Everything is good so far, i have nothing to complain.
Good length, good hose, light weighted.
I don’t actually use the bag, I just like to hang it on the wall stand, and it has no issue

The only thing i can’t test at the moment is how long it will last, only time will tell. hopefully it last a bit longer than other similar hose pipes

An amazing hose pipe, very long and strong material, lots of different sprays for different purposes. Material is great and long lasting, strong and sturdy material. An essential for garden needs, easy to use wrap away when finished. Very cheap and cheerful, great purchase!

This garden hose is easy to use and functional with lots of attachments that are of good quality. The extendable length of the hose under sufficient water pressure is useful to extend the hose from garden to wash the car at front of house.

This hose is deceptively long. It appears small size but when filled with water it expands so much and pipe also becomes solid. It includes 10 function spray gun and appears good quality. Overall good garden pipe.

This hose is incredibly lightweight for one that stretches to around 100feet. It’s ideal for me to do the whole length of the rear garden and it’s also long enough to take round to the front of the property for washing the car, windows and gutters.

The hose quality is really strong and looks built to last. All the brass fitments are secure and don’t leak and it’s supplied with a spray gun with a wide range of settings. The single jet is powerful and the fine spray is ideal for tender plants and seedlings. Supplied with a bracket to fit to the wall after use and a carry bag if you want to store it away. Inexpensive and I can’t fault it.

This is an expanding hose that reduces down sufficiently to loop a few times over the tap but when the water pressure is on it expands significantly. I like the spray gun and brass fittings and at the current price is an absolute bargain.

First things first, the price of this is currently fantastic, (it’s on offer at just over a tenner), and even at the usual non-sale price is very good indeed for what you get.

    What do you get?
In the box, which is so much smaller than you’d think, is the hose, brass fittings for the hose, a handset spray without a trigger (it uses a click setting for the water pressure which is really good if your hands are weak) and with a dial for spray pattern, a storage bag (functional but not fancy), and a plastic spool for you to wind the hose around. Basically, it comes with everything you need. The spray not having a trigger but a clicker is not something I’ve seen before, but is very useful to those with arthritic hands who can’t perhaps sustain a trigger press for long.

    Why’s it so small then?
Because it’s very stretchy! The hose will extend by three times it’s stored length once you have the water in it – it’s made of a kind of woven elastic, quite thick, and it seems quite sturdy. I’d expect a few years use from this, rather than just a season or two, given how thick it is – if it were to fail in less than 2 years, I’ll amend this review.

What about kinks? I hate kinky hoses!
Well, because of the stretchy design, the hose simply wouldn’t kink for me. All the problems associated with hard plastic hoses, the kinks that would stop the water flow, are not something that will happen here. So for me, at least, this hose is very good, just because of that!

    Is it high quality?
I think it’s fair to say that it’s better quality than you’d expect for the price. This does not feel, with brass fittings and a thick hose weave, like a cheap or nasty hose. It feels sturdy and respectably made – maybe not the most expensive, but very respectable, and good for a few years use.

    Did it leak?
I read that some reviewers had a leak at the tap end, from the brass fitting. Well, I have to say, mine was secure and leak free. And so was the hose (!)

Is it long enough for me?
It feels tiny when you get it, but that’s because on delivery it’s only around 17 feet long. In use, with the water flowing, it will stretch to 50ft – a three times stretch. 50 ft is long enough for a medium garden. You’ll see some hoses at 75ft or even 100 ft. If you have an outside tap, 50 ft is 15m, so around 18-20 good paces from your tap to the trigger spray. If that’s long enough for your garden, you’re good to go. If not, then you might need longer (but remember you don’t need to be on top of a plant to spray it. A couple of paces away is usually just fine).

    And overall?
Overall it’s very good. It’s a middle of the range hose that does a good job.
    Recommended.

I have two of these types of hose (one more fabric covered, this one, more of a elasticated weave). This one definitely has more going for it—at least on the first impression. Its brass fittings bespeak quality. Its short heavier duty weave on the hose is much more robust feeling than the other one I have. I much prefer this one, in many ways….

I’m not such a big fan of the triggerless handle. I’d prefer a trigger, to the thumb lever.

I have two of these connected together to give a much more useful length for getting around to the front of the house to wash the car.

50ft expandable hose for at home use. This is a perfect item if you want a hose which can reach long lengths when in use but between take up as little space as possible. This hose was easy to connect and come complete with storage bag for between use too. You simply connect to your hose pipe and then when in use it will auto expand up to 50ft and then after use it will shrink as you empty the water out. The manufacturer has also included a little mount to real the hose over too 🙂 very impressed and I would buy again.

This hosepipe kit is better made than a lot of the cheaper ones on the market, I have had a few of these over the years and they work great as long as you make sure you put them away over the winter and you should get a few years from them, This one is a bit better than the cheaper ones around with a good thick hose and better quality nozzle and fittings, I would put this as a mid range hosepipe kit and the price reflects in that so it is a good compromise on quality and cheapness making it a pretty good buy.

Not a bad hose, it’s very lightweight and small when empty. It’s not a snap on, I have to pull the release back to fit the spray gun on and to fit it to the tap.
I get a slight leak from the tap end no matter which end of the hose I connect to the tap, it’s not my connector because my other hose doesn’t leak at the tap.
The spray gun end is faltless though and the spray gun is a good one with flow control. Nice smooth selection and a satisfying click on selection.

My garden is roughly 57 feet long and this hose can cover it…..at a stretch!

Slight leak drops a star 4/5

The hose comes with a tap adaptor to screw onto your outside tap so you can use the hose lock connector to pop the hose on and off the tap. These connectors are brass, making them much more durable than plastic connectors, which can go brittle. It also has a hose head with a flow adapter to adjust the pressure, and you can twist the end to suit your needs from a light spray through to a high-pressure jet. It’s quite stretchy, and when you have the water on, it expands to its full length. Once you have stopped using it and have drained the water, it goes back to its smaller size. The hose does not kink or tangle, meaning no interruptions in the flow and easy storage. This hose is relatively light, and with the lack of a trigger, it makes it more accessible for those who struggle with gripping a trigger for long periods of time such as I do. It comes with a plastic holder that you can hang off your tap to store the hose on it if you want to do that or just store it in the bag it came with. Either way, it’s a good space saver.

This is a good hose set.
The outside of the hose is thick woven rather than thin polyester.
The fittings are brass and it comes with a hanging hook.
The spray gun has 10 different spray settings and theres no trigger so you just need to turn it on with your thumb to the pressure required. No achey hand if you’ve got a lot of watering to do.
