Works perfectly, only drawback is the foam marking the door frame. Managed to clean off, just stuck a couple of post it notes behind the foam that contacts the door frame so hopefully problem solved
Great bar and easy to assemble. Sturdy too. Sadly I didnt check measurements so doesn’t fit my door frames but works well as a push up bar on the floo
Nice simple idea to make the full use of the limited spaces.
Easy to construct and hung.
But a slightly deeper frame would be more secure.
Quite a few can be done on it once you have it ready.
You have the simple pull up to the toe up.
Decent grip and quite rigid – very much depends on the frame layout.
Would be good to have a yoga mat or pillow underneath just in case.
This was simple enough to set up but we found it only fits certain doors in our home, It has very little movement when I use it but it moves and awful lot more when my husband using it which personally wouldn’t like so I suggest to check not only door sizes but weight due to movement before you purchase, it is a well made strong metal and reasonably priced, worth a try
I’m pleased with this. I was originally unsure as my house is falling apart but it stays secure on the door frame and can hold a lot of weight (at least 100kg+) with no issues. It comes off easily and can easily be reattached.
ZENO, pull up bar for doorways. This is also a chin up bar and comes with padded handles. This was easy to assemble and once assembled there is no drilling required. I have mixed door frames in my house some are old victorian thicker frames. It does not fit these, but I have more modern frames up stairs and it fits perfectly. Made of foam, and alloy steel.
My husband found it held his weight, it does have a little give. But this didn’t stop him using.
A nice quality at a great price. Saves on limited workout space.
It does the job it’s intended to do and it does it great. Once fitted it is secure, I never had a problem, the more you pull towards the ground the more secure it stays, you can even swing and it stays in place (not recommended to swing).On the other hand, it is easy to knock it off when no force is applied, if you forget it’s there and you try to close the door it will definitely fall which is totally normal.
The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because it leaves black marks on the door frame as you can see in the pictures.
Overall I am happy with my purchase and it definitely helps me a lot in achieving my goals.

It’s reasonable quality and sturdily made but I doubt it’s suitable for very heavy people due to the weight bearing on the doorframe
Unfortunately I can’t get it to stay on the door frame it falls off so it’s not really of much use to me. That may be because of my doorframe and not the product as other reviews don’t have the same problem. However it is a well made design and other buyers may find it fits perfectly.
This is a good product easily assembled but not perfect. The metal running across the main bar if your using the central pads for chin ups rather than pull ups feels a bit like it bends too much it doesn’t give me confidence and I’m only 12st 5 so someone who’s heavier I don’t have much confidence it will hold , the fitting requires just the right thickness of door frame and , I’ve seen loads of products of this type and yet to see one where it is size adjustable it would take so little thought to do this instead of making the same product in a different colour .
This being said If you need a pull up bar and done have hundreds of s to spend or don’t want to drill holes and are short of room and on top of that under 13 St and have the right size door frame if you fit all of that very specific criteria this is a good product for you .
In all seriousness whilst a somewhat niche product it genuinely is good if its what you need it works its a good idea to help doing a bit extra or for beginners or (dare I say) a another pandemic hits . Also it acts as a good anchor point if ever you wanted to twin it with resistance bands . Again it would take so little to improve the design by adding purpose build hooks ect but you know what it works all the same . Good product but it’s has been for years now I want to see people pushing design more for this .
For the price is a good buy, but the weak metal clip and the fact it only works with slim walls are the compromises and cannot give it full 5 stars.
This pull up bars is designed very compact and portable when a door is available. The bar sit sturdily along the door frame which the force is spread evenly on each side of the door beam. The bar also comes with a safety insert that allows you to just fit it inside the gaps of the door frame and the wall. However this pull up bar will not work with door frame that is too wide or the wall is too thick, which some standard room door frame just works fine.
