard, would even want a silent mouse. That is ok though because the keyboard is the main character. The keyboard has a translucent top. I haven’t tried it, but if someone spilled some thing on the keyboard, it should be easy enough to clean up. The keys have different sounds when pressed depending where they are on the keyboard. Not ideal for gamers. The RGB lighting doesn’t have memory for the last mode used so you have to cycle through to your favorite color every single time you turn the keyboard on. There are no adjustments for tilt. This keyboard does not have feet. So you get what you get as far as typing angle goes. This keyboard is good for someone that wants a gaming style keyboard, but is not a power user. It is different and it works. In most cases. Without an adapter or dongle, you can’t connect this computer to most MacBooks or Chromebook’s. There is no built-in Bluetooth. It is just a USB-A transmitter. Not USB-C. This set up is still worth the full price for someone that enjoys the aesthetics. The mouse is still usable, even though it is garbage. The keyboard is five stars for the price, and the mouse is the reason I took off a star. It comes as a package deal. Another thing to note is that the keys on the keyboard are not all at the same angle. Love it or hate it, that is how it comes.

This is listed as a Gaming keyboard. I will use this keyboard and mouse as a backup keyboard which is fine for everyone needs a backup. This keyboard is fine for browsing the net, emails, and some gaming if you don’t have a Mechanical keyboard handy [ Personally I prefer Brown keys] The keys on this board are a bit spongy, The mouse does have different speeds but to me, the feet aren’t adequate and the wheel is not up to par.

At first unboxing, the keyboard lookedlike a crystal case because it has an acrylic housing over theboard. I like how it looks with the acrylic case over the diffused rgb lights, clean transparent and minimal. When powered on, the RGB looks amazing. The color combos are really soft yet vibrant, very beautiful as you can see in my video review. It’s not a mechanical keyboard and the way it’s made, it doesn’t type very well. The novel keys and spacebar rattle, the keycap profile is strange tbh it doesn’t feel comfortable for me, especially the bottom keys are shaped strange. I would probably make use of this keyboard in a productivity setting and not so much gaming.

This is a set that also comes with a wireless mouse. I really likethe overall performance of the mouse. First of all, it feels really good to the touch, it’s smooth, a small-mid sized so keep that in mind if your hands are bigger. There is a center button that has up to 3 dpi settings, good for gaming to make quick sensitivity adjustments. The wireless mouse has RGB that breathes into different colors. It looks subtle and enough. I noticed the mouse has very little latency, so far I’m enjoying using the mouse.

I think the price point is good for a set like this especially that it has a nice RGB to them both. However, depending on what type of games you play, I wouldn’t use it for fps type games because the keyboard type is not as smooth as the mouse, the keyboard is full sized so it takes up a lot of desk space (unnecessary keys for fpsing) and the mouse doesn’t have extra buttons that are very much needed for fps games. Other type of games that you are playing should be perfectly fine to use this set.

it took a bit but the keyboard and mouse finally started working. The issues I was having was they both arrived dead and I needed to charge them up before they would do anything. On my windows 10 it didn’t like it all that much but on windows 11 it took it right away. The RGB looks real good too. The mouse is pretty small so if you have a big hand then you won’t like it. If you are a palm type of user then you won’t like the mouse either. So if you have small hands or claw / finger mouse grip then you will like it. The keyboard is a homerun, everyone will like it. Highly recommend!

I like this keyboard. I didn’t need a mouse, but it came as a package deal, so this review will focus on the keyboard.

My main draw was the mechanical aspect, as well as the backlighting. I use this for my laptop. It was literally plug and play without any issues. The instructions were okay, but it was a bit confusing as exactly how I was to control certain aspects of the backlit functionality. I couldn’t figure out how to stop the “wave” pattern of light and just get a solid backlit color. i emailed their customer support and got a reply pretty quickly with the exact answer I was looking for. That is a major plus in my book. (Control + 4 sets it to solid color mode and pressing that over and over again changes that color)

The only negative thing about this keyboard is that the font for the letters is different than most–so you’ll either love that or not care for it too much. I’m kinda in the middle. Also, if you view the keyboard at an angle, the keys don’t really light up all that uniformly, so some are kinda hard to see. But if you look straight down at the keys, they are easy to see. This is on the highest brightness setting.

All in all it’s nice, the keys have good action, and I’m pretty happy with it. I also like that the F keys are native and you don’t have to press the FN keys to activate them…but press the FN button to activate the other options like fast forward, volume, etc.

Whereas it’s not mechanical, it is a low latency, mouse and full size keyboard set. Trim and sleek, the mouse is a bit on the small side. If you have large hands, beware. The backlit RGB can be both beautiful and irritating but you can turn it off. This Keyboard goes a long way toward trying to convince you it’s a far more expensive mechanical unit and even types really well for it not being a mechanical unit. The combo is solid. The construction is solid. They are both rechargeable and come with charge cord. All in all this is a really good beginner set or for the normal PC user. Gamers and professionals may want to look elsewhere.

    Pros: Construction
    RGB
    Ergonomics
    Wireless with charger (No batteries)
    Holds a good charge

    Cons: Not Mechanical
    Mouse is small
Mouse lacks side buttons for gaming

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a very close match to my Alienware laptop. The logo, the font of the letters, and the backlit colors are all very similar to Alienware. And in person it looks so much better than the photos – the grays are a medium gray, work well with the black.

However, this really doesn’t have the features to call itself a gaming combo. They keyboard doesn’t have any special gaming keys, no rapid fire, it’s just a backlit keyboard. And the mouse has advanced DPI settings but that’s about it in terms of functional features – no programmable buttons or anything like that.

Setup was easy, it truly is plug and play.

For comfort, this takes some adjusting. The mouse is very low profile, which is great for work and travel, but most gaming mice that I’ve used are much higher profile with very distinct buttons (not smooth like this).

The keyboard has wide, heavy base, almost feels weighted. It’s great for staying put on the desk, but not very comfortable on the lap. The keys take some getting used to – some are concave, some are convex. They also require a full keystroke – my first day on it I had a lot of typos due to the tall keys. The numeric pad is very comfortable to use, big buttons reminds me of 90s IBM keyboards with numeric pads.

Overall I really like it. It feels expensive, if this were a gift people would assume you paid more than you did. However, please realize the two big limitations: First, it has a fast mouse but otherwise it doesn’t have any of the perks that a name brand gaming combo is going to have. Second, it’s a generic import, so durability and longevity are unknown.

This came packed really well and you definitely know when you’re pushing the keys down – love how it looks and works like older keyboards with its tactile feel, but it’s much quieter than I expected. I can’t seem to capture the color as well as I’d like, but it really is nice and you can change the way the colors work, or turn them off.

Mouse works well on surfaces my old wireless mouse didn’t work on and is quite a bit more sensitive (in a good way). The family has been gaming on this with no issues at all since charging. Looking forward to not replacing batteries all the time and recharging this.

    Pros:
    Quieter than expected
    Nice colors
Works well overall & mouse works on surfaces other mice didn’t
Rechargable (mouse glows reddish when it’s charging)
No problems with distance like prior keyboard/mouse (about 8 feet from computer, TV in between)
Easy to tell when the keyboard and mouse have been left on – and when they are off

    Cons:
    Yet to find any

Colorful and Quieter than I expected

It took me a while to get this installed and working, but once I did it works great. The colors are pretty cool, although there aren’t nearly enough color combinations (5) for the colors available. The keyboard is pretty quiet as advertised, however the space key is a bit louder than all the other keys, at least on my unit. The mouse works fine and also features a pop of color, although the quality of the mouse doesn’t match that of the keyboard IMHO. The keyboard is very solid! I would definitely recommend this combo, but I’d like to see brighter colors and more combinations.

I recently purchased the MageGee V550 Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo and overall, I am happy with my purchase. The keyboard has a clear case with RGB backlighting, which looks really cool and adds some personality to my setup. The keys are also very responsive and comfortable to type on, even for long periods of time.

The mouse is also comfortable to use and has adjustable DPI settings up to 1600, which is great for gaming. The wireless connection is reliable and I haven’t experienced any lag or disconnections.

However, there are a few minor downsides to this combo. First, the mouse is quite loud when clicking, which could be a problem if you’re in a shared space or trying to keep noise levels down. Second, the keyboard is not completely waterproof, as advertised. While it does have some water-resistant features, I wouldn’t recommend submerging it in water or exposing it to too much moisture.

Overall, I think this combo is a great value for the price and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable wireless gaming keyboard and mouse. The clear case and RGB backlighting add a nice touch of style, and the responsive keys and adjustable DPI settings make it a solid choice for gaming. Just be aware of the minor downsides mentioned above.
