    A very nice quality tripod.
Easy to stand up, not too fiddly and feels like it will never topple over.
Looks well made too, not the cheap plastic type ones.
Trust this protecting my phone or my partners camera.
    Recommended.

Not great according to a professional standard, but great tripod for entry level or casual users. It’s well made and seems robust. From my experience, it can easily last for years to come, hence a great buy.

Love the design, it can put up or fold down easily. It’s really stable and even keeps the camera stable against a gust of wind, really impressive.

The build is actually great and seems as good as some expensive tripods. It’s easy to use and overall a great tripod around 50 quid. I would recommend it.

    As described and as advertised.

    well packaged and presented.

    Nice storage and carry case.

Decent weight to be sturdy and yet not too heavy to be portable for use when out walking etc.

Easy to use and secures camera well.

This is a decent tripod for casual/hobby photographers like us but less sure for heavier more professional cameras and long lenses.

THis is really adjustable and very lightweigt. It pulls out to a good height and is very easy to adjust, it is just a bit flimsy when at full height, so if you need ultra stable shots, you’ll need to use a remote. Other than that, for a decent tripod to take out and about on walks etc, it’s a good choice.

I used this tripod as a support for my range finder. This tripod is able to do much more at the level load since it has all the qualities and features of a photo foot. Stable on the ground, lightweight at the same time, enough aluminum in thickness, same elevation as my tripod photo with classic spirit level, even if all the rangefinders already have one. For the price paid, I consider it a bargain and it’s my opinion.

I have a Sony camera and I take outdoor pics and videos of my workouts for progression and improvement. This is very easy to attach to my camera. I live in Scotland so we have not the greatest weather but this stays put, even in our Scottish wind. It keeps the camera very stead and folds down so easily. It’s made a great difference to my videos compared to a cheeper model I had that constantly blew over.

This Tripod is in my opinion remarkable value for the price. I don’t personally consider it to be suitable for regular professional use but that observation does not mean I think it is poorly constructed.

Included with the Tripod is a set of ball joint rubber feet which I found can require some effort to screw them fully into the ends of each of the legs. That’s the only assembly task required prior to use. The legs are made from a lightweight metal with all of the other fittings made predominantly from plastic. The three way head and carrying handle are plastic, the centre column being mostly plastic with a metal rod running through it.

In use the tripod is stable enough and I have been using a mid size DSLR on the tripod with no issues. I have also successfully used the included cradle with my mobile phone. A quick release plate for convenient attachment and removal of a camera is the means by which a camera is attached to this tripod. Each of the legs has a foam sleeve around the upper sections and overall it is a nice looking piece of equipment. The high percentage of plastic parts does mean that there is some flexing during use. If doing very precise photography a small amount of camera creep is noticeable.

It is a good fit in the included carrying/storage bag which also has a shoulder strap. Providing that this tripod is not roughly handled I can see no reason why it would not provide the user with a good amount of use and functionality. Having many times been out photographing wildlife on frosty mornings I do think that some care would need to be taken when using this tripod in those conditions in terms of the plastic parts potentially becoming brittle in freezing temperatures.

The maximum height of the Tripod variant I received is 188cm which I find impressive considering the small size it packs down to. It is lightweight and easy to use providing a good level of adjustment for a variety of photography styles. Yes there are lots of plastic parts, however at this price point I do consider it to be very good value and it does perform well.

I run an elearning agency and we infrequently have to shoot video. Under certain circumstances a tripod is a must. If you find yourself needing one every day, then it may be worth spending a chunk more on something designed for constant use – but for occasional use this is perfect for the job – and will still no doubt last several years. Happy with it.

I have been using a pro tripod for zoom teaching for the phone and video recording in the past (also attached on camera) but over the years it became somehow less stable.
This stand is amazing. Really very sturdy.
It requires a little bit of assembling but all is pretty straightforward.
Nicely packed and also it has its own carry case.
I also like the orange parts but they seem prone to scratch, one of them on opening was already scratched.
I like the soft cushioning material closer to the top. It feels less metallic and rattling when collapsing it, it feels nicer to hold and just cushioned.
The stand is adjustable in terms of hight and also there is a little thing helping to find the right level parallel to the ground.
The only thing I don’t like is the last attachment, the phone holder, it needs to be screwed on and attaching that feels a bit clumsy and plastic has a fragile feel. The screw is only a little and there is that little plastic button stopping it to be screwed on full on easily. But maybe it’s just me doing it wrong? I had the same issue with the previous stand and phone attachment. DSLR camera, no problem.
But it holds iPhone 13pro max in the case just fine.
I don’t think it goes as high as my previous stand but I never really use the highest positioning anyway.
    Overall great stand.

For the price, this is an excellent quality sturdy tripod.

It is only slightly smaller than my current tripod however it weighs a significant amount less.

I have taken on a few trips over the past few weekends and it has held up to the task being strapped to the side of my camera bag.

The head of the tripod isn’t the best quality so I switched it out with the one from my previous tripod.

Overall for the price you really cannot go wrong.

This ZoMei tripod is a versatile piece of kit which looks good and performs well. I like the look of the orange metal legs. Very futuristic in appearance – gives the product a bit of a sci-fi look. The metal parts seem sturdy, the plastic and foam parts not so much. This tripod is very much a budget model, not (as stated on the product page) a professional tripod.

The design is good in the sense that many adjustments are possible (height, angles, rotation) and all these adjustments can be made quickly and easily. Full marks for user friendliness.

The non-slip rubber feet offer excellent stability on smooth dry surfaces such as wood, carpet, tarmac and cement. They don’t work so well on damp or wet grass, where you’d be better to use a tripod with legs that can spike into the ground.

I rate this tripod as one of the best budget options available. The current price of 36.99 is good value. To get a true professional-grade tripod with roughly the same features as this one, you’d need to spend at least four times that much. Ideal for most amateur photographers.

This tripod is supplied in a box which also contains a nylon bag to carry it in and a phone adapter. It is a full size tripod that can extend to 188cm high and is suitable for photography, video recordings, YouTube, and Vlogging. this is a review of the red option but other colours are available on the listing for the same price.

It is surprisingly compact when folded away able to shrink down to 50cm but feels sturdy and well made, especially for the price. Each leg is individually adjustable which is useful for uneven ground the the optimum hight can be set up to the 188cm maximum.

The tripod also incudes a smooth operating three way pan head which is useful for moving subjects and video and includes, headlock, pan lock, and tilt lock functions. This can be used with a camera or video using a traditional screw connector or with a mobile phone with the phone holder supplied. This accommodated my OnePlus 10 pro which is one of the larger models well and adds an extra dimension to my phone photography.

Overall this is an impressive package that is both portable and stable in use. While it may not be quite as sturdy or long lasting as a professional tripod it is lighter and flexible enough so that it should be all you need in most instances. Priced at less than 37 currently it offers very good value for money

This heavy-duty tripod is well manufactured, strong and durable. A quality product.
It is compatible with several different types of devices, from mobile phones to a projector.
It can be heightened to over 6 feet, which is perfect if you want to use a projector over the heads of people without distortion of the visual output. Or you can minimise it to 21 inches for close-up photography.
Whatever you mount on it can be used at any angle, including overhead and 360.
It is easy to set up and take down and because it folds up, it is easy to transport wherever you wish to go.
All the things I have mounted on it felt secure and sturdy, which is what you want when you are putting 100s of equipment on it. It’s a really good tripod and at a very reasonable price.

This tripod allows for different shooting perspectives, making it a suitable companion for various shooting scenarios.

It can be shrunk to a minimum of 20.1 inches and extend up to 74 inches providing excellent flexibility. Whether you’re capturing ground-level shots or seeking a higher vantage point, you can do them with this tripod.

Also, it is equipped with a stable and smooth ergonomic 3-way pan head, which offers precise control over camera positioning. The headlock, pan lock, and tilt lock ensure that your camera stays securely in place during shooting, minimizing any unwanted shakes or movements.

The range of shooting angles is impressive, enabling 360 panoramic shots, 180 up and down shooting, and 90 vertical portrait orientation. This variety allows for creative composition and adds versatility to your photography or videography projects.

Moreover, the inclusion of a universal 360 rotating phone holder is a thoughtful addition. It accommodates most smartphones, ranging from 58mm to 95mm, ensuring you can capture stable and high-quality shots with your mobile device.

However, one downside is that some users may find the tripod feeling a little flimsy, especially when fully extended to its maximum height. While it may not be the sturdiest option, it still serves its purpose for light-duty tasks.

Overall, it is a budget-friendly option with decent functionality. However, professional users might find it lacking in robustness and precision required for more demanding projects. If you’re an entry-level enthusiast looking for an accessible tripod that gets the job done, this product is worth considering.

photographer and content creator, I’ve had the opportunity to try out various tripods, and the multi-functional extension design tripod has certainly left a lasting impression on me. This versatile piece of equipment has proven to be an invaluable addition to my photography gear, and I’m excited to share my experience with it.
One of the standout features of this tripod is its impressive height range. The ability to shrink down to a minimum of 20.1 inches and extend up to a maximum of 74 inches is a game-changer. It allows me to adapt to different shooting scenarios and heights, providing the flexibility needed to capture the perfect shot from various angles. Whether I’m shooting at ground level or trying to get a bird’s-eye view, this tripod fully accommodates my needs, enabling me to compose my photos more creatively than ever before.
The multi-angle shooting capability is another aspect that sets this tripod apart. Equipped with a stable and smooth ergonomic 3-way pan head, it offers precise control with headlock, pan lock, and tilt lock features. This makes it ideal for vertical, horizontal, and overhead photography, among other creative shots. The ability to adjust angles freely for 360 panoramic shooting, 180 up and down shooting, and 90 vertical portrait shots opens up a whole new world of possibilities. Whether I’m recording video or taking photos, the tripod’s stability ensures my work is smooth and professional-looking.
The universal phone holder is a thoughtful addition that complements the tripod’s functionality. With a 360 rotating feature and an adjustable size range from 58mm to 95mm, it accommodates most smartphones. This means I can easily switch from using my camera to my phone without any hassle, making it highly convenient for vlogging, live streaming, or capturing spontaneous moments on the go.
What’s truly impressive about this tripod is its high compatibility with various cameras and devices. Whether I’m using my Nikon D3500, or even my phone or projector, this tripod has proven to be a reliable companion. I no longer need to worry about investing in separate tripods for different devices, which has simplified my photography setup and saved me money.
The wide application of this tripod makes it a must-have for any photographer or content creator. It has become my go-to choice for events, family portrait sessions, parties, travel, sports, YouTube videos, Vlogs, online meetings, and more. The 3-position leg angle adjustment system is a valuable feature that allows me to adapt to different photography conditions, making it easy to capture photos and videos with stability, no matter the environment or terrain.

As someone who has pursued videography as a career, I have used quite a few camera tripods. However, I prefer not to spend a lot on them and only require a basic stabilisation feature that is simple to use. Fortunately, I have found a reliable and durable option.

One of the factors that contribute to its convenience is the quick-release plates. These plates make it effortless to remove the camera for different purposes while still using the tripod. This can include changing the battery or SD card. Unlike other tripods that require screwing off, this particular one saves time and hassle.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the build quality of this tripod is just as good as my 100 one. In my opinion, it also has a more practical design for shooting on the go. The tripod I typically use for home projects is much too heavy and bulky to carry in a backpack, whereas this one easily fits in an average-sized backpack.

This tripod is an affordable option that still includes important features such as a pan and tilt, bubble level, and carry handle. However, it is important to note that when extended to its fullest height, there will be a lot of wobbling and stable panning and tilting will be impossible. To achieve good shots, it is recommended to use the tripod at a reasonable height and to add a backpack or counterweight to the bottom hook.

As someone who shoots videos for a variety of purposes, I have found this tripod to be a great choice. While the pan headlock works well enough, it may not be sufficient for professional movie-making unless you have very steady hand movements. Post-production stabilization may be necessary. However, for still photography, the tripod works great.

Overall, this tripod is a great, sturdy, and portable option for both videographers and photographers. Its affordable price makes it a great option for those who don’t mind something that can cope with a little wear and tear and do the job it’s intended for.

    Highly Recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Impressive, Affordable Option.

This is a great tripod , but I wouldn’t call it professional, or even prosumer. While it looks the part , the plastic is a bit thin compared to others I’ve had and certainly no where near the thick tough plastic the pro stands have. The winding handle that heightens the mount poll feels especially cheap here.
Never the less I can recommend it as it is super light , sturdy and well finished. It has really sturdy feet , goes super tall. The leg clips feel a bit cheap and it’s the sort of cheaper stand you used to pick up from pc world or something. It has just been made to look more pro with the handle and the foam padding , which will wear , the pro stands normally have heavy duty rubber here. The fittings are very average and similar to my cheap Hama.
I can recommend it for casual photography , but for twice the price you can get much more value if you can afford it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice tripod , not pro level or even prosumer durability wise , but great for the casual hobbyist.

This is not bad at all, in fact for the price I would say it’s better than expected, ignore the professional claims no pro would use this it’s nowhere near fluid enough, but for my use and most enthusiasts it’s going to do the job well, it’s pretty solid and it is stable even with bigger setups on there so I’m only taking one star, overall a good tripod worth the price.

This is quite a good tripod for the price. Will hold a general camera or phone and feels quite sturdy. It’s easy enough to set up and small enough to store without too much room needed. Is it ‘professional’? Maybe not. But decent for the average family.

This is a nice tripod. It comes with a phone adaptor which is how I used it during my test. It is easy to setup and reassuringly stable once everything is locked in place. The case it comes with holds everything and is a relatively cheap nylon affair. It has a zip closure and worked perfectly fine. Not super classy but functional. The whole thing weighs about 1.5kg.

  21. Anonymous says:

This is a versatile tripod. It reaches up to 190cm and folds down to 54cm to fit in the black zip up bag included. The fixing plate holds a SLR or phone. The phone clamp screws into the plate and stretches to 7.5cm, comfortably holding the width of an iPhone 13 mini or iPhone SE vertically or horizontally.

This tripod has everything you would hope for as it is both adjustable and sturdy. It also looks great. The colour is a metallic red (see pic). It has a carrying handle attached to the middle post and grippy, foam covered legs. The lengthening clips on the legs are strong and secure. There’s a hook from the middle post to allow a weight to be suspended to add to stability. This is good value for money and much better than expected.

5.0 out of 5 stars It shoots, it scores!
