Can my phone be charged magnetically with a case?

Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging and are NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.

Is it normal for the powerbank to heat up when charging?

This latest powerbank has eight built-in cryogenic ice cores with some cooling effect. However, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transfer. This is a normal phenomenon.

Can any mains adapter charge the magsafe powerbank?

For best results, use a mains adapter with at least 12 W power (not included).
